Histopatologis Dugaan Edwardsiella Tarda Sebagai Penyebab Kematian Ikan Maskoki (Crassius Auratus) : Postulat Koch

The aim of the study was to know the influence experimental infection of Edwardsiella tarda was isolated from sick koi fish (Cryprinus caprio) to the histologic features of liver, kidney, gill, brain, intestine and muscle in Goldfish (Carassius auratus) based on Koch Postulate. Three goldfishes (KK) were used in this reseach. KK was infected by Edwardsiella tarda as much as 0.1ml i.m.. KK1 died on the 4th day and KK2 and KK3 died on the 25th day. All the fishes were then necropsied. The livers, kidneys, gills, brains, intestines and muscles were taken for making the histopathologic preparation. Bacteriologic observation of KK1 was conducted by cultivating the bacteria into Brillliant Green Agar (BGA), Triple Sugar Iron Agar (TSI Agar), Urea Agar, Motility Agar, Peptone Broth, sugars and oksidation test. Result of histopathologic observation showed that there was necrosis, congestion and macrofag limpocytes and neutrophisl infiltrations in the livers,colloid mass and melanomacrofages in the kidney, congestion and proliferation of secondary lamellae, limfosit and macrofag infiltration of the brain, a melanomacrofag of the muscle and the intestine showed there was limphocytes, and macrofages infiltration in the brain, and melanomacrofages in the muscles as well. This research has objective to examine and analyze the effect of inflation rate, exchange rate (USD), oil price and interest rate to agriculture stock price index at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research using monthly time series data for the period of January 2006 to December 2015. The study utilizes Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (ARDL) technique. The result shows in the short-run inflation rate, exchange rate (USD), oil price and interest rate simultaneously are having significant effect to agriculture stock price index. Partially, only oil price has positif and significant effect, while inflation rate, exchange rate (USD) and interest rate are not have significant effect to agriculture stock price index. While in the long-run no one of variables, inflation rate, exchange rate (USD), oil price and interest rate cointegarate to agriculture stock price index

This study aims to find empirical evidence of intellectual capital conditionand the performance of listed state-owned banks, and the impact of intellectual capitalon the profitability of the company. The results showed that the financial performanceof listed state-owned banks as measured by profitability (ROA) was generally higher inthe period from 2010 to 2012, then decreased in the period 2013-2015. The highestprofitability performance in the 2010-2015 period is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Theexistence of intellectual capital in the listed state-owned banking company affect itsfinancial performance. Analisis Sistem Tunjangan Profesi: Kunci Kesejahteraan Bagi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam

This research aims to explain the analysis of the professional allowance system, which includes policies regarding recipient criteria, allowance amounts, and allowance administration procedures for PAI teachers, as well as provide an overview of the welfare performance of PAI teachers before and after receiving professional allowances, so that in the future it is hoped that more and more teachers will PAI understand the professional allowance system so that it has an impact on fulfilling the welfare of PAI teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional type of survey research. Research data sources consist of primary data sources originating from journal articles, books, and documents that are relevant to the research problem. Meanwhile, secondary data sources come from PAI teachers at the elementary school level in Kec. Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung, with 16 PAI teachers who have received professional allowances. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, which is analysed using descriptive statistics and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and diagrams. The results of the research show that the PAI teacher professional allowance system is explained in Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 1 and Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 8. Apart from that, the results showed that the welfare of PAI teachers after receiving professional allowances increased by 17.18%. So it can be concluded that professional allowances can be the key to PAI teacher welfare

Galeri Indonesia WOW seeks to maximize customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of price, product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The type of this research is explanatory that is aimed to find the influence of independent variable, price, product quality and service quality to influence of dependent variable that is purchasing decision and consumer satisfaction. Sampling technique of accidental sampling. Samples were taken from the population of 1102 by using Slovin formula obtained sample of 293 people. Data analysis using linear regression SPSS version 22 applications. The results showed that the variable price, product quality and service quality have a positive influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of research, the influence of price variables, product quality and service quality to purchase decision of 89%, the influence of price variables, product quality, service quality and purchasing decisions to customer satisfaction of 95.7%. Intervention variable that is purchasing decision have influence to consumer satisfaction equal to 92.5%. Price is the most important factor affecting purchasing decision and consumer satisfaction. Nowadays investment instruments are growing. One of the investment instruments is mutual fund. Indonesian macroeconomic conditions affected the performance of investments, including on mutual funds. One type of mutual fund is balance mutual funds. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of stock index returns, return of USD exchange rate, return of JIBOR Interest Rate, and return of government bonds of Indonesia to the performance of balance mutual funds. Observation period is one year (2012), using daily data. Total balance mutual funds in IDX are 120, which meets the criteria of the sample were 86. Method used to answer the research problem is multiple linear regressions. Hubungan Antara Religiusitas Dengan Kecemasan Terhadap Kematian Pada Individu Fase Dewasa Madya Di PT Tiga Serangkai Group

Kematian pasti akan dialami oleh setiap manusia. Kematian menjadi topik yang menarik karena waktu, lokasi dan prosesnya tidak dapat dipastikan. Religiusitas dapat dihubungkan dengan kecemasan terhadap kematian karena ajaran agama banyak membahas mengenai kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan kecemasan terhadap kematian pada individu fase dewasa madya di PT Tiga Serangkai Group.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 36 orang yang terdiri dari manager dan supervisor/officer berusia 35-60 tahun di PT Tiga Serangkai Group. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala likert dengan empat pilihan respon jawaban. Skala religiusitas dan kecemasan terhadap kematian diujicobakan pada 30 manager dan supervisor/officer yang berusia 35-60 tahun di PT Tiga Serangkai Group. Koefisien reliabilitas skala religiusitas adalah 0,872 dengan 31 aitem, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas skala kecemasan terhadap kematian adalah 0,918 dengan 34 aitem.Hasil kategorisasi menunjukkan religiusitas subjek berada pada kategori tinggi dan kecemasan terhadap kematian berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, didapatkan koefisien korelasi -0,363 dengan p=0,030 (p<0,05). Nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan, artinya semakin tinggi religiusitas maka semakin rendah kecemasan terhadap kematian. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,131, artinya religiusitas memberikan pengaruh sebesar 13,1% pada kecemasan terhadap kematian. The aims of this research were to know the relationship among biologicol learning dfficulties with affective competence ond cognitive compelence and each contribution to that dfficulties toward student of SMUN 8 Surikarta. This research was carried out during academic year of 2004/2005. This was the descriptive quantitative research with ex post faclo. The threated student was sampled in amount of 40 students by simplerandom sampling. The data obtained was\u27then analized by multivariate-linear regression analysisThe results showed that there was significant dffirence between biological learning dfficulties with cognitive comrytence and afective comrylence. The dominant contributor to the difficulties was the affective competence (52, 29%o). This reasearch alsofound that lhere was correlation between those two competence
