V první části je dán přehled těch vlastností textilních vláken, které úzce souvisí s problematikou procesu tvarování. Jde především o jejich termické vlastnosti, které ovlivňují jak samotný průběh tvarovacího procesu,tak jeho výslednou kvalitu. Další část práce řeší teorii mikrovln, jejich vlastnosti a současné využití v průmyslu. Soustředí se na využití průmyslu textilním, kde se dají uplatnit právě pro proces tvarování. V experimentální části práce jsou provedeny zkoušky, kdy na textilní materiál vložený do tvarovací formy působí mikrovlnné záření v různých časových intervalech podle použitého materiálu a sledujeme výsledný efekt tvarovacího procesu dosažený tímto netradičním způsobem.My bachelor´s work deals with the issues of influences of the microwave radiation over textile materials. The first part provides an overview of those features of textile fiebres that are closely associated with the procedure of formation. It involves above all their thermic characteristics which influence both the running of the forming process itseslf and its resulting quality. The next part of this work is engaged in the theory of microwaves, their characteristic and their present usage in industry. It is concentrated in the usage in textile industry, where can be applied right for the process of formation. The experimental part of the work introduces some tests carried out on the textile material put into the forming form where the micorwave impacts in different time interspaces according to the used material. Import 30/10/2012Tato práce je zaměřena na metody a postupy vyhodnocení dat z měření pro oblast lidských zdrojů. K vyhodnocení těchto dat je využito statistických metod. První část je zaměřena na systém managementu kvality a jeho zásady, dále výskyt a význam lidských zdrojů v managementu kvality a význam vyhodnocení dat. V druhé části jsou popsány postupy některých statistických metod, které lze využít pro vyhodnocení dat. Jedná se o základní metody, jako je rozdělení četností pomocí tabulek a grafů, kontingenční tabulky, charakteristiky polohy, variability, testování statistických hypotéz nebo indexy kvantifikující míru spokojenosti zákazníků či zaměstnanců. V poslední kapitole jsou představeny zmíněné metody pro vyhodnocení dat na názorných příkladech.This bachelor thesis is focused on procedures and methods, used to evaluate measured data in the area of human resources. Statistic methods are used to evaluate the data. The first part focuses on the quality management system and its principles, importance of human resources in quality management and the importance of evaluation data. The second part describes the procedures of some statistical methods that can be used for data evaluation. In this part you can find methods such as distribution of frequencies using tables a graphs, pivot tables, characteristics of position, variability, testing of statistic hypothesis, and indexes quantifying the level of customer and employee satisfaction.
