Describes nonlinear optical frequency converter of laser radiation based on the two LBO type I crystals allowing to receive pulses of radiation at three wavelengths of 1064 nm, 532 nm and 355 nm with an adjustable pulse energy. For fine adjustment of the output pulse energy used two dual phase plates that change the orientation of the plane of polarization of the two waves in cascade third harmonic generation. Measured the efficiency of the generation of harmonics of the intensity of radiation at 1064 nm.Описан нелинейно-оптический преобразователь частоты лазерного излучения на основе двух кристаллов LBO с синхронизмом типа I oo-e, позволяющий получать импульсы излучения на трех длинах волн 1064, 532 и 355 нм с регулируемой энергией импульсов. Для плавной регулировки выходной энергии импульсов используются две двухволновые фазовые пластинки, которые изменяют ориентацию плоскости поляризации взаимодействующих волн при каскадной генерации третьей гармоники. Экспериментально измерены зависимости эффективности генерации гармоник от интенсивности излучения основной частоты с λ = 1064 нм
