Factor Affecting the Utilization of Family Planning Program Services for Women in the Working Area of the Pasie Raya Community Health Center

Family planning to spacing or planning the number and distance of pregnancies using contraception. Data on active family planning participants based on the type of contraception at the Pasie Raya Community Health Center in 2019 was 39.4%, there was no increase in the coverage of active KB participants based on the type of contraception in 2018 of 49.4%. The aim is to find out what are the factors that influence the use of family planning program services for women in the working area of ​​the Pasie Raya Community Health Center. This type of research is a combination research (mixed methods research) combining or combining quantitative methods and qualitative methods with Accidental Sampling sampling techniques on 90 samples and 5 informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate logistic regression tests. The results of the study showed the influence of knowledge, information sources, culture, family support and support from health workers on the utilization of family planning program services. Based on the multivariate analysis, the support variable for health workers is the dominant variable, while the results of the qualitative analysis on key informants and supporters can be concluded that women have taken advantage of the Kb service program, but most of the women do not understand and understand the benefits that are obtained from the family planning program. The conclusion from the health workers is very important in the utilization of family planning program services. It is recommended that the Health Office conduct more evaluations of family planning services at the Puskesmas. It is necessary to improve the quality of Kb services by including health workers in training

The Effect of Prolanis Exercise Activities on Decreasing Blood Sugar Levels in Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Assessing the effect of the implementation of prolanis exercise activities on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Puskesmas Padangmatinggi in 2019. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design that designs using one group pretest-posttest, when this study was conducted in January-April year 2020. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus who follow prolanis gymnastics in Padangmatinggipuskesmas with purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample by specifying specific characteristics consisting of 15 intervention / experimental groups and 15 control groups 15 people The results showed that there was an effect of the application of prolanic exercise activities to reduce blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes at Padangmatingi Public Health Center in Padangsidimpuan with a P-Value of 0.007, and there were differences in blood sugar levels in the intervention and control groups with a P. Relationship of Food Services and Patients Satisfaction in Medan Advent's Public Hospital

Food service in hospital nutrition installations is a form of service activity for patients who are hospitalized which aims to meet the nutritional needs of patients. This study aimed  to analyze the relationship between food services and satisfaction of inpatients at the Adventist General Hospital. Field. This study used a survey research method with a cross sectional approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Population of 156 people with a sample of 112 people based on Slovin calculations. Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test, it was found that the variables of mealtime (p = 0,000), food appearance (p = 0,000), food taste (p = 0,000), waiter friendliness (p = 0,000), cleanliness of tools and food (p. = 0.012), and food variation (p = 0.00). The result of multiple logistic regression test shows that the meal time variable has a significant effect on patient satisfaction. There is a relationship, meal time, food appearance, taste of food, waiter friendliness, cleanliness of equipment and food, variety of food with patient satisfaction with food service at the Medan Adventist General Hospital. It is recommended to the special hospital nutrition installation that in food processing always pay attention to the main factors in food processing so that the level of patient satisfaction continues to increase and still maintains the quality and quality of food service

Analysis of the Influence of Work Stressors on Fatigue of Nurses in Inpatient Rooms, General Hospital of Haji Medan

Work stress is caused by many factors from workplace, family, home, or environment. Excessive work stress will make someone anxious until developing excessive fatigue. Fatigue will decrease performance and increase work error rate that cause fatal workaccident.This study aimed to analyze influence of working stressors against nurses fatigue in patien room in haji hospital Medan. This study was quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 53 respondents. This study used questioners of the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionaire and Industrial Fatigue Research Committee which has been translated into Indonesian and has cheeked for validity and reliability. The results of the study regarding the influence  work fatigue and work stress (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence  workload and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence  interpersonal conflict and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence  job satisfaction and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : -0,588), the influence  social support and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : -0,892), and based on the logistic regression test workload were variables the most influential, with an odds ratio of 94,5. The conclusion shows that workload is a variable that has strong influence on fatigue. Nurses with heavy workload are 94,5 times more likely to experience fatigue. So that the hospital needs to monitor and evaluate the performances of the nurses so the workload can be fixed and adjusted with the right capacity and ability of the nurses in providing service

Analysis of the Effect of Motivation and Training on the Performance of Nurses in Datu Beru Takengon Public Hospital

