The lecture will address issues related to the use of such phenomena as adsorption in the purification of gas mixtures from harmful impurities, as well as its role in catalysis

Calcium release from the nucleus by InsP3 receptor channels

AbstractThe nucleus is surrounded by a double membrane separating it from the cytoplasm. The perinuclear space is continuous with endoplasmic reticulum, and the nuclear outer membrane shares many features with the reticular membrane. We now show that inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (InsP3) receptors associated with the ] nucleus release Ca2+ from isolated Xenopus laevis oocyte nuclei. Electrophysiological measurements of the intracellular InsP3 receptor in its native membrane have not been possible on the fine filamentous endoplasmic reticulum. In this paper, we directly measure InsP3-dependent receptor channels in isolated nuclei. The nuclear InsP3 receptor is activated by InsP3 and modulated by Ca2+. The channel is weakly regulated by ATP, is mildly voltage dependent, and has a greater conductance with monovalent cations than with divalent cations

Modern Social Welfare in the Light of the Sustainability Model

The paper presents the analysis of interaction between the social welfare and sustainable development. The aim of this paper is to show that the social development mostly depends on community values that form the pathway of the social movement. It is shown that mankind can influence the future choosing the optimum way of its development. Therefore, it is necessary to appreciate personal aspects of sociogenesis and a mechanism of its functioning, differences between social and natural dynamics. From the authors’ viewpoint, a philosophical understanding of sustainability by means of welfare as a regulation mechanism, is one of approaches to the study of social life and social development. A model of socio-practical man's existence mostly oriented towards satisfaction of needs helps to analyze the relationship between the categories under review. The more so as an ordinary intake of consumer amenities transforms to the instrument of construction od social identity, the sociocultural integration of individual with society. Social welfare is presented as a multiple-factor construct represented by a synthesis of cause and effect. Explication technique, hermeneutical approach, and comparison study are used to clarify basic notions of this research

В процессе исследования была проведена научно-исследовательская работа по выбранной теме, пройдены все стадии разработки собственного проекта, выполнен макет, подготовлена графическая часть для презентации проекта. В ходе работы разработаны и представлены модульные светильники универсального использования. Изучены и спроектированы конструктивные элементы, такие как кронштейн, поворотная лира. Так же разработана система крепления модульных элементов между собой, допускающая различные композиционные решения, и обеспечивающая удобство применения.In the course of the research, research work was carried out on the chosen topic, all stages of developing their own project were completed, a layout was made, and a graphic part for the project presentation was prepared. In the course of work, modular lamps for universal use were developed and presented. Studied and designed structural elements, such as a bracket, swivel lyre.
