Formation of junctions in the three-dimensional polymer network of 3d metal-coordinated polyurethanes obtained by adding binuclear coordination compounds of 3d metals (Fe, Cu) to the system was studied. The molecular mass characteristics of the products produced by the reaction of urethane formation up to the gel point were determined, and some kinetic parameters of the process were estimated. A metal complex reacts with a prepolymer based on oligo(ether diol) or oligo(ester diol) and tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate bearing NCO terminal groups by means of chain lengthening through the reaction of azo formation and coordination binding of 3d ions to the urethane and ester groups of neighboring chains to form branching junctions

RADIO MEASUREMENTS NEW LOGIC COMPONENTS FOR PROCESSING COMPLEX MEASUREMENT DATA

The state of research on circuit techniques for topologically modulated signals is analyzed, and a new approach to modeling quantum-logic circuits based on the use of analogies between quantum mechanics and the physics of electromagnetic modes is proposed. It is shown that it is necessary to use topologically modulated signals as digital-data carriers and objects capable of realising the quantum superposition effect as a new logical state. An intense search is being made at the present time for new physical effects and algorithms for data processing to provide a radical solution of super-high-speed problems. This is due both to the limited possibilities of modern electronics and to the need to model complex systems which deliver data at exponentially increasing rates. It is well known that these problems can be solved using quantum logic and nanocircuits, but these are still highly complex and far from being practical possibilities [1]. In this paper we propose to design quantum-logic circuits based on the similarity between quantum theory and the mode structure of wave-guiding structures, supplemented by the topological apparatus for analyzing and synthesizing electromagnetic pulsed fields [2, 3]. A topological approach to the theory of electromagnetic fields was proposed and developed in [2–8]. According to this procedure, traditional methods of describing physical phenomena are supplemented by a qualitative analysis of system
