    Collaborative Behaviour as a Facilitator of Integration of Logistic and Marketing Functions – The Case of Slovene Retailers

    Collaborative behaviour and various aspects of comparing collaboration with coordination and cooperation present the basis for more detailed assumptions concerning the importance of integrating logistic function with the marketing function. The collaborative behaviour dimension of inter-functional integration presents a system of mutual visions, decision-making and collective responsibility to provide results, services or a product. Logisticians often define integration within the framework of the supply chain, yet they neglect the internal integration or the integration between individual departments or functions in a company. Defining internal integration and its level as well as the connection with the level of collaborative behaviour is the basis of the research part of this paper. The quantitative research part studies whether and to what extent collaborative behaviour influences the level of internal integration between logistic and marketing functions. The research is based on a quantitative analysis of results of the survey that was conducted in Slovene retail companies.     U ovoj su raspravi sustavno i pregledno, etimološki i semantički obrazloženi pojmovi: transport, promet, komunikacije, konvencionalni, kombinirani i multimodalni transport, tehnika prometa, tehnologija prometa, organizacija prometa, ekonomika prometa, pravo prometa, te važnije vrste prometa (i transporta). Zatim su definirane prometne znanosti i prometne aktivnosti, logističke znanosti i prometnologističke znanosti, logističke aktivnosti i prometno/ogističke aktivnosti, ali sve to u kaleidoskopu interdisciplinarnosti i multidisciplinamosti. Nakon sažeto obrazloženih najvažnijih vrsta logistike, kao što su: primama, sekundama, tercijarna, kvartama, kvintama, mega, makro, mikro i metalogistika, proizvodna, trgovinska, prometna, špediterska, skladišna, osigurateljna, ,zdravstvena, socijalna, obrazovna, kulturološka, sportska, komunalna, stambena i vojna logistika, te ekonomska, financijska, pravna, tehnička, tehnološka logistika, marketing-logistika, menedžment-logistika(. . .), posebna se pozornost posvetila kompatibilnosti i komplementarnosti prometnih znanosti i prometnih aktivnosti i logističkih znanosti i logističkih aktivnosti, a u okviru ovih drugih i logističkoprometnih znanosti i logističkoprometnih aktivnosti. Takve spoznaje predstavljaju kvalitetnu osnovu za suvremeni pristup razradbi problematike interdisciplinamog i multidisciplinamog obrazovanja i znanstvenog usavršavanja prometnih i prometnologističkih menadžera i drugih prometnih i prometnologističkih kadrova (tj. eksperata) na svim razinama, te analizu bitnih problema i iznalaženju primjerenih rješenja afirmacije prometnih znanosti i logističkih znanosti u kaleidoskopu kompatibilnosti i komplementarnosti

    Identifikacija voznikov v prometnih nesrečah in določanje pozicij udeležencev v vozilu po prstnih sledeh

    The following paper aims to illustrate certain investigative activities in the forensic analysis and examination of the scene of traffic accidents. When a traffic accident occurs, the scene must be secured as soon as possible to enable professional and proper forensic investigation. Failure to secure the accident scene might result in losing or contaminating the traces, which makes it more difficult to prove or explain trace evidence in further procedure or even makes such evidence inadmissible. The topic is discussed from the viewpoint of crime scene examination, since analysing and investigating traffic accidents requires a great deal of expertise and attention of the investigators. Complex traffic accidents include feigned accidents, hit-and-run accidents as well as accidents in which the driver and passengers, dead or alive, need to be identified. In identifying the passengers, standard criminal investigation methods as well as police forensic and forensic medicine methods are followed. Such methods include confirming the identities with identity documents, other documents and vehicle ownership, fingerprints, biological traces, fibre traces, contact traces, traces of physical injuries on the driver and passengers, etc. According to the results obtained in fingerprint detection on human skin surfaces, this method can also be applied in confirming physical contact between the driver and the passengers in the accident, e.g. in the event of moving the victims and changing the scene of the accident.Namen prispevka je pojasniti določena preiskovalna dejanja pri analizi t.j. pri kriminalistično tehničnem oz. forenzičnem ogledu kraja prometne nesreče. V primeru prometne nesreče je treba za strokovno in pravilno forenzično preiskovanje čim hitreje zavarovati kraj. Če se kraj dejanja ne zavaruje, se sledi izgube ali kontaminirajo, kar vodi do težjega dokazovanja ali pojasnjevanja dokazov v postopku ali celo do njihove popolne nezmožnosti. Vidik obravnavanja je usmerjen v izhodišča ogledne dejavnosti, saj analiza prometnih nesreč v cestnem prometu in preiskovanje zahtevajo od preiskovalcev veliko znanja in pozornosti. Zelo zahtevni so primeri fingiranih prometnih nesreč, prometnih nesreč ko vozniki ali udeleženci zapustijo kraj dogodka ter nesreče, kjer je treba ugotoviti identiteto voznika in udeležencev, živih ali mrtvih. Ugotavljanje istovetnosti udeležencev poteka po ustaljenih kriminalističnih oz. forenzičnih ter sodnomedicinskih metodah. Mednje se prišteva tudi potrditev identitete po osebnih dokumentih, dokumentih in lastništvu vozil, prstnih sledeh, bioloških sledeh, sledeh vlaken in kontaktnih sledeh, sledeh telesnih poškodb voznika in udeležencev ip. Rezultati preiskave detektiranja prstnih sledi na površini človeške kože so pokazali, da je tudi tovrstno metodo možno uporabiti pri potrditvi fizičnega kontakta voznika z udeleženci v prometni nesreči, npr. pri premikanju žrtev in fingiranju kraja dejanja

