    Organization and management of clusters in Russia in the context of import substitution

    The article covers the trends of the agribusiness development in Russia. It is shown that it is desirable to develop organizational-economic forms of entrepreneurship based on the cluster approach in the modern realities. The most famous agribusiness clusters in the world are explored. Regions of Russia that have achieved the most significant results in agribusiness clustering are mentioned. It is found that the establishment of agribusiness in Russia is defined by the political decision of regional authorities rather than based on research and development. An algorithm for establishing the agribusiness cluster is proposed, which includes four stages: methodological, analytical, organizational-economic and control. The key areas of state support for the development of agribusiness clusters in Russia are defined.peer-reviewe

    Body Fat Parameters, Glucose and Lipid Profiles, and Thyroid Hormone Levels in Schizophrenia Patients with or without Metabolic Syndrome

    In this study, we aim to investigate associations between body fat parameters, glucose and lipid profiles, thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), and thyroid hormones (THs) levels in Tomsk-region schizophrenia patients depending upon the presence or absence of metabolic syndrome (MetS). A total of 156 psychiatric inpatients with schizophrenia who had been treated with antipsychotics for at least six months before entry were studied: 56 with and 100 without MetS. Reference groups consisted of general hospital inpatients with MetS and without schizophrenia (n = 35) and healthy individuals (n = 35). Statistical analyses were performed using the Mann-Whitney U-test, chi-square test, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, multiple regression analyses, and descriptive statistics. Patients with schizophrenia and MetS had significantly higher levels of free triiodothyronine (FT3) and thyroxine (FT4) compared to schizophrenia patients without MetS (3.68 [3.25; 5.50] vs. 3.24 [2.81; 3.66], p = 0.0001, and 12.68 [10.73; 15.54] vs. 10.81 [9.76; 12.3], p = 0.0001, in pmol/L, respectively). FT3 maintained an association with MetS (p = 0.0001), sex (p = 0.0001), age (p = 0.022), and high-density lipoproteins (p = 0.033). FT4 maintained an association with MetS (p = 0.0001), sex (p = 0.001), age (p = 0.014), and glucose (p = 0.009). The data obtained showed body fat parameters, glucose and lipid profiles, and THs levels in Western-Siberian schizophrenia patients depending on MetS presence or absence

    ХИМИЧЕСКОЕ РАВНОВЕСИЕ В СИСТЕМЕ ПРОПИОНОВАЯ КИСЛОТА - ЭТИЛОВЫЙ СПИРТ - ЭТИЛПРОПИОНАТ - ВОДА И ЭКСТРАКЦИОННЫЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ С УЧАСТИЕМ ГЛУБОКИХ ЭВТЕКТИЧЕСКИХ РАСТВОРИТЕЛЕЙ

