    Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run Training Improve Children Agility Age 7-8 Years Old

    This study used experimental research, with a Randomized Pre and Post Test Group Design. This study consisted of 3 groups: the Pump It Up group, the Zig Zag Run game group, and the Shuttle Run game control group with a sample of each group of 10. The Agility Illionis Test was chosen as the agility test instrument. The exercise was done three days a week for four weeks. Anova test results showed that there was a significant effect of Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises on agility with indigo p <0.05, and LSD test showed there were differences in Pump It Up with Ziz Zag Run, there were differences in Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run with indigo p <0.05. The conclusion of this research was that Pump It Up and Zig Zag Run exercises increase agility

    Game of Pump It Up ( PIU) represent the game which orientation to increase achievement besides useful also to eliminate the momentary saturation. Requirement to conducted the body movement can be fufilled in game PIU, One of them is agility at leg, Player have to used the movement which focussed the activity of member move under though at member move also moved. The happening make-up of strength of muscle leg will cause the happening of makeup stability leg. Objective to know the relationship between playing at Pump It Up ( PIU) with the mobility leg at adolescent. Method research type is observational with the approach of cross sectional. Population in this research is 50 responde nt divided to become two group that is 35 responder as a group control and 15 treatment group. Technique analyse the data use the test of normalitas shapiro wilk and test the hypothesis with the correlation of Spearman Rho. Result showed there is relationship play at the Pump It Up ( PIU) with the adolescent agility leg examinee with the correlation of Spearman Rho Test is p value 0,0001. Tabulation test traverse to show the game PIU of during 2,0 - 2,5 month agility have of result with the category excellent 6,7%, good 60% and average 20%. While player PIU of during > 2,6 month agility have of result with the category excellent 13,3%.     Pengaruh Latihan Pump It Up (Piu) Dan Latihan Zig Zag Run Terhadap Kelincahan Dan Keseimbangan Pada Anak Usia 7-8 Tahun

    PENDAHULUAN. Anak-anak tertarik melakukan aktivitas fisik yang dipadukan dengan musik dan tarian. Pump It Up (PIU) merupakan permainan semi aktif dikombinasikan dengan nyanyian dan tarian. Zig Zag Run yaitu latihan yang dilakukan dengan lari berkelok dengan durasi waktu. Pengaruh latihan PIU dan latihan Zig Zag Run terhadap kelincahan dan keseimbangan pada anak usia 7-8 tahun masih belum jelas. METODE. Termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimental, dengan rancangan Randomized Pre Post and Post Test Group Design, terdiri dari 3 kelompok (PIU, Zig Zag Run, dan kontrol Shuttle Run) dengan total sampel 30. Kelincahan diukur dengan Illionis Agility Test dan keseimbangan dengan Standing Stork Test. HASIL. Kelincahan pada PIU (K1) rerata pre test 24,80±2,04 cm dan post test 12,20±1,13 cm, Zig Zag Run (K2) rerata pre test 24,10±1,10 cm dan post test 13,40±1,17 cm, dan Shuttle Run (K3)rerata pre test 23,50±0,97 cm dan post test 12,80±1,48 cm. Pada keseimbangan kelompok PIU(K1) rerata pre test 19,90±2,47 cm dan post test 51,80±1,23 cm, Zig Zag Run (K2) rerata pre test 21,80±1,62 cm dan post test 49,80±0,79 cm, dan Shuttle Run (K3) rerata pre test 21,20±1,81 cm dan post test49,20±0,79 cm. Uji anova menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Pump It Up dan Zig Zag Run terhadap kelincahan dan keseimbangan dengan nila p < 0,05. KESIMPULAN. Metode Pump It Up lebih meningkatkan kelincahan dan keseimbangan dibandingkan Zig Zag Run
