Identifikasi Dinamika Harga Lahan di Kawasan Cipadu Kota Tangerang

Kawasan Cipadu terletak di Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang, merupakan kawasan yang terkenal dengan kawasan perdagangan/ jasa, khususnya perdagangan tekstil. Kawasan ini mempunyai tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk 4,82% dan perkembangan fisik yang sangat pesat. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada Perubahan fungsi lahan di wilayah studi dan sekitarnya. Penggunaan lahan yang pada awalnya didominasi oleh Perumahan mulai beralih fungsi menjadi pertokoan dan kios-kios pedagang tekstil (mixed use) sebagai imbas dari keberadaan pasar tekstil di kawasan tersebut. Peralihan fungsi lahan ini disertai pula dengan kenaikan harga lahan, khususnya pada bagian kawasan yang telah beralih fungsi menjadi kegiatan perdagangan. Kenyataan ini membuktikan bahwa tingginya kenaikan harga lahan sangat dipengaruhi oleh fungsi lahan atau jenis penggunaan lahan bersangkutan. Kegiatan perdagangan/ jasa sebagai kegiatan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi cenderung memacu kenaikan harga lahan yang tinggi pula. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai dinamika harga lahan di wilayah studi dan aspek-aspek mempengaruhinya serta proyeksi harga lahan di wilayah studi pada masa mendatang. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut studi ini mengkaji berbagai aspek-aspek yang terkait diantaranya penggunaan lahan, kependudukan dan transportasi. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi dinamika harga lahan di Kawasan Cipadu adalah aksesibilitas, penggunaan lahan dan kependudukan. Di samping itu, harga lahan di Kawasan Cipadu berdasarkan hasil proyeksi kenaikan harga lahan sampai dengan tahun 2014 akan mencapai rata-rata Rp 373.420/m². Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan terutama bagi Pemerintah Kota Tangerang didalam merumuskan kebijakan penataan ruang dan Peruntukkan lahan di Kawasan Cipadu

Application Design in Determining the Shortest Route Using Tabu Search Algorithm

This research designed a website application using Tabu Search Algorithm. We applied the Queuing method to find the shortest distance. Applications with this algorithm can provide the fastest route in the experiment of searching the shortest distance. We conducted this research by applying the examination in Rote Island, Indonesia. On the island, we examined the shortest distance from a starting point to another tourism place. In another side, this system utilized Google Map services to retrieve data about the distance between locations to another location with driving mode. The Google Maps service application is received in the form of translated JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), in order to be used as data and parameters in executing tabu search algorithms. The system was built using web-based through Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and Javascript, so it can be accessed and run by all devices that run the browser

Accrualization in the Public Sector: the Case of Situbondo District

The move from cash to accruals accounting by many governmentsis viewed as an aspect of an ongoing New Public Management agenda designed to achievea more business-like and Performance – focused public sector.This paper examines the process of change in the Situbondo district early adoption of accrual based fiancial reporting. The study's main objective is to present a history that identifis the agents of change promoting and facilitating an early adoption of public sector accrual accounting. The main primary data source for this research was interviews with key actors. The result shows that changes from cash basis to the accrual into accrual basis as the Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010

Sifat Mekanis Beton Kulit Kerang (Anadara Grandis)

This study is to evaluate the mechanical properties namely compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete using clamshell powder as a partial cement substitute. The clamshell powder was made from grinding Anadara grandis shells that were burnt at furnace brick and filtered using no #200 sieve. An initial investigation was carried out to make concrete specimens with partial replacement of shells powder using 2%, 4%, 6% and 8% of the weight of cement. The results of the initial study showed that the optimum clamshell powder proportion to get a high compressive strength was 4%. The specimens for compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were manufactured using 4% clamshell powder as a partial cement substitution. The specimens were tested atthe age of 7, 28, and 91 days. The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete using clamshell powder has lower strength than normal concrete for all age of specimens. On the other hand, the splitting tensile strength of concreteusing clamshell powder was higher than normal concrete

Residual Stresses in Tungsten Thin Films for Single Photon Detectors

The residual stress in 20 nm thick tungsten films deposited on silicon substrate by dc magnetron sputtering is investigated. The sample was held in a continuous flow cryostat, which was capable of achieving temperatures as low as 8 K. The cryostat was mounted on a goniometer to enable the angle-dispersive x-ray diffraction measurements. X-ray diffraction was used to monitor the shift of the α-W {110} Bragg reflection at room temperature and 8 K. From the shift of the {110} Bragg reflection, the total residual stress was estimated at about 6.0 GPa. After applying corrections for the thermal stress in the film, the residual intrinsic stress is estimated at 5.8 GPa