    Monte Carlo simulacijski pristop pri določanju lokacij optimalnih avtobusnih postaj v občini Laško

    The paper addresses the problem of optimal bus stop allocation. The aim is to achieve reduction of costs on account of appropriate re-design of the process of obligatory transportation of children from their homes to the corresponding schools in the Laško municipality. The proposed algorithm relies on optimization based on the Monte Carlo simulation procedure. The number of calculated bus stops is required to be minimal possible, which can still assure maximal service area within the prescribed radius, while keeping the minimal walking distances pupils have to go across from their homes to the nearest bus stop and vice versa. The main issues of the proposed algorithm are emphasised and the working mechanism is explained. The presentation of calculated results is given and comparison with some other existing algorithms is provided. The positions of the calculated bus stops are going to be used for the purpose of physical bus stops implementation in order to decrease the current transportation costs.V prispevku je predstavljen problem določanja lokacij optimalnih avtobusnih postaj za potrebe zmanjševanja stroškov, nastalih zaradi prevoza otrok v občini Laško. Te je potrebno na osnovi zakonskih predpisov vsak dan razvoziti na pripadajoče šole ter jim zagotoviti vrnitev domov. Algoritem temelji na optimizaciji s pomočjo Monte Carlo simulacijske metode, pri čemer se izračunajo lokacije optimalnih avtobusnih postaj. Algoritem je sposoben izračunati najmanjše možno število avtobusnih postaj, ki pa bodo vseeno zagotavljale največje možno pokritje učencev v okviru predpisanega največjega radija pešačenja. Pri tem bo učencem potrebno prehoditi kar najkrajšo možno pot od doma do najbližje postaje in obratno. V prispevku so opisane glavne značilnosti delovanja mehanizma predlaganega algoritma. Prav tako je podan tudi prikaz vseh pomembnih izračunanih rezultatov in primerjava z nekaterimi drugimi obstoječimi algoritmi. Pozicije izračunanih avtobusnih postaj se bodo uporabile pri njihovi kasnejši fizični implementaciji z namenom kar največjega možnega zmanjšanja transportnih stroškov

    In the age of global expansion of business operations and contemporary way of life the material and information flows in and between different companies are growing rapidlythey are thus becoming more and more difficult to manage. This enables them to meet consumers\u27 demands and expectations requisitely holistically. Taking all the crucial activities into account, the logistics management plays a key role in the companies facing the challenges of the new millennium. Based on the numerous megatrends, which influence each and every business entity, this article aims to explain the increasing strategic importance of logistics management. The latter may not be dealt with one-sidedly as a costmoreover, the key aspects such as competitiveness as well as long-term existence of a company must also be considered. Innovation and systemic thinking in it and about it are needed.Doba globalne ekspanzije poslovanja in sodobnega načina življenja povzroča hitro in vedno težje obvladljivo rast blagovnih in informacijskih tokov v podjetjih in med njimi. Če smo nekdaj obravnavali poslovne funkcije v podjetju (nabavo, proizvodnjo, finance, prodajo …) ločeno, se danes stroka vse bolj posveča njihovemu povezovanju zaradi soodvisnosti. Proučevanje oskrbnih verig v podjetju in med poslovnimi partnerji daje podjetju možnosti, da postane bolj konkurenčno in bolj prilagodljivo, glede na vedno hitrejše spreminjanje tržnih razmer. To pomeni čimbolj celovito zadovoljevanje odjemalčevih zahtev oz. pričakovanj. Pri spletu teh aktivnosti ima ključno vlogo menedžment logistike kot odgovor in strategija podjetij, pripravljenih na izzive 21. stoletja.     System Dynamic Model of Measures for Reducing the Number of Road Accidents Due to Wrong-way Movement on Motorways

    This paper provides a system dynamic model for reducing the number of motorway accidents due to wrong-way driving. Motorway accidents are often fatal due to high speeds. It is therefore necessary to carry out all the possible countermeasures in order to achieve adequate traffic management. One of the reasons for motorway accidents is driving in the wrong direction. Based on the analysis of the data on motorway accidents caused by driving in the wrong direction and based on the knowledge of individual project elements of junctions and slip roads, this paper will focus on this area. The possible countermeasures, presented here for preventing drivers from driving in the wrong direction on motorways drastically reduce the number of U-turn maneuvers that result in driving in the wrong direction and influence the level of safety on motorways. With the help of this model of system dynamics the countermeasures for reducing the number of such drivers will be confirmed and their effects will be shown
