    The Relationship between Fungal Growth Rate and Temperature and Humidity

    In order to determine the relation among the three factors of wood fiber decomposition rate, mycelial elongation and moisture resistance, our team resorted to the Monod equation and the modified Logistic equation. Combing with the kinetic principle and the law of mass action, the equations between the decomposition rate of wood fiber, the elongation rate of mycelium and the moisture resistance were established. In the course of solving the model, we found that when the temperature ranges from 24℃ to 28℃ and the relative humidity from 60% to75%, the growth rate of fungi is the fastest

    How fintech affects financial sustainability in the electric power industry?—evidence from Chinese companies

    Introduction: The financial sustainability of the electric power industries is of significant practical significance for achieving carbon neutrality and peak carbon emissions.Methods: We innovatively use web crawler technology to obtain keywords related to fintech in the search index and constructs a regional fintech indicator system. Based on this indicator system, we explore the impact of fintech on the financial sustainability of the electric power industry by panel regression model. The result shows that fintech significantly improved the financial sustainability of electric power companies. Further evidence indicates that fintech can promote financial sustainable development by enhancing corporate risk-taking ability, increasing operating income, and alleviating financing constraints. Heterogeneity analysis indirectly proves that compared to state-owned electric power enterprises, private electric power enterprises face a more severe financing environment. But private enterprises can obtain more credit funds through new financing channels opened by financial technology. So, the role of fintech in alleviating the phenomenon of ownership discrimination in the financial system cannot be ignored. In addition, we also find that fintech is more significant in helping small and medium-sized electric-power enterprises in financial sustainability, while it is less helpful for large enterprises.Discussion: In the context of the fusion development of technology and financial markets, the research conclusions of this article provide important references for governments, enterprises, and traditional financial institutions to make corresponding reforms

    TRIM 16 gene expression regulates the growth and metastasis of human esophageal cancer

    Purpose: To investigate the effect of tripartite membrane protein  TRIM) 16 gene silencing on human esophageal cancer (KYSE-270) cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis.Methods: Short interfering RNA (siRNA) TRIM 16 silencing fragment was transfected into KYSE-270 cells. Transfection efficiency was determined using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Cell proliferation, invasiveness and migration were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol2-yl)- 2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, Transwell invasion assay, and scratch test, respectively. Protein expressions of bax and bcl-2 were assayed using Western blotting.Results: The gene expression of TRIM 16 was significantly upregulated in esophageal cancer cells, relative to normal human esophageal cells, but was downregulated after gene silencing. Moreover, the silencing of TRIM 16 gene led to significant reductions in KYSE-270 cell viability, migration and invasiveness, but significantly increased KYSE270 cell apoptosis (p < 0.05). The silencing of TRIM 16 gene also significantly upregulated bax protein expression, while downregulating the expression of bcl-2 protein (p < 0.05).Conclusion: These results suggest that TRIM 16 gene silencing inhibits KYSE-270 cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, and thus provide a basis for its development as a therapeutic approach for the management of esophageal cancer.     Gas-Purged Headspace Liquid Phase Microextraction System for Determination of Volatile and Semivolatile Analytes

    In order to achieve rapid, automatic, and efficient extraction for trace chemicals from samples, a system of gas-purged headspace liquid phase microextraction (GP-HS-LPME) has been researched and developed based on the original HS-LPME technique. In this system, semiconductor condenser and heater, whose refrigerating and heating temperatures were controlled by microcontroller, were designed to cool the extraction solvent and to heat the sample, respectively. Besides, inert gas, whose gas flow rate was adjusted by mass flow controller, was continuously introduced into and discharged from the system. Under optimized parameters, extraction experiments were performed, respectively, using GP-HS-LPME system and original HS-LPME technique for enriching volatile and semivolatile target compounds from the same kind of sample of 15 PAHs standard mixture. GC-MS analysis results for the two experiments indicated that a higher enrichment factor was obtained from GP-HS-LPME. The enrichment results demonstrate that GP-HS-LPME system is potential in determination of volatile and semivolatile analytes from various kinds of samples

    R3D-SWIN:Use Shifted Window Attention for Single-View 3D Reconstruction

    Recently, vision transformers have performed well in various computer vision tasks, including voxel 3D reconstruction. However, the windows of the vision transformer are not multi-scale, and there is no connection between the windows, which limits the accuracy of voxel 3D reconstruction. Therefore, we propose a voxel 3D reconstruction network based on shifted window attention. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to apply shifted window attention to voxel 3D reconstruction. Experimental results on ShapeNet verify our method achieves SOTA accuracy in single-view reconstruction.Comment: being consider to patter recognition letter
