L'IdHAL, un service à forte valeur ajoutée pour le chercheur

National audienceL'IdHal, nouveauté de la Version 3 de Hal, configuré par le chercheur, lui permet d'identifier et rassembler sous une même identité toutes les publications qui lui appartiennent dans l'archive ouverte nationale HAL, garantissant ainsi une recherche exhaustive sur son nom dans la base, ainsi que des statistiques de dépôt et consultation. Le chercheur a aussi la possibilité de lier son IdHal à ses autres identifiants ou autres productions sur diverses plateformes numériques, et de créer un CV en ligne paramétrable, dans la mesure où c'est le chercheur qui décide quels éléments il veut diffuser. Ce CV, qui a une adresse URL pérenne grâce à l'IdHal est dynamique, aussi bien en ce qui concerne les publications, qui se mettent à jour automatiquement, qu'en ce qui concerne les autres éléments du CV : identifiants 'cliquables' et exploitation du CV selon différentes facettes.L'IdHal permet ainsi au chercheur de disposer d'un outil qui, en l'identifiant de façon forte d'une part, et en liant cet identifiant à d'autres marqueurs de la présence numérique du chercheur sur le Web d'autre part, constitue un service à forte valeur ajoutée pour la construction et l'affirmation de son identité numérique, et donc la valorisation de ses travaux et leur visibilité

MS26 Communications PoC between NAKALA and HAL

PoC: Working Communication between Nakala, the Huma-Num's research data repository, and the academic publications available on HAL.This document specifies the development of the proof of concept (POC) which will allow the linking of publications deposited in HAL (including its HAL-SHS portal), the French open archive (https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/) developed by the CCSD (https://www.ccsd.cnrs.fr/), and data or datasets deposited in Nakala (https://nakala.fr/) developed by Huma-num (https://www.huma- num.fr/), the French research data repository for SSH data. It describes the workflow to be set up between the two repositories, the creation of the bidirectional relationship between publications and data, prospection for the implementation of tools to visualize these links in the two repositories, and finally how to expose these relationships and publish them, so that they are available, findable and usable by research communities (and by all citizens)

A new way for researchers to deposit files in HAL, the French Open Archive

HAL is the multidisciplinary French national open archive for all academic documents, published or not published. HAL contains more than 1.175.000 files of articles, preprints, conference papers, images etc… HAL is a pillar for the national open science policy. The first (2018) and the second (2021-2024) french plans for Open Science highlighted the need for HAL to simplify the deposit process for researchers, even when they publish in other open access platforms across the world, by developing an integrated self-archiving service, with automated targeted harvest of publications. This project is funded by ANR (https://anr.fr/en/), the French national research agency (ANR 21-ESRE-0047).For this purpose, we are developing a service that suggests to researchers some of their documents available in other platforms, with the possibility of easily depositing them ino HAL. In this talk, we will give an overview of the service, and will highlight how we have addressed some technical issues in order to build it, the steps we still have to take and the problems we are facing

CorHAL une voie pour les chercheurs : simplifier le dépôt des publications pour accroître le taux de texte intégral dans HAL

International audienceLancé au printemps 2021 et soutenu par le MESRI, corHAL proposera ses services à la fin de l’année. Porté par l’Inist et le CCSD, ce projet permet de collecter des métadonnées de publications scientifiques françaises issues de plusieurs réservoirs. Ces données sont homogénéisées et enrichies à l’aide d’alignements. Un repérage de doublons assure la création de notices unifiées combinant les informations des différentes sources. Grâce à un système d’alertes (mode push ou pull), le service propose au chercheur ses publications absentes de HAL. Ce dernier choisit d’importer automatiquement aucun, un, plusieurs ou tous les textes intégraux de ses publications dans l’archive ouverte nationale.CorHAL, un outil au service du chercheur et de la science ouverte
