    The capitalism crisis that affected the social and economic system during the last decades determined significant consequences on the labor market. In fact, organizations decisions are often focused on how to cut cost, by reducing the training and development of employees, or even on their total removal. In this context of global recession the managers’ role becomes relevant in order to find adequate solutions or, better, to reach this new challenge. Some managers give a possible solution able to overcome the capitalism’s crisis by implementing the Employer Branding Strategy.
