<div><p>ABSTRACT Introduction: This pilot study had as main objective to test the reliability of a new method to evaluate orthognathic surgery outcomes and also, to understand the effect of hard tissue changes on soft tissue displacement. Methods: The sample consisted of eight patients that underwent bimaxillary advancement and had CBCT at two time points (before surgery and 6-8 months follow-up). Voxel-based cranial base superimposition was used to register the scans. A different technique of iterative closest point (ICP) was used to measure and correlate the changes. The average displacement of 15 areas (4 hard tissue and 11 soft tissue) were measured twice. Results: ICC was > 0.99 for all areas. Changes in the tip of the nose did not correlate with changes in any maxillary area, whereas soft tissue A point, A point and upper lips had correlation with several areas. The highest correlation for the maxilla was between the upper lip and the left/right supra cheilion (p< 0.001, r= 0.91 and p< 0.001, r= 0.93, respectively). In the mandible, the majority of the correlations involved soft tissue pogonion, pogonion and lower incisors, with the strongest one between pogonion and lower incisors (p< 0.001, r= 0.98). Conclusion: With the proper case selection, ICP is a reliable method that can be used to assess three-dimensional changes.</p></div

The present diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and the assessment of the state of the art of legal regulations of rights and duties of the persons who participate in the administration of taxes in relation to basic principles of tax administration. The core legal regulation which is relevant for the theme under study is the tax rules that comprise a basic survey of principles applicable by the entities of the administration of taxes in practice. The tax rules is thus a main source of the findings for the enforcement of individual as well as partial rights and duties by tax payers and third persons that participate in the administration of taxes, and at the same time it determines the scope of the powers of the administrator of the tax which he administers against these. Basic principles of tax administration, together with the other legal principles which could also be applied at the administration of taxes, are main principles of the tax procedural law, for which they have significant importance in the form of constitutionally and legally regulated correctives. In contrast to the previous legal regulation contained in the Act to Administer Taxes and Charges, better systematization of principles, and consequently more effective use in contact especially of tax payers with the tax..

This Master Thesis is called Media responses of Václav Havel's drama from sixties to present (The Garden party, The Memorandum, The Increased Difficulty of Concentration) and it deals with three previously named Vaclav Havel's dramas and their media responses in selected print media. Its aim is to analyse the critical review of these so called absurd dramas in contemporary scholarly and daily press. There will be three eras in which I will analyse the media responses: The Sixties, the era of world premieres of all three dramas in the Theater on the Balustrade in Prague and era of their spreading around the world, so called Normalization (era between Warsaw Pact invasion on 21st August 1968 and Velvet Revolution on 17th November 1989), in which Vaclav Havel was banned and his dramas were played exclusively abroad, and era after Velvet Revolution. Thesis contains also analysis of all three plays, brief Havel's dramatical biography and treatise on absurd drama

<p>Bootstrap values above 50% are shown on the branches. The bottom line indicates 10% amino acid sequence divergence between the proteins. <i>R. prolixus</i> sequences are shown by the notation RP followed by a unique number. The remaining sequences were obtained from GenBank and are annotated with the first three letters of the genus name, followed by the first three letters of the species name, followed by their GenBank GI number. One thousand replicates were done for the bootstrap test using the neighbor joining test.</p

<p>The <i>R. prolixus</i> sequences are shown by the notation RP- followed by a unique number. The remaining proteins were obtained from GenBank and they are annotated with accession number followed by species name. The dendrogram was generated with the UPGMA algorithm. The branches were statistically supported by bootstrap analysis (cut-off 40) based on 1,000 replicates.</p
