Human Resource Professional\u27s Attitudes Towards Creativity
Get PDFThis project explores the current attitudes of local human resource professionals in and around Western New York regarding creativity as an employable skill. Human Resource professionals from multiple fields were surveyed regarding their attitudes toward creativity. Positive comments were reported by all respondents regarding the need for creativity, creative problems solving and/or educating for creativity in the workplace. Survey results are discussed and discrepancies within this work with regard to inconsistencies of individual opinions on creativity are addressed. Limitations of the study are discussed as well as options for future research
