NORMATIVE ORIENTATION OF THE LANGUAGE OF FICTION: LINGUISTIC-AESTHETIC ASPECT
Purpose: The article conducts the study implementation of the normative orientation of the language of fiction: linguistic-aesthetic aspect
Methodology: This is analytical-logical research done by content analysis.
Result: In the article, it is argued that normative orientation of the fiction speech is rather different from that of functional styles in which, as a rule, not only non-literary language elements but also specific phenomena of other styles are not used.
Applications: This research can be used for the universities, teachers and education students.
Novelty/Originality: A number of outstanding scientists such as V.D. Levin, N.A. Meshchersky, N.M. Shansky, N.L. Maksimov, D.N. Shmelev, K.A. Panfilov and others consider the language of fiction as a special type of the literary language which is characterized by aesthetic function and in which the particular peculiarities of all other functional styles can be found as well as non-literary linguistic means of different kinds: colloquial, slang, dialectal, etc

The aim of the study was an analyze of literal and some own data on a diagnostic problem of COPD in ischaemic heart disease (IHD) patients. An assessment of diagnostic value of respiratory function examination, bicycle test, electrocardiography Holter's daily monitoring, electrocardiogram telemetry, and echocardiography was performed in 1554 patients with COPD accompanied by IHD. It was revealed that the most informative diagnostic method for ischaemic disorders in such patients is the dynamic electrocardiogram daily monitoring, especially in patients with severe ventilation disorders. A prevalence of combined arrhythmias and aberrations of ventricular complex on superventricular arrythymias was recorded and thought to follow atrial-and-ventricular dyssynergy or ventricular asynergy. It was found that the earliest phenomena of intracardiac haemodynamic disorders in combined COPD and IHD patients were left atrium dysfunction and dilatation. We suppose that a prognosis of the combined pathology generally depends on the left heart contractility. Beta-blokers caused a significant loss in the respiratory function and a formation of the pathologic syndrome of airways early expiratory closure. A correction of management of both the diseases consists of the early COPD and IHD diagnostics taking into account the interrelated features of cardiorespiratory functional status.ΠΠ½Π°Π»ΠΈΠ· Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΠ½ΡΡ

This study investigates the characteristics of immune response in women with reproductive disorders with chronic endometritis and in its absence. Reproductive disorders are accompanied by decrease of anti-infective protection of the organism with is associated with secondary immunodeficiency state with the suppressive activity of T-lymphocytes end changes of phagocytes chain of immune system
Screening and Characterization of the Antagonistic Properties of Microorganisms Isolated From Natural Sources
BACKGROUND: Human infectious diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant bacterial pathogens present a serious problem for clinical medicine. Causative agents of nosocomial infections, such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter spp., are the most common among them. An active search for antimicrobial agents that can effectively combat drugresistant pathogens is underway. Antimicrobial substances of bacterial origin are of particular interest. Promising sources of microorganisms with antibiotic properties are natural sources: Soil, water, plants, etc.
AIM: The purpose of this work is to screen and characterize the antagonistic properties of microorganisms isolated from natural sources in connection with the creation of new pharmaceutical substances.
METHODS: The material for the isolation of microorganisms was the soil, water bodies, and plant objects of various municipal districts of the Kemerovo Region. Identification of the isolated microorganisms was carried out using the methods proposed in the directory βBergeyβs Manual of Determinative Bacteriologyβ and in the monograph Nesterenko et al. The selection of strains from soil samples was carried out according to standard methods described in βMethods of soil microbiological control. Methodical recommendations,β cultural-morphological properties of isolates were studied using conventional microbiological methods.
RESULTS: The following results are obtained: (1) Lactic acid bacteria and other microorganisms antagonists from natural sources were isolated: Soil, water bodies, and plant objects; 20 isolates were isolated, their cultural and morphological properties were studied; isolated microorganisms were found to belong presumably to the genera Bacillus, Leuconostoc, Pedio-coccus, Lactobacillus, and Bacteroides; (2) Antimicrobial properties of lactic acid bacteria and other antagonistic microorganisms isolated from natural sources on solid and liquid nutrient media were studied; (3) 12 strains of 20 isolates with maximum antimicrobial properties were selected for further studies.
