    The purpose of this study is to analyze the Price Discount and Bonus Pack to the Hedonic Shopping Value as well as its impact on Impulse Buying of Carrefour customers in Surakarta. The results of this study show that the price discount and bonus pack have influence on hedonic shopping value and impulse buying. This study also shows that the hedonic shopping value is an intervening variables that can mediate the effect of price discount and bonus pack variables on impulse buying

    The Impact of Organizational Climate on Lecturer Performance: The Role Mediation of Individual Commitment

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational climate, individual characteristic, and lecturer competence for performance through individual commitment. Lecturer as part of the organization has a very important role as a lecturer becomes the prime mover in all the processes and results of an organization. Lecturer commitment becomes important for an organization to create an organization's survival. Respondents in this study were 200 lecturer Kopertis VI in Surakarta, Central Java. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling, and data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software assistance AMOS 20. The results showed that organizational climate can increase while the individual characteristic of individual commitment and competence lecturer was not to increase individual commitment. The results of this study interesting where the organizational climate, individual characteristic, and lecturer competence can improve performance, but individual commitment can not improve performance. Individual influences organizational commitment is able to mediate the climate, individual characteristic, and competence because the total effect is greater than the direct effect.     The effect of customer’s orientation of service employee on customer’s satisfaction of health services

    Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of customer's orientation of service employee (COSE) on customer satisfaction as well as its impact on the customer loyalty in C type of private hospitals in Surakarta, Central Java. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses three variables, namely customer's orientation of service employee (COSE), customer's satisfaction, and customer loyalty. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as research method, and data analysis technique using AMOS 23.0. Findings: The result of the study shows that COSE had influenced the customer's satisfaction and the customer's loyalty. In conclusion, the customer's satisfaction is an intervening variable that can mediate the effect of variable COSE on the customer's loyalty. Practical Implications: COSE is something important to affect the performance of the resulting service which will provide customer's satisfaction that will affect customer's loyalty and improve the higher sustainable interaction between service providers (hospital) and patients. Originality/Value: This is part of a research on the effect of COSE on customer's satisfaction on health services, especially for private hospitals in Indonesia.peer-reviewe
