Editibility Pemograman CNC - Milling dengan Memperhatikan Pemotongan Ekonomik Sebagai Pengurangan Waktu Proses pada CNC Milling Center Machine
In numerical control, there are five reference angle points in machining of workpart surface that be done at the time of determining zero setting of cartesian scale. This process can be classified as surface milling work and cylinder milling work. In generally, workpart machining processes begin using flat end-cutter tools that is fixed with wide of surface machining like make simple of clamp direction with drive surface on reference points and check surface on processing plan of workpart geometric. This paper use two approaches based on geometric differential and analytical theory, namely (a) left hand offset or G54 and (b) tight hand offset or G55 from reference angle points of workpaart on drive surface. This application describes how to make tools exchange algorithm on CNC milling programming based on final point of tools at workpart machining processes.

Pengukuran Keterampilan Operator Dengan Desain Eksperimen Terhadap Kelompok Operator Mesin Gulung
This research evaluate the second data coming from operator report daily. The second data obtained
from glue winding machine group, the calculation is conducted by calculating mean production
capacities in 1 shift work during 6 month. This calculation uses the assumption that mean production
capacities executed by the same raw material in producing manner of geometry of design product done
by worker. Approach model uses the graeco-latin square to test anova at level significance 5% from
worker skill. The result from this research that worker evacuation from machinery facility to other
machinery facility at same job station, have to pay attention to the skilled ability of worker.

Perencanaan Pengambilan Sampel Lampu TL Dop 10 W pada Post Quality Inspection dengan Metode Military Standard 105D d PT. General Electric Lighting Indonesia
Military standard 105D is a sampling method developed by United States Ministry of Defense. The background of this method development was to accommodate fulfillment of producer and consumer expectation on the product quality inspection with acceptance or rejection lot mechanism. There was three levels of inspection based on MLT STD 105, normal, tightened, and reduced. The choice on inspection level, based on tendency of increasing or decreasing defect amount that founded. PT. GE Lighting used a single sampling inspection method with constant sampling amount of 80 pcs for every lot with 500 pcs. This research was to decide the alternative sampling method using MIL STD 105D.
Based on the amount of proposal sampling, thus the decreasing percentage on the sample amount from the recent sample of 80 pcs is 37,5% for normal inspection, 40% for reduced inspection, and 40% for tightened inspection. The amount sample on each category for the three level inspection on single sampling and double sampling proposal have probability below the producer risk and consumer risk, so the sampling proposal can accommodate both producer and consumer risk
Perancangan Program Aplikasi untuk Analisis Pekerjaan Pengangkatan Berdasarkan Model Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation
Abstrak
Pekerjaan pengangkatan merupakan salah satu penyebab utama low back pain. Kompensasi ekonomi
yang diberikan perusahaan dalam penanganan low back pain sangat besar. Salah satu model analisis
pekerjaan pengangkatan yang banyak digunakan yaitu model Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation. Tujuan
dari model Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation adalah mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja akibat
pekerjaan pengangkatan. Model ini rumit sehingga memerlukan ketelitian tinggi dalam perhitungan
manual, khususnya untuk kasus multi task. Program aplikasi untuk model tersebut sudah tersedia tetapi
bersifat komersial. Adapun program aplikasi gratis memiliki fitur kurang lengkap. Perancangan program
aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan bahasa permodelan UML. Perancangan
user interface program aplikasi berdasarkan diagram UML. Rancangan human model dibuat untuk
memodelkan input data berupa hand location dan asymetric angle. Tahap akhir penelitian yaitu
menterjemahkan perancangan ke dalam bahasa pemograman. Hasil penelitian yaitu program aplikasi
yang mendukung penuh analisis model Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation baik kasus single task maupun
kasus multi task. Program aplikasi mampu memodelkan data input berupa hand location dan asymetric
angle. Program aplikasi dapat mencetak laporan dengan standar publikasi NIOSH. Disamping itu
terdapat beberapa fitur lain, seperti error message berupa pesan kesalahan apabila terjadi kesalahan
input data dan help file yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna untuk mempelajari program aplikasi.

Penentuan Setting Optimal Dengan Menggunakan Metode Taguchi Dalam Proses Produksi Gypsum Interior Berdasarkan Pengujian Kuat Desak
The Taguchi Method is one method that is applied in off line control activities in the design of production process stage. In the production process of interior gypsum, there are many handicaps found when gypsum is going to be taken out the matrix and placed. Thus, it will make loss in both the company and the customers. The goal of this research is to determine influential factors to the produced interior gypsum, to determine Analysis of variance (Anova) and to count Signal to Noise Ratio (SN Ratio), to determine the best setting level from the influential factors, and to count the quality loss function for knowing the loss made by handicapped product. This research uses experiment method and the experiment is done in three stages. The first is based on the company setting and uses 30 samples. the second is based on the applied orthogonal array, L8 (27), and uses 4 replications for every level combination. The third is based on optimum setting and uses 10 samples. From the data processing, there is avarage rise of compressive strength examination up to 12,63 kg/cm2. This optimum setting will reduce the loss experienced by the company and customers. It can be seen from the value of quality loss function gained before and after applying optimum setting.

