ANALISIS PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI, NILAI TAMBAH DAN STRATEGI OPERASIONAL AGROINDUSTRI KOPI LAMPUNG SR DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
This study aims to analyze the cost of production, added value, internal and external factors and operational strategies of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry. This research is a case study involving respondents of agroindustry owners, employees, and consumers and addition to lecturers of agribusiness and employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The data was analyzed quantitative descriptively by cost of goods manufactured and added value and qualitative descriptively by SWOT analysis . The result showed that the production cost of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry was IDR45,938/kg to IDR106,856/kg. The added value generated was IDR17,241.75/kg – IDR103,385.89/kg. After knowing the total value of internal factors and externals factor, it was known that the agroindustry was in quadrant I (growth). The strategy that might be implemented was to expand the marketing areas, increase production and carry out by online marketing using promotion and business development by utilizing its strengths. Kepuasan Konsumen: Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi
ABSTRACT This article investigates the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy customer satisfaction. The population is the customer in BPR Meru Sankara, the sample is taken with convinience with slovin method. Using sample 96 and tested using SPSS software. The results of this study show Perception Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness and Empatimiliki influence and significant to Customer Satisfaction. Thus the proposed hypothesis proves true. As for Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Loyalty, Physical Evidence and Guarantee no effect on Customer Satisfaction so that the hypothesis proposed is not proven. This research uses Cross Sectional design and using Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample of research as many as 191 people. Measuring tool used in this research is questionnaire and data processing using computerized. The results showed that the knowledge variable (ph = 0.005); Income (p = 0.003); Attitude (p = 0.002); Custom (p = 0.022) related to behavior open defacation free. And educational variables (p = 0.205); Social support (p = 0.267); And the role of health workers (p = 0.103) has no relationship to behavior open defacation free The conclusion of the research is attitude as the dominant factor related to behavior open defacation free

Pengaruh Modul Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Keanekaragaman Hayati SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak
This study was aimed to see the influence used of module toward study result of biodiversity material in class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. The form of this research was a quasy experimental design with pattern in nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research are XF as experiment class and XA as control class. As for the sampling technique by means of intact group. The instrument that been used was multiple choice test that consists of 20 item. From analysis of the data, obtained an average score of the students in the post-test result of experimental class (with module) is 18.26, while the average score of the post-test result of the control class (with texts book) is 15.71. Based on the analysis U- Mann Whitney test showed that Zcount < Ztable (-5.33 < -1.96) it can be concluded there were differences of study result between students that taught by module with that taught by texts book in SMA N 9 Pontianak. The effect size (ES) obtained 1.32 in the high category and gave the contribution 40.66%, then the module has positif influence toward study result of biodiversity material in class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak
PENERAPAN STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION DENGAN PETA KONSEP TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATERI PLANTAE DI SMA
Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dengan peta konsep terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi kingdom plantaedi kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sajad. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan caraintact group. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen (yang diajar menggunakan model STAD dengan peta konsep) adalah 23.75, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas kontrol (yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional) adalah 21.33. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji U Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung<-Ztabel (-2.66< -1.96). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dengan peta konsep pada materi kingdom plantaedengan yang diajarkan menggunakan model konvensional. Bentuk penelitian adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XF (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas XA (kelas kontrol), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dengan intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil post-test siswa pada kelas eksperimen (yang diajar menggunakan modul) adalah 18.26, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil post-test kelas kontrol (yang diajar menggunakan buku teks) adalah 15.71. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji U Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung < Ztabel (-5.33 < -1.96) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan modul dengan yang diajarkan menggunakan buku teks di SMA N 9 Pontianak. Nilai effect size yang diperoleh sebesar 1.32 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 40.66%, maka modul berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi keanekaragaman hayati di kelas X SMA N 9 Pontianak. AbstractThis research was aimed to found out the feasibility of sub material media pocket book of biodiversity benefits for X grade senior high school. The method used in this research was descriptive method and the sampling techniques was purposive. The pocket book was tested for the feasibility by two lecturers of Biology Education Study Program FKIP Untan and three X grade senior high school biology teachers in three schools in sub-district of Tekarang, regency of Sambas. Based on the evaluations of validators, the pocket book was qualified and valid with the average value of 3,80 and feasible to be used as a learning media in sub material benefits of biodiversity.Keywords: Biodiversity, Media, Pocket Book
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Kartu Angka Bergambar Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Di PAUD Karya Bersama Desa Darat Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh penggunaan media kartu angka bergambar terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan di PAUD Karya Bersama Desa Darat Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan media kartu angka bergambar terhadap kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan di PAUD Karya Bersama Desa Darat Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Pre- experimental dengan desain One Group Pre test - Post test.subjek penelitian iniadalah anak kelas A dengan jumlah 15 anak, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis. Setelah dilakukan teknik analisis data, maka diperoleh thitung=64.2260 > ttabel= 1.7011 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho di tolak artinya ada Pengaruh Media Kartu Angka Bergambar Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Kelas A di PAUD Karya Bersama Desa Darat Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir
