Ensuring the national security of agriculture in the digital era through the formation of human capital

    Get PDF
Purpose: Over the past few years in many literary sources and the media an issue of the digital economy is rapidly gaining popularity due to the qualitative technological changes in society. In current circumstances the qualitative component of labor resources called “human capital” is a priority value. Design/Methodology/Approach: The following research methods have been used in the work: monographic, abstract-logical, sociological, economic-mathematical and calculation-constructive ones. Findings: The solution of the problem of ensuring food security of the population of the region depends on the methods and strategies of applying technologies in domestic and global agriculture, as well as on the correct and effective use of scientific-technical implementations in the industry. Practical implications: Identification of segments in tourism is mainly made based on their geographical, demographical, socio-economic, psychographic, behavior characteristics or their combinations. On the other hand, the authors stress on the fact that there is no universal segmentation approach and therefore, potential tourists can be classified based on other characteristics. Originality/Value: The use of digital technologies in the agricultural industry will increase the efficiency of production activities.peer-reviewe

Over the past few years in many literary sources and the media an issue of the digital economy is rapidly gaining popularity due to the qualitative technological changes in society. In current circumstances the qualitative component of labor resources called “human capital” is a priority value. The authors have identified the main realities of the development of agribusiness, studied the main directions of information support on the example of the agricultural sector of the economy and identified the root causes of the slowdown in the innovation development of agriculture in Russia, the features of using information technologies in agribusiness have been considered in detail.peer-reviewe

Изотопный состав (δ18O, δ2H) снежного покрова Карелии

For the first time, a regional study of the isotopic composition (δ18O and δ2 H) of the snow cover in Karelia was performed using a sub-meridional and two sub-latitudinal profiles (March 2016). Snow nutrition does generally prevail here in the river and underground runoff. Integral snow samples were taken at 45 sites, three horizons were studied at 39 of them. Monitoring of the isotopic composition of atmospheric precipitation is carried out in the Petrozavodsk city from 2012 to the present. The isotopic composition of snow on the territory of Karelia varied through the following range: for δ18O it is from −15.7 to −21.1 ‰, and for δ2 H – from −118 to −158 ‰, which is significantly less than the isotopic composition of atmospheric precipitation for the same period: δ18O = −8.7 ÷ −30.9 ‰, δ2 H = −77 ÷ −239 ‰. The exception is snow in the valleys of the large Shuya and Suna rivers with light isotopes δ18O (down to −21 ‰). According to two sublatitudinal profiles in southern and central Karelia, there were no obvious trends in the isotopic composition of snow. The decrease in the contents of deuterium (δ2 H) and oxygen-18 (δ18O) in the sections of snow cover corresponds to an almost complete loss of snow at the beginning of winter due to the December thaws of 2015 and its intensive accumulation in abnormally cold January 2016. According to trajectory analysis data, air masses containing isotopically heavy moisture come mainly from the west and southwest, and those containing isotopically light moisture come from the north and east. The results of this research demonstrate that the reconstruction of the isotopic composition of winter precipitation can be approximately performed by the isotopic composition of snow cover.

Measurement of J/ψγηcJ/\psi\to\gamma\eta_{\rm c} decay rate and ηc\eta_{\rm c} parameters at KEDR

Using the inclusive photon spectrum based on a data sample collected at the J/ψJ/\psi peak with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+ee^+e^- collider, we measured the rate of the radiative decay J/ψγηcJ/\psi\to\gamma\eta_{\rm c} as well as ηc\eta_{\rm c} mass and width. Taking into account an asymmetric photon lineshape we obtained Γγηc0=2.98±0.180.33+0.15\Gamma^0_{\gamma\eta_{\rm c}}=2.98\pm0.18 \phantom{|}^{+0.15}_{-0.33} keV, Mηc=2983.5±1.43.6+1.6M_{\eta_{\rm c}} = 2983.5 \pm 1.4 \phantom{|}^{+1.6}_{-3.6} MeV/c2c^2, Γηc=27.2±3.12.6+5.4\Gamma_{\eta_{\rm c}} = 27.2 \pm 3.1 \phantom{|}^{+5.4}_{-2.6} MeV.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figure

We present a study of the inclusive photon spectrum from 6.3 million J/psi decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e- collider. We measure the branching fraction of the radiative decay J/psi -> eta_c gamma, eta_c width and mass. Taking into account an asymmetric photon line shape we obtain: M(eta_c) = (2978.1 +- 1.4 +- 2.0) MeV/c^2, Gamma(eta_c) = (43.5 +- 5.4 +- 15.8) MeV, B(J/psi->eta_c gamma) = (2.59 +- 0.16 +- 0.31)%$.Comment: 6 pages, 1 figure. We present a study of the inclusive photon spectra from 5.9 million J/psi decays collected with the KEDR detector at the VEPP-4M e+e- collider. We measure the branching fraction of radiative decay J/psi to eta_c gamma, eta_c width and mass. Our preliminary results are: M(eta_c) = 2979.4+-1.5+-1.9 MeV, G(eta_c) = 27.8+-5.1+-3.3 MeV, B(J/psi to eta_c gamma) = (2.34+-0.15+-0.40)%.Comment: To be published in Proceedings of the PhiPsi09, Oct. 13-16, 2009, Beijing, Chin

Precise measurement of RudsR_{\text{uds}} and RR between 1.84 and 3.72 GeV at the KEDR detector

The present work continues a series of the KEDR measurements of the RR value that started in 2010 at the VEPP-4M e+ee^+e^- collider. By combining new data with our previous results in this energy range we measured the values of RudsR_{\text{uds}} and RR at nine center-of-mass energies between 3.08 and 3.72 GeV. The total accuracy is about or better than 2.6%2.6\% at most of energy points with a systematic uncertainty of about 1.9%1.9\%. Together with the previous precise RR measurement at KEDR in the energy range 1.84-3.05 GeV, it constitutes the most detailed high-precision RR measurement near the charmonium production threshold.Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1610.02827 and substantial text overlap with arXiv:1510.0266