    New experimental data on the chemical equilibrium in the propionic acid - ethanol - ethyl propionate - water system at 293.15 K and atmospheric pressure are presented. Chemically equilibrium compositions corresponding to the liquid-liquid equilibrium were obtained by gas chromatographic analysis. Using the method of nuclear magnetic resonance, homogeneous chemically equilibrium compositions were determined and the concentration equilibrium constant is calculated. The surface of chemical equilibrium and the region of splitting chemically equilibrium compositions are represented in the square of the transformed concentration variables. Comparison of the data obtained in the work with the literature was carried out at 303.15 and 313.15 K. It was found that the region of such compositions decreases with increasing temperature, while the surface of chemical equilibrium does not change the shape and position in the concentration space in the temperature range 293.15-313.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Liquid-liquid equilibrium compositions have also been obtained by gas chromatographic analysis for ethanol and ethyl propionate in the pseudo-ternary system using deep eutectic solvents (DES) based on choline chloride and glycerol / urea in whole range of concentration. The analysis of the extraction properties of DES showed the highest efficiency of DES based on choline chloride and urea. Experimental data on phase equilibrium are processed using Othmer-Tobias and Hand models. The calculated correlation coefficient (more than 0.99) indicates a high internal consistency of the experimental data obtained in this work.В работе приведены новые экспериментальные данные о химическом равновесии в системе пропионовая кислота - этиловый спирт - этилпропионат - вода при 293.15 К и атмосферном давлении. Методом газового хроматографического анализа найдены составы химически равновесных фаз, отвечающие фазовому равновесию жидкостьжидкость. С использованием метода 1H-ЯМР определены гомогенные химически равновесные составы, на основании которых рассчитана концентрационная константа равновесия. Поверхность химического равновесия и область расслаивающихся химически равновесных составов представлены в квадрате трансформированных концентрационных переменных. Проведено сравнение полученных в работе данных с литературными при 303.15 и 313.15 K. Экспериментально установлено, что область этих составов уменьшается с ростом температуры, при этом поверхность химического равновесия не меняет форму и положение в концентрационном пространстве в температурном интервале 293.15-313.15 К и атмосферном давлении. Получены также составы, отвечающие фазовому равновесию жидкость-жидкость, методом газохроматографического анализа для псевдотройной системы этиловый спирт и этилпропионат с участием глубоких эвтектических растворителей (deep eutectic solvents, DES) на основе хлорида холина и глицерина/мочевины во всем диапазоне концентраций. Анализ экстракционных свойств DES показал наибольшую эффективность DES на основе хлорида холина и мочевины. Экспериментальные данные о фазовом равновесии обработаны с использованием моделей Отмера-Тобиаса и Ханда. Рассчитанный коэффициент корреляции (выше 0.99) подтверждает высокую внутреннюю согласованность полученных в работе экспериментальных данных

    Multidisciplinary clinical and biological characteristics of hyperkinetic disorders in childhood autism

    The paper discusses the state of development of acquired hyperkinetic disorder in psychotic forms of autistic spectrum disorders. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in childhood autism (childhood psychosis) has pathopsychological markers as cognitive disontogenesis with delays in fine motor activity and visual motor coordination, neurophysiological markers as a high index of sensor motor rhythm, and immunological markers as preserved higher parameters of innate immunity in remission (the activity of leukocytic elastase, the level of acute phase proteins, such as α1-PI and C-reactive protein). The heterogeneity of ADHD requires that its nosological entities be identified to create clear differentiated habilitation algorithms in accordance with the principles of evidence-based medicine, by applying the multidisciplinary clinical and biological characteristics

    This article deals with improving the motivation and efficiency of the labor and creative activities of the faculty of the graduate school on the example of the use of rating work activities of the teaching staff (PPS), Saratov state technical University named after Y. A. Gagarin (Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov). The paper presents the methodology of the rating evaluation, indicators and results of its use in one of the areas of work of the teacher of the University – publication activity. The purpose of the article is to show possible directions of increasing interest in the results of the teacher’s work and its effectiveness. To achieve this goal, the authors performed statistical processing of data on a number of indicators of the teaching staff, including one of the most important-the publication activity of teachers for 2013–2016 the study used indicators of about a thousand teachers of the University. The authors believe that the high efficiency of teaching staff requires effective motivation of teaching work on the basis of the use of such a tool as rating and appropriate material incentives for its results. The article may be of interest to the heads of national universities.В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы повышения мотивации и эффективности трудовой творческой деятельности профессорско-преподавательского состава (ППС) вуза на основе использования рейтинговой оценки ее результатов, отраженных в портфолио. При этом использованы материалы и результаты, полученные в Саратовском государственном техническом университете имени Ю. А. Гагарина (СГТУ имени Ю. А. Гагарина). В работе приводится методика проведения рейтинговой оценки, результаты и показатели эффективности ее использования в одной из сфер трудовой деятельности преподавателя вуза – публикационной активности. Цель статьи – показать возможные направления повышения заинтересованности преподавателя в результатах своего труда и повышении его эффективности. Для достижения поставленной цели авторами была выполнена статистическая обработка данных по ряду показателей работы ППС, в том числе, по одному из важнейших – публикационной активности преподавателей за 2013–2016 гг. В исследовании использованы показатели около 1000 преподавателей вуза. Авторы считают, что для высокой эффективности работы ППС необходима действенная мотивация преподавательского труда на основе использования такого инструмента как рейтинговая оценка и соответствующего материального поощрения по ее результатам. Статья может представлять интерес для руководителей отечественных вузов
