    In this research the author wants to describe the strategy of marketing public relations that to be conducted by the division Esia, that is Customer Lifecycle Management, PT Bakrie Telecom, Tbk that make special event, Mudik Gratis Esia 2014 for customers in maintaining customer loyalty. MPR strategy itself is an important component of science communication to be designed as a form of buying interest in achieving customer satisfaction at the same time. In a special event held by Esia, PT Bakrie Telecom, Tbk in the form of Mudik Gratis Esia can be analyzed through the concept of 5W + 1H. From this concept describe about background, planning and process held in this event. From this event also explored how the event is able to demonstrate about maintaining customer loyalty. Homecoming events associated with the implementation of Mudik Gratis Esia in 2014 it was able to maintain customer loyalty of Esia even found an increase in customer loyalty. The existence of these results due to several factors capable of affecting, among which with good quality services provided to the company resulted in positive customer satisfaction to Esia especially from participants of Mudik Gratis Esia. By using this type of qualitative descriptive study, researchers conducted in-depth data collection by interview, documentation and observation. The results showed that the strategy of marketing public relations conducted by Esia be holding special events of Mudik Gratis Esia in 2014 able to maintain and increase customer loyalty.     Mata kuliah Statistics (Statistika Pendidikan untuk prodi yang lain) merupakan mata kuliah wajib di IAIN Walisongo. Di prodi Tadris Bahasa Inggris, pembelajaranmata kuliah Statistics selama ini mempunyai beberapa hambatan, antara lain mahasiswa kesulitan dalam pemahaman konsep, keterampilan berhitung, dan kurangnya waktu untuk berlatih. Bersamaan dengan kerjasama IAIN Walisongo dengan DBE 2 USAID untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh, dibuatlah kelas online untuk mata kuliah statistika yang memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk berdiskusi, menyelesaikan statistika uji dengan komputasi, memahami konsep statistika melalui video dan bahan bacaan, serta berinteraksi dengan dosen jika mahasiswa mengalami permasalahan.Selanjutnya ingin diketahui apakah pembelajaran dengan e-learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa tidak terlihat pengaruh yang signikan, namun jumlah mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai A, B+, dan B lebih banyak pada pembelajaran dengan e-learning dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran konvensional

    Perubahan pendidikan yang diemban oleh Kurikulum 2013 menja- dikan guru harus merubah sistem pembelajarannya di kelas. Untuk itu pemerintah telah menyiapkan berbagai perangkat sebagai panduan di lapangan, diantaranya adalah buku teks pelajarn untuk guru dan untuk siswa. Oleh karena itu sudah seharusnya apabila buku teks ini sesuai den- gan kaidah kurikulum 2013. Namun pada Kenyataannya pada buku teks siswa kelas VII untuk mata pelajaran Matematika terdapat beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Kurikulum 2013. Untuk itu perlu di- lakukan analisis isi terhadap buku ini agar kekurangannya dapat menjadi perbaikan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesesuaian isi buku teks se- bagai pegangan siswa kelas VII mata pelajaran Matematika dengan Kom- petensi Dasar yang tercantum dalam Permendikbud No. 68 tahun 2013 tentang Kompetensi Dasar dan Struktur Kurikulum SMP/MTs. Hasil ka- jian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa Kompetensi Dasar di buku yang tidak berasal dari Permendikbud tersebut, dan juga terdapat bebera- pa Kompetensi Dasar yang ada di Permendikbud yang belum termuat di dalam buku teks

    Effectiveness of the Implementation of Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2017 in the Marisa Religious Court

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2017 Concerning Guidelines for Judging Women Against the Law (PERMA). This research is a field research with data collection methods such as observation, interview and documentation study. The collected data is processed and analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The results of the study showed that the Judges at the Marisa Religious Court in deciding divorce divorce cases before and after the issuance of the regulation had not yet enumerated the request for the Petitioner to pay the burden. However, due to the Circular of the Mahkamah Agung Number 1 of 2017, there is a wife's right to pay. In relation to the effectiveness of the PERMA, it has been effective in enforcing gender justice in the Marisa Religious Court. In certain divorce divorce cases, the wife is present and submits a reconciliation claim regarding livelihood at the hearing, and verstek and case matters where his wife does not submit a liability claim then the PERMA is ineffective or not applied

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of stock price, shares of Tradimg volume activity and the risk of bid-ask spread. And test them with statistical tools. This study argued that share price, TVA and risk affect the stock bid-ask spread partially or together. For this purpose, we used multiple regression analysis.     Racial Disparities in Treatments and Mortality among a Large Population-Based Cohort of Older Men and Women With Colorectal Cancer

    BACKGROUND: There were racial disparities in treatment and mortality among patients with colorectal cancer, but few studies incorporated information on hypertension and diabetes and their treatment status. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The study identified 101,250 patients from Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER)-Medicare linked database in the United States who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer at age ≥65 years between 2007 and 2015 with follow-up to December 2016. RESULTS: There were substantial racial and ethnic disparities in the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes in patients with colorectal cancer, in receiving chemotherapy and radiation therapy, and in receiving antihypertensive and antidiabetic treatment. Racial disparities in receiving these therapies remained significant in this large cohort of Medicare beneficiaries after stratifications by private health insurance status at the time of cancer diagnosis and by tumor stage. Non-Hispanic black patients had a significantly higher risk of all-cause mortality (hazard ratio: 1.07, 95% CI: 1.04-1.10), which remained significantly higher (1.05, 1.02-1.08) after adjusting for patient sociodemographics, tumor factors, comorbidity and treatments as compared to non-Hispanic white patients. The adjusted risk of colorectal cancer-specific mortality was also significantly higher (1.08, 1.04-1.12) between black and white patients. CONCLUSIONS: There were substantial racial disparities in prevalence of hypertension and diabetes in men and women diagnosed with colorectal cancer and in receipt of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, antihypertensive and antidiabetic treatment. Black patients with colorectal cancer had a significantly higher risk of all-cause mortality and colorectal cancer-specific mortality than whites, even after adjusting for sociodemographic characteristics, tumor factors, comorbidity scores, and treatments