Nurses who work in emergency room must have more skills, which is implied for every nurse who works in the emergency room to have a good performance. The study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and training on the performance of nurses in the emergency room at Datu Beru Takengon General Hospital in 2018.The design used a quantitative analytic survey. The population were all nurses in the emergency room of Datu Beru Hospital in Takengon by totalling  32 nurses and all were taken as the sample by using total population technique. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyses.The results showed that out of 15 respondents who had less motivation had a poor performance in the category of less than 9 people (60%) and of the 17 respondents who were motivated, motivation with nurse performance with Chi-Square statistical test obtained p-value =.032 <α .05, which means that there is an influence between training and nurse performance .001 <α .05, which means there is an influence between training and nurse performance.The conclusion is that there is an influence between motivation and training on the performance of nurses in the emergency room. It is recommended that the hospital management pay attention to the performance of the nurses, by giving riward to nurses who have good performance and giving sanctions to nurses who break the rules

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Increase in the Number of Sesarea Sections at the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional Hospital, Southeast Aceh

Caesarean section delivery is a method of delivery in which an incision or incision is made in the abdominal wall and uterine wall to remove the product of conception. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the increase in the number of Sesarea sections in the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional Hospital, Southeast Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. This research method is a mixed method with a cross-sectional or explanatory sequential approach. The number of samples used for the quantitative study were 40 women giving birth by cesarean section, and for qualitative research using 4 informants consisting of 2 maternal, 1 obstetrician, and 1 clinic midwife. Data collection techniques in this study used primary, secondary, and tertiary data. The data analysis techniques used in this study were univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results of this study indicate that the factors of age (p = 0.221), education (p = 0.000), work (p = 0.733), parity (p = 0.000), medical indications (p = 0.140), JKN KIS (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.007), and attitude (p = 0.000). Of the 5 related variables, there were no variables that directly affected the increase in cesarean section (p value => 0.05). There is a significant relationship between education, parity, national health insurance, knowledge and attitudes towards increasing cesarean section delivery in RSUD. H. Sahudin Kutacane, but of the five variables, none of the variables had an effect on the increase in the cesarean section rate in RSUD.H. Sahudin Kutacane

The Influence of the Supervision of the Head on the Performance of Nurses in the Medan Hajj General Hospital

A study conducted by the Directorate of Nursing Services, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2011) found that the nursing services provided by nurses to patients had not reached the set target, namely a minimum figure of 75% of the nurse's performance was said to be good.This type of research is quantitative, with adesign cross-sectional which aims to see the effect of headroom supervision on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the  General Hospital Hajj Medan in 2020. The sampling technique used is proportioanl stratified random. sampling. Data collection using primary data by distributing questionnaires to the nurse administrators and secondary data obtained from the hospital, namely the hospital profile. Data analysis used Chi square test (α = 0.05) and multiple linear regression.The results showed that the variables that influence the performance of nurses are planning (p = 0.000), guiding (p = 0.045), monitoring (p = 0.000), evaluation (p = 0.002), recording and reporting (p = 0.000). The variables that did not affect the nurse's performance were organizing (p = 0.382) and directing (p = 0.065). In conclusion, the most influential variable is recording and reporting with the highest coefficient value, amounting to 1.674 with a positive value. It is recommended that the head of the room carry out supervision in a programmed, scheduled manner, in accordance with the standards and principles of its implementation and optimize recording and reporting in supervision activities

The Influence of Leaflet Media on Students 'Knowledge, Attitudes and Smoking Actions

The smoking habit was chosen as one of the popular types of activities carried out to take advantage of free time for both men and women with a percentage of men dominating more than 64.80%. Data from SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang Bireuen shows that the number of juvenile delinquents in the form of smoking reaches 4-6 people per day and they usually smoke during recess. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of media leaflets on students' knowledge, attitudes and actions about smoking in SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang, Peulimbang Bireuen District in 2019. Pre-experimental type of research design with one group research design before after or pre-test and post-test group design. The population in this study were all male students in SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang, Peulimbang Bireuen Subdistrict as many as 86 students. The sample uses total sampling. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the Wilcoxon test found that the Asynp.Sig value (2 tailed) on knowledge was 0,024 with Mean ranks of 3.50 and sum of ranks of 21.00, Asynp.Sig value (2 tailed) on attitudes of 0.157 with Mean ranks of 1.50 and sum of ranks amounted to 3.00 and Asynp.Sig. (2 tailed) in actions amounted to 0.001 with Mean ranks of 6.00 and sum of ranks amounted to 66.00. The conclusion of this research is the opinion of the influence of media leaflets on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of smoking students
