The influence of xylate on the volumo- and osmoregulatory function of the kidneys in diabetes complicated by the syndrome of endogenous intoxication of purulent-septic origin.
The combination of insulin-independent diabetes mellitus with endogenous purulent-septic genesis syndrome is a fairly common nosology. The search for ways to optimize the results of its treatment, after screening observations, led to the expediency to consider the pharmacodynamic aspects of the action of polyhydric alcohols through the prism of homeostatic support functions. Detailing this direction was focused on the consideration of the action of xylate mediated through the volumetric and osmoregulatory function of the kidneys. The effect of xylate on the volumo-and osmoregulatory function of the kidneys in insulin-independent diabetes mellitus complicated by the syndrome of endogenous intoxication of purulent-septic origin was investigated. The study group consisted of 53 patients with insulin-independent diabetes mellitus complicated by the syndrome of endogenous intoxication of purulent-septic origin (IDCSEI). Under the condition of infusion loading (3 ml/kg/h for three hours) with Ringer's solution or xylate within the fragments of planned intensive care, indicators characterizing the state of the volumo- and osmoregulatory function of the kidneys were investigated. The loading with Ringer's solution in patients with IDCSEI increases sodium clearance by 260±47.8% (Δ, p=0.020), without changing the concentration of sodium ions in the blood plasma and filtration fraction and purifying the blood plasma from osmotically active substances 147±46.9% ( Δ, p=0.011). Extension of the extracellular space by infusion solutions by 3 ml/kg/h for three hours in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, complicated by the syndrome of endogenous intoxication by purulent-septic genesis, activates volumetric and osmoregulatory function. Extension of extracellular space with infusion solution by 3 ml/kg/h for three hours in patients with insulin-independent diabetes mellitus activates volumo- and osmoregulatory function. Activation of volumetric function occurs by reducing the reabsorption of sodium and water in the proximal nephron, without increase of glomerular filtration rate, increasing the distal transport of sodium and water
The Impact of Supply Chain Dynamic Evaluation of Economic Stability of Enterprises of Radio-electronic Complex in Russia
Abstract- This research aims to assess the impact of supply chain capacity on competitiveness and business efficiency of enterprises of radio-electronic complex in Russia. The aim of the scientific article is to approve the results of quantitative measuring of an economic stability of enterprises of radio-electronic cluster in Russia that let diagnose problems of their development. The methodological basis of the research is a general and statistical method of dynamic standard, index and coefficient analysis, method of paired comparisons, methods of evaluation a financial stability of enterprises. The results of the research: factors, economic profile and normative and evaluative model of economic stability of enterprises are offered

Bent crystal analyzer without grooves for inelastic scattering -- first experimental results
A new design of a bent crystal analyzer for high energy resolution inelastic X-ray scattering has been recently proposed. It has been theoretically predicted that an analyzer with reflecting planes at a certain angle with respect to a crystal surface, bent with two different radii of curvature, will have the same energy resolution as a perfect crystal. The first experimental measurement obtained at the Advanced Photon Source of a bandwidth of such an analyzer is presented. The overall energy resolution of the analyzer and monochromator observed with a narrow beam is equal to 16.4 meV (FWHM) at 13.84 KeV
Endoparasites of rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus domesticus) in Southern Ukraine
One of the main tasks of ecological parasitology at the present stage is to establish patterns of spread of invasive diseases of animals in the environment through a thorough epidemiological examination, as well as to determine the main directions and factors of spread of parasites in Ukraine. Among the many pathogens, endoparasites play a major role in a number of diseases in rabbits with increased morbidity and mortality. In the body of both wild and domestic rabbits several species of parasites that form a parasitocenosis can be localized. The latter have a pathogenic effect on organs and tissues, leading to reduced weight gain, premature slaughter and even mortality. The prevalence of endoparasitoses was studied in weaned rabbits 60 days of age, 120 days of age at fattening, 180 days of age – mating age and adults of 320 days of age to determine the extensiveness and intensity of the dominant invasion. A total of 720 head was studied, 180 animals from each age group. Three species of nematodes were recorded in the rabbits: Trichostrongylus retortaeformis (Zeder, 1800), Nematodirus leporis (Ransom, 1907) and Passalurus ambiguus (Rudolphi, 1819); the cestode Taenia pisiformis (Bloch, 1780); three species of Emeria: Eimeria stiedae (Lindermann, 1865), which parasitizes in the bile ducts of the liver and gallbladder, E. magna (Perard, 1925) and E. media (Kessel, 1929) – in the epithelial cells of the intestine. The prevalence of the infestation depends on the age of the animals. According to the data obtained, eimeriosis was one of the main parasitic diseases of the rabbits. Dominant invasions of Eimeria in the intestines of 60-day-old rabbits were found in the studied animals, their extensiveness reached 19.4%, while the spread of hepatic Eimeria was registered in 13.3% of the examined rabbits. The total infestation of weaned rabbits with helminths was 22.2%, in rabbits for fattening – 26.7%, and in rabbits of mating age and adults – 20.0% and 20.6%, respectively. Global climate change will change the distribution and dynamics of soil-borne helminthiases, but host immunity may also affect host-parasite interactions. Subsequent studies will be aimed at elucidating the effect of mono and mixed invasions on the body of rabbits. Updated data on helminthiasis will expand the screening strategy to maintain rabbit health and reduce economic losses
Isomeric pair in photonuclear reactions on Mo at end-point bremsstrahlung energy of 35-95 MeV
The Nb photonuclear reaction
was studied using the electron beam from the NSC KIPT linear accelerator
LUE-40. Experiment was performed using the activation and off-line -ray
spectrometric technique. The experimental isomeric yield ratio was
determined for the reaction products at the end-point
bremsstrahlung energy range of 35-95 MeV. The obtained
values of are in satisfactory agreement with the
results of other authors and extend the range of previously known data. The
theoretical values of the yields and the
isomeric yield ratio for the isomeric pair from the reaction were
calculated using the partial cross-sections from the TALYS1.95 code
for six different level density models . The comparison showed a noticeable
excess (more than 3.85 times) of the experimental isomeric yield ratio over all
theoretical estimates. At the investigated range of the
theoretical dependence of on energy was confirmed -
the isomeric yield ratio smoothly decreases with increasing energy.Comment: 9 pages, 9 figures, 1 tabl
