    This research aims at investigating the difference of creative thinking and social study concept understanding of the fourth grade primary school students following science-technology-society learning model and those following conventional learning model. 70 students consist of 32 students from SD Negeri No. 2 Kalibukbuk and 34 students from SD Negeri No. 4 Kalibukbuk were chosen as the sample of the research. The data of creative thinking ability were gathered using creative thinking test and the data of social study concept understanding were gathered using multiple-choice test. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and MANOVA. The result of the analysis shows that: (1) there is a significant creative thinking ability between students following science-technology-society learning model and those following conventional learning model (F = 21.507, p<0.05), (2) there is a significant social study concept understanding between students following science-technology-society learning model and those following conventional learning model (F = 3.756, p<0.05), (3) simultaneously, there is a significant creative thinking ability and social study concept understanding between students following science-technology-society learning model and those following conventional learning model (F = 11.917, p<0.05)

    This study aims to investigat the determination of students' perceptions on the quality of managing a class, the use of learning resource, and learning motivation on achievement of eighth grade social studies students of M.Ts. Mualimat NW Pancor. This research was an ex post facto research. The sample was 113 students which were selected using random sampling and the data were obtained by using questionnaire and documents. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and regression correlation. The results of the analysis show that: (1) there is a positive and significant determination between the student perception about quality of classroom management on social studies achievement with the effective contribution of 7.33% (2) there is a positive and significant determination between the use of learning resources and the achievement of social learning achievement with the contribution of 16.93% (3) there is a positive and significant determination between learning motivation and achievement of social learning with the contribution of 43.12%, (4) there is a a positive and significant determination between the student perception on quality of classroom management, the use of learning resources, and learning motivation on social study learning achievement with the effective contribution of 67.38%

    The main objective of this research is to determine the contribution of instructional supervision of supervisor, principal leadership behavior and teachers competence on teachers performance in teaching elementary school in District Aikmel, East Lombok. This research is expos facto. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results show that: (1) There is no significant contribution of instructional supervision of supervisor on teachers performance (2) There is no significant contribution between principal leadership behaviors on teachers' performance (3) There is a significant contribution of teachers competence on teachers' performance (4) simultaneously, there is no significant contribution of instructional supervision of supervisor, principal leadership behavior and teachers competence on teachers performance in teaching elementary school in District Aikmel, East Lombok

    This study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation of the type of jigsaw cooperative civic education learning outcomes in terms of social attitudes eighth grade students MTs Model Selong East Lombok. This study is an experimental research design with post-only control groups design. The sample was taken at random. Data were collected by using test results and questionnaire study of social attitudes. The data were analyzed by using analysis of variance or two-lane two ways Anova. The results showed that: (1) there is a difference in the learning outcomes of students who take the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model to students who take conventional learning model, (2) there intraksi influence the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw type and social attitudes towards learning outcomes Civics, (3) Pada students who have a high social attitudes, there is a difference between the student learning outcomes that follow the model of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning with students who attend conventional learning model, and (4) the students who attend low social attitudes there is a difference in student learning outcomes follow the model of cooperative learning jigsaw type of students who take conventional learning models

    Determinasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik, Sikap Profesional Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Di Gugus III Pattimura

    This study aims to determine the level of determination implementation of academic supervision, professional attitude, and motivation to work, the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster III Pattimura South Denpasar District involve with 90 teachers as a respondent. The study was designed in the form of ex-posi facto research. Data was collected by questionnaires and data were analyzed using simple correlation and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant determination between the implementation of academic supervision againt the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster III Pattimura the effective contribution of 17.4%, (2) there is a significant determination between the profesioanal attitude with the performance of teachers with effective contribution of 17.7%, (3) there is a significant determination between work motivation with teacher performance with the effective contribution of 46.6%, (4) and there is a significant determination jointly supervise the implementation of academic, professional attitude and motivation to work with the teacher performance with the relative contribution of 81.7%. Based on these findings it can be concluded that there is a significant determination between the implementation of academic supervision, professional attitude and motivation to work with the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster III Pattimura separately or together. Thus, the third factor can be used as predictors of the trend level performance in the elementary teachers in Cluster III Pattimura

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous model of problem-based learning on critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of social studies students of the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. This study is a quasi-experimental. Data were collected with the critical thinking skills tests, questionnaires, and tests student learning outcomes. Overall the data and hypothesis testing is done using Manova analysis. Based on the above results, the conclusion can be formulated as follows: (1) In a partial implementation of the model-based problem pembelajaarn have a relationship with the critical thinking skills of social studies students in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (2) In a partial implementation of the model-based pembelajaarn have relationship problems with the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (3) In a partial implementation of the model-based pembelajaarn have relationship problems with motivation to learn in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok. (4) In the simultaneous application of problem-based pembelajaarn models have a relationship with the students' critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of social studies students in the sevent grade at Junior high school number 1 Aikmel - East Lombok

    This study aims to examine the effect of pesantren-based contextual learning approach on students' achievement on civics educations viewed from social attitudes for the eighth grade of MTs Mualimat NW Pancor, Selong NTB. This study is an experimental study using a post only control group design. Data on social attitudes were collected learning social attitudes, and tests were used to measure students civics educations learning achievement. The research sample was determined by using a random sampling technique which gathered 146 students as the sample. Data were collected by using the test of civics learning and social attitudes questionnaire. The data and hypotheses were tested using a two-way ANAVA. The research results show that: (1) pesantren-based contextual learning approach and social attitudes have a significant effect on civics learning achievement in the eighth grade students of MTs Mualimat Pancor, Selong NTB. (2) there is a significant interaction betwen the implementation of pesantren-based contextual learning approach and social attitudes of the students on civic educations learning archievement. (3) for the students having high social attitudes, the civics educations learning archievements of the students joining pesantren-based contextual learning approach is higher than those joining conventional learning model. (4) for the students having low social attitude, the civics educations learning archievements of the students joining conventional learning model is higher than those who join pesantren-based contextual learning approac

    Determinasi Citra Diri, Etos Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Sikap Profesional Guru SD Di Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur

    This research aims to investigate the determination of self-image, job ethos, and teachers' job motivation partially and simultaneously towards teachers' professional attitude. The sample of this research was all Civil Servant teachers in Elementary School in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency. The data were collected by using Likert-scaled questionnaire and analyzed by using simple regression and multiple regression. The result of analyses shows that there is a significant determination of self-image, job ethos, teachers' job motivation partially and simultaneously on teacher professional attitude in elementary school in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency with the value of r = 0,610 which means that the correlation coefficient of self-image, job ethos, and teacher job motivation simultaneously shows a positive effect on teacher professional attitude. Mean while, the value of r2 = 0.372. It means that the effect of self-image, job ethos, and teacher job motivation simultaneously contribute 37.2% to teacher professional attitude. This research implies that self-image, job ethos, and teacher job motivation is better to be continuously improved optimally for making a better teachers' professional attitude, especially elementary school teachers in Sikur District East Lombok Regency
