    Sebuah bangunan dirancang untuk dapat mengakomodasi aktivitas danmemberikan lingkungan yang nyaman dan sehat bagi penggunanya. Penelitian inimembahas tentang aspek-aspek Kenyamanan bangunan dalam sebuah desainarsitektur dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kenyamanan penggunanya. Penelitian inidilakukan pada RSIA Melati Husada Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Kenyamananbangunan diukur berdasarkan 4 aspek utama yaitu kenymanan ruang, Kenyamananvisual, Kenyamanan termal dan Kenyamanan audio. Pengumpulan data dilakukandengan observasi langsung dan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 2 area amatan(fasilitas rawat jalan dan rawat inap). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metodecampuran kuantitatif-kualitatif untuk menghasilkan tingkat Kenyamanan aspekaspekkenyamanan bangunan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner didapatkan bahwavariabel-variabel amatan berada dalam kondisi baik atau mendapatkan nilai baikoleh penggunanya. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa pada 2 area amatan terdapatperbedaan variabel yang mempengaruhi Kenyamanan pengguna secara signifikan.Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat Kenyamanan bangunanberdasarkan persepsi pengunjung dan faktor Kenyamanan bangunan yangmempengaruhi Kenyamanan pengunjung pada RSIA Melati Husada Kota Malang

    Notary as a public official who has the authority to make an authentic notarial deed, performs the duties of his/her office in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Notary Position. In addition to the authority to make an authentic notarial deed, a notary also has an obligation of keeping the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed that he or she made, pursuant to the Article 16 of paragraph (1) letter f of the Amended Law of the Law of Notary Position. Notary makes authentic notarial deed based on the provisions of the Articles 1320 and 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code, as well as the provisions contained in the Law of Notary Position. One of their obligations is presenting instrumental witnesses in the reading of the notarial deed minimum of two (2) persons. Without the presence of the 2 (two) instrumental witnesses, then the notarial deed made by or before a notary has the privately made proofing. The problems in this study were to determine whether the instrumental witnesses have the obligation keep the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed, as the notaries do, and to find out the liability of the instrumental witnesses for the confidentiality of their notarial deeds that they signed. This study is a normative legal research which departed from the obscurity of the applicable norm on the provisions of the Law of the Notary Position on the instrumental witnesses related to their liability to disclosure the contents of the notarial deed. This study used the related statutory approach, literature books, and dictionaries as the legal materials. The results of this study indicated that the instrumental witnesses as one of the formal requirements in the process of making an authentic notarial deed who are also the integral parts of the notary, should have an obligation to keep the confidentiality of the contents of the notarial deed. This is to prevent the leakage of secrets related to the contents of the notarial deed that may be committed by the instrumental witnesses, as well as to protect the interests of the parties on the notarial deed. A less clearly-stated provision related to the instrumental witnesses in the Law of the Notary Position has resulted in any action taken by the instrumental witnesses to become one unity with the notary, or regarded as the own responsibility of the notary. In order to provide legal certainty and legal protection to the instrumental witnesses, as well as to protect the notaries in carrying out their office, the necessary arrangements regarding the obligations and responsibilities of the instrumental witnesses should be clearly specified in the Law of the Notary Position

    Development of Learning Videos Using Videoscribe Tools in Statistics Learning at Junior High School of Muhammadiyah Koba

    Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have been used in the manufacture of learning media for various subjects. This study aims to develop a mathematics learning video using the YouTube-based VideoScribe application on statistics material for class VIII SMP and test the feasibility of the developed learning video. The research method used is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis (analysis), Design (product design), Development (product development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). The subjects of this study were 20 students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Koba. The data collection instruments used in this study were media validation questionnaires (YouTube learning), student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests (THB). The result of this research is a product in the form of a VideoScribe-based learning video which is then uploaded to YouTube which is valid, practical, and effective. The validity test obtained a score of 3.96 with a valid category, field trials obtained a score of 3.67 with a good category and 70% of students met the KKM.Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran untuk berbagai mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran matematika menggunakan aplikasi VideoScribe berbasis YouTube pada materi statistika kelas VIII SMP dan menguji kelayakan video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis (analisis), Design (desain produk), Development (pengembangan produk), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi).     The objectives of the research were to evaluate effect variation in level of treatment with curing time cattle feed and agricultural waste based agricultural by-product fermented with A.Niger on chemical quality. The cattle feed management using agricultural waste and agricultural by products, such as rice straw, corn straw, pulp brem, tofu waste, rice bran and onggok for raw materials of cattle feed with fermentation can improve the nutritional value of feed itself and also can be an alternative feed. Various treatments and curing of feed quality made ​​to obtain the feed according to the standard requirements of beef cattle. The study was conducted with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a 4x4 factorial pattern repeated 3 times to assess the influence of the levels of A.Niger (0, 2, 4 and 6% of dry matter feed) and length of curing cattle feed quality (0, 7, 14 and 21 days) of the proximate components. The results showed that treatment with A.Niger cedar variation of curing time significantly (p<0,05) can increase levels of crude protein and nitrogen free extract content but lower levels of crude fiber, water content and extract ether content (p<0,05); while ash content there is no interaction but each partial factor shows a significant effect (p<0,05).     Analisis Durasi Pekerjaan Tangga Panel Berdasarkan Metode Pert Dan Ccpm (Studi Kasus: Proyek Ruko the Boulevard Jakarta Garden City)

    Teknologi dan inovasi di bidang konstruksi saat ini mulai berkembang, salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan bahan utama EPS (Extended PolyStrene) dan rangka kawat baja (wiremesh) sebagai pengganti material untuk tangga konvensional.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui total durasi pengerjaan tangga panel dengan menggunakan metode PERT dan CCPM beserta produktivitasnya, dan juga untuk mengetahui probabilitas total durasi dari penjadwalan dengan metode CCPM.Data yang digunakan untuk analisis pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan mengamati secara langsung pekerjaan dilapangan. Pekerjaan yang diamati adalah pekerjaan pemasangan tangga dimulai dari awal pekerjaan yaitu pengukuran elevasi sampai akhir pekerjaan yaitu exposed/plester ACI. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis data didapatkan total durasi untuk pekerjaan tangga panel menggunakan metode PERT selama 11,6398 unit/hari, dan dari perhitungan menggunakan metode CCPM untuk durasi buffer selama 11,9645 unit/hari, sedangkan perhitungan menggunakan metode CCPM untuk durasi normal selama 11,7644 unit/hari. Hasil perhitungan produktivitas pekerjaan tangga panel didapatkan: pekerjaan tahap I sebesar 12,2886 unit/hari, pekerjaan tahap II sebesar 36,4288 unit/hari, dan pekerjaan tahap III sebesar 9,0207 unit/hari. Untuk nilai probabilitas total durasi dari penjadwalan CCPM menggunakan durasi buffer sebesar 99,53%, sedangkan nilai probabilitas total durasi dari dari penjadwalan CCPM menggunakan durasi normal sebesar 83,89%.
