Therefore, it is important to understand how consumers perceive the quality of services rend ered, as well as how these perceptions are translated into customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Since delivering high SERVQUAL is the cornerstone of any marketing strategy, the marketer must have the means to measure it. Despite the dearth of SERVQUAL studies in the non-Western market in the literature, the SERVQUAL dimensions have failed to receive much attention outside the Western market.     Excessive consumption leads to 7 trends of crises, including destruction of the atmosphere, energy crisis, social decline and conflicts. Over consumption also deteriorates human health. To reduce excessive consumption not only can improve health, it can also reduce transportation from consumption, livestock raise and sale, and medical care. The reducing over consumption can benefit human health and environmental protection through supply chain management. This motivates us to devise an innovative product. Our imaginative innovative product is a new smart watch (SW) which improves several new features based on Apple Watch. After a survey to potential users, it reveals that the new features can help reduce the excessive consumption, deterioration of the human health, transportation, healthcare as well as the destruction of the environment. Enterprises can also achieve their social responsibilities through the implementation and popularization of the SW as soon as possible

    A User-Oriented Approach To Data Modeling: A Blueprint For Generating Financial Statements And Other Accounting-Related Documents And Reports

    In contrast to traditional and innovative data models in the database design process, such as the Entity-Relationship (E-R) and Resource Event Agent Location (REAL) models, respectively, a user-oriented approach to the data modeling of a relational database to satisfy users’ information needs is presented.  Although relational database management systems (RDBMS) are powerful for organizing, manipulating, and retrieving data, they are inadequate if the needed data elements are not captured and included, required relationships are not identified and implemented, or incorrect relationships are identified in the data model because the needs of information users were neglected or identified incorrectly during the data modeling.  Using the case of an accounting information system (AIS) for a simple merchandising enterprise, this paper illustrates how user information needs can be met when a user-oriented approach is followed in the data modeling.  Specifically, it provides a blueprint for generating financial statements and other accounting-related documents and reports from a relational database that utilizes user perspectives

    Effects of detraining on functional fitness and lymphocyte subsets in postmenopausal females

    Introduction: Aging leads to declines of functional fitness and regular exercise has been recognized to be beneficial for keeping health and preventing degenerative diseases in older adults. Limited evidences connect the relationships among detraining, functional fitness, immunosenescence, and vascular integrity in aged individuals. Thus, the aims of this study was to inspect: How training and detraining influence functional fitness, mobilization of circulating leukocytes and lymphocyte subsets? Method: Twenty-two female volunteers aged 50 to 65 years were recruited as participants in this study. Participants were assigned into training group (TG, n=13) and control group (CG, n=9). The participants in TG were asked to attend exercise program, including aerobic exercise at 70% HRR for 60 min twice per week and resistance training at 60-70% 1RM, 3 sets and 9 exercises for 60 min per week for 16 weeks and subsequently avoid exercise for 6 weeks to investigate detraining effects. CG were asked to stay in their regular lifestyles. A six-items measurement of functional fitness and resting (at fasting status) venous blood samples were collected at before training program (Pre-training), 8th week of training (Mid-training), after training program (Post-training), and 6th week of detraining 6 weeks (Detraining). Blood cell counts (WBC, RBC, HCT, LYM) were measured using an automated cell counter and lymphocyte subsets (CD4, CD8, CD19, CD56) were analyzed by flow cytometry. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, mixed two-factors (time × group) measures ANOVA or ACOVA and the significance was set at pResult: Functional fitness of TG was not significantly improved following the training program although it was significantly better than CG in Pre-training. Blood cell counts were not changed and all in normal range. A significant difference in CD19 counts were observed between TG and CG (71.23±32.05 vs. 116.45±67.95 103/mL) in Post-training. CD19 counts in TG were increased at Detraining compared with Mid-training and Post-training (138.08±50.22 vs. 74.92±31.20, 71.23±32.05 103/mL). No alterations in quantity and percentage of CD4, CD8, and CD56 were observed in this study. Conclusion: Findings of this study suggest that both a 16-week moderate exercise program and a 6-week detraining did not significantly change the functional fitness and lymphocyte subsets in postmenopausal females

    Telerehabilitation In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder: A Case Report

    Background and objectives: Frozen shoulder is a common musculoskeletal condition. Telerehabilitation has seen emerging use in a variety of conditions. This case report aims to investigate the feasibility of adopting telerehabilitation in treating frozen shoulder. Case presentation: A 43-year old female presented with frozen shoulder of insidious onset. She underwent four sessions of physiotherapy. Sessions two and three were telerehabilitation sessions; the initial and final sessions were conducted in-person. Results: The subject was compliant with all exercises prescribed during her rehabilitation and achieved all rehabilitation goals in four sessions. She was then discharged from physiotherapy. Conclusion: Telerehabilitation is feasible in treating frozen shoulder. One barrier to implementation of telerehabilitation includes the lack of technical skills and knowledge despite the high prevalence of technology in today’s society. Telerehabilitation increases accessibility and ease of rehabilitation. Telerehabilitation can be considered for segments of the population that are most inclined to use technology