CONCLUSION: Further research on the biochemical properties of lactic acid bacteria and other antagonist microorganisms isolated from natural sources, the study of antibiotic resistance of lactic acid bacteria and other antagonist microorganisms isolated from natural sources, as well as other more detailed studies will be conducted with selected 12 strains with maximum antimicrobial properties
Social representations of HIV/AIDS in five Central European and Eastern European countries: A multidimensional analysis
Cognitive processing models of risky sexual behaviour have proliferated in the two decades since the first reporting of HIV/AIDS, but far less attention has been paid to individual and
group representations of the epidemic and the relationship between these representations and reported sexual behaviours. In this study, 494 business people and medics from Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Poland and Russia sorted free associations around HIV/AIDS in a matrix completion task. Exploratory factor and multidimensional scaling analyses revealed two main dimensions (labelled βSexβ and βDeadly diseaseβ), with significant cultural and gender variations along both dimension scores. Possible explanations for these results are discussed in the light of growing concerns over the spread of the epidemic in this region
Dynamics of local cytokine status in patients with parotid salivary gland sialadenosis depending on the treatment algorithm
Sialadenosis is a dystrophic disease of the salivary glands parenchyma, which leads to secretory disorders and hypertrophy of salivary glands. Sialadenitis develops in cases of secondary inflammation. Standard methods and medications for the treatment of sialadenosis lead to regression of clinical manifestations and remission. Usage of herbal extracts with prolonged action has a long-term local anti-inflammatory effect with minimal side effects, including those affecting oral mucosa. However, their use in the complex treatment of sialadenosis has been scarcely studied. Objective of our investigation was to estimate cytokine status dynamics in saliva from the parotid glands in the patients with sialadenosis and hypothyroidism during complex treatment which included the prolonged-action herbal remedy. 52 patients with sialadenosis of parotid salivary glands and hypothyroidism were divided into 2 groups: in the I group, 26 patients received basic therapy; in the II group, 26 patients received basic therapy + herbal drugs with prolonged effect as resorbable tablets. Control group consisted of 20 conditionally healthy people without disorders of parotid glands and thyroid gland. Comparative evaluation was performed 1 and 6 months after starting the treatment, with respect to clinical findings, sialometry and cytokine profile. The content of interleukins IL-1Ξ², IL-6, IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was determined in saliva of parotid glands by ELISA technique. The 1st group of patients showed exacerbations within six months of basic treatment, and the sialometry data pointed to maintenance of decreased parotid function. In the 2nd group, when using basic treatment + herbal drugs, no clinical features of sialadenosis were evident within 6 months. The sialometry values were normalized, and the secretory function of the parotid glands was found to be increased. Therefore, it exerted an effect upon moisturization of oral mucosal and improvement quality of life in the patients. Regression of IL- 1Ξ², IL-6 and TNF contents, and IL-10 increase in parotid gland secretions was significantly more pronounced at the terms of 1 and 6 months in cases treated with herbal drugs, compared to Group 1, where a conventional protocol was used. Addition of herbal drugs of prolonged action to the standard protocol of sialadenosis treatment is reasonable and effective
MICROBIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF INTESTINAL MICROFLORA IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGIC DISEASES
The results of bacteriological research of scatological material from children with allergic diseases (atopic dermatitis, bronchia! asthma combined, with allergic rhinitis, dermal and respiratory syndrome, allergic rhinitis) in Irkutsk are presented, in the article. 62 patients from 1 year to 17 years were examined, and. significant deviations from the scatological norm, were revealed: in lactic acid, bacteria β 75,8 % while the number of bifidobacteria was reduced, in 58 % of patients. The most frequently identified, bacteria were S. aureus (24,2 %) and. K. pneumoniae (14,5 %)
