Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin (SSCC) is one of the most common malignant skin tumors. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum, with human beings as the only host. The combination of syphilis and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin is not uncommon, particularly if the lesions are located on different parts of the body. However, simultaneous development of the chancre and squamous cell carcinoma of the glans penis seems exceptional. Energetic particle influence on the Earth's atmosphere
This manuscript gives an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the effects of energetic particle precipitation (EPP) onto the whole atmosphere, from the lower thermosphere/mesosphere through the stratosphere and troposphere, to the surface. The paper summarizes the different sources and energies of particles, principally
galactic cosmic rays (GCRs), solar energetic particles (SEPs) and energetic electron precipitation (EEP). All the proposed mechanisms by which EPP can affect the atmosphere
are discussed, including chemical changes in the upper atmosphere and lower thermosphere, chemistry-dynamics feedbacks, the global electric circuit and cloud formation. The role of energetic particles in Earthβs atmosphere is a multi-disciplinary problem that requires expertise from a range of scientific backgrounds. To assist with this synergy, summary tables are provided, which are intended to evaluate the level of current knowledge of the effects of energetic particles on processes in the entire atmosphere

The Article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the understanding of Russian civilization in the context of the current political development of our country. The author attempts to analyze the current political forces that have adopted the ideological foundations of civilizational identity. Despite the ambiguity of the concept of "civilization", Russian political rhetoric widely uses this terminology. At the same time, there is no single direction of the doctrinal content of civilizational aspects that can form the ideological basis of the modern national idea. The historical analysis and systematization of sources revealed the presence of three key groups that determine the agenda for Russian civilization. These groups include the Communists, supporters of the Orthodox world, as well as Neo-Eurasianists. Interaction between philosophy of education and teaching practice
The article attempts to analyse the interaction between philosophy of education and teaching practice. Such area of learning as βphilosophy of educationβ is defined, genesis and dynamics of practice as universals of human existence are traced; such concepts as βpracticeβ, βteaching practiceβ are analysed in view of philosophy of education; the role and position of teaching practice as linking system in the theory of knowledge are grounded. The main conclusion of the conducted research is the proof that philosophy of education in its new interpretation is not only theoretical understanding of foundations and manifestations of educational process, but also practice, direct implementation of educational theoretical groundwork in everyday life. Using historical and philosophical analysis, the author showed that philosophy of education implements adopted philosophical (world view) paradigms in various teaching practices. Improving the efficiency of university management: Teacher's performance monitoring as a tool to promote the quality of education
This study aims to examine the essence of education monitoring, its place in the higher education management system and the practical implementation of teacher's performance monitoring as a tool to promote the quality of education. The article considers theoretical aspects of monitoring as a tool to promote the quality of education, assesses the performance of the university departments, research and teaching staff and discusses the results and suggestions on how to improve monitoring activities in higher education. Based on their research and findings, the authors claimed that the monitoring of the performance of the university research and teaching staff on the base of an indicator system in terms of education, methodology, research, organization and counselling services would lead to valid conclusions as to the effective performance of both individual researchers and teachers and university departments, in general.