Целью работы было изучение пищевых предпочтений в популяциях лапландского листоеда (Chrysomela lapponica) в связи с особенностями их местообитаний. В лесопарках Екатеринбурга нами обнаружены колонии с низкой численностью, мономорфные по окраске и питающиеся только на одном виде ивы – иве козьей. Напротив, все выборки с горного массива Конжаковский Камень были многочисленными и изменчивыми по окраске. В качестве кормовых растений для горной популяции лапландского листоеда были отмечены 5 видов ив, среди которых ива мохнатая (Salix lanata) – наиболее предпочтительное кормовое растени
Pemilihan Desain Prosthetic Jari Tangan Berdasarkan Mekanisme Sistem Penggerak Cross Bar dan Cross Cable terhadap Besar Gaya Tarik Dinamis Prosthetic Jari Tangan
The absence of the hand causes the disruption of organ function, this problem later emerged prosthetic as a tool for replacement of missing body parts. Basically prosthetic hand has two function: as cosmetics and as a functional tool. The most important functional aspects of prosthetic hand is the ease of operation that can be seen from the magnitude of tensile force required by prosthetic hand while doing the a movement. The mechanism of motion system that is widely used by prosthetic hand is a cross cable system and cross bar system. Cross cable system using cable to connect components that act as link knuckles on hand, when the withdrawal event of the cable happenend, the cable will be tightened and the movement of the fingers may occur. Cross bar systems uses bar (rigid link) as a puller, so when withdrawal event of the rope at the end of the lever happened, the bar that connects the components with a finger lever puller will push or pull bar so that the finger will open or close. Prosthetic design significantly influence the magnitude of the dynamic tensile strength that makes it necessary to make an experiments to compare the design of motion mechanisms of cross able systems and cross bar system, and evaluate the influence on the magnitude of the dynamic tensile force at the time of movement, so it can represent the natural movement of normal human fingers
Pengaruh Perlakuan Panas Setelah Brazing Dengan Menggunakan Metode Taguchi
Experiment use Taguchi method, with quality characteristic is shear strength at brazing joint based on standard examination of AWS C3.3M/C3.2:2001, while anticipated factor can improve shear strength is temperature, time held up and refrigeration method at heat treatment process. Data processing use two analysis to determine optimal level setting, consist of analysis of mean and analysis of signal to noise ratio, then conducted confirmation experiment to test value of factor level setting predicted at optimal condition.

Kajian Pengaruh Kebisingan, Tempratur, dan Pencahayaan terhadap Performansi Kerja Operator Produksi dengan Pendekatan Desain Eksperimen (Studi Kasus PT. Reksa Prima Daya)
Physical working environment is assumed as an ideal environment as a worker conducts the activity effectively and efficiently with good quality productivity assessment. Noise, temprature, and lighting factors of the working environment represent a consequence of the working pressure and working performance degradation. The result of the calculation of physically work environment of product division PT. Reksa Prima Daya, the average of noise level is 85 dB, temprature 320 degree celcius, and lighting 150 lux. The highest points of noise level is 85 dB for eight working hours each day, the lowest turning points of temprature is 18 0C in a room and the highest is30 0C, and the minimum level of lighting for machine and arrangement is 300 lux. The control and the management of noise, temprature, and lighting factors required to advande the operator working performance.
The aim of this research is to determie the noise level (60 dB, 75dB, 85dB) temprature level (24 celcius, 27 celsius, 32 celcius), and lighting level (150lux, 200lux, 300lux) of production division PT. Prima Reksa Daya sustaining the operator working performance and analyzing the selected level of it. This researh applies the method of factorial experiment design to determine the significant influential factors of work performace and to determine the optimal level of the supporting factors of work performance. This research is conducted in climate laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, Sebelas Maret University.
The result of this research indicating that noise, temprature, and lighting factors provide significant impact in supporting the operator working performance and the optimal condition are on the level 60dB of noise (level 1), 24 celsius of temprature (level 1), and 300lux of lighting (level 3) for the duration of work performance 66.72 seconds. The optimal condition can improve the work performance 17.8 seconds (15%) for the actual condition of the company by 84.4 seconds to compile a working table

This paper proposes design and development of below knee prosthesis using quality function deployment
(QFD) to return the balance of human body so the patient can do their daily activities. In this method,
design and development based on the voice of customer. The result of design and development is below
knee prosthesis using insert silicone socket, cuff rubber suspension system, adaptor rotator ankle, jaipur
foot and stainless steel pylon as strengteness. It is hope, that this below knee prosthesis be able to
accommodate the user’s need and want.
