Practical recommendations to improve the quality of training and methodical support of professional teacher education

The purpose of this paper is to develop practical recommendations to improve the quality of training and methodical support of professional pedagogical education. The leading approach of the study is the integrative approach which allows considering training and methodological support as a system of training and curricula documentation and training-methodical materials, diagnostic methodic and training materials for the organization of the educational process, independent work of students and intensification of activity of the teacher. The study involved 250 teachers, 300 students, 100 staff of the education authorities that took part in the identification of quality performance criteria of training and methodical support. Main results of the research consist in determining of the functions’ content (teaching, educating, developmental, and integrative) of training –methodical support; development of a mechanism for assessing its quality, including functions (productive, regulatory), stages (ascertaining, advisory), criteria (informative, didactic, educational and developmental levels) and tools (analysis, study of consumer preferences, a definition of prospects of development and review). The significance of the results obtained is that the identified functions of training and methodical support lead to effective development of future teacher's professional competences and the formation of intelligence, which expresses the susceptibility to intellectual values, love of learning, interest in history, an aesthetic feeling. Implementation of a mechanism for assessing the quality of training and methodical support allows optimizing the content of professional pedagogical education and improving of the professional portrait of the teacher

Organization of educational and research project activity of university students

© The authors. The purpose of this article is aimed at forms and methods' improvement of university students' training which facilitates active learning activities. The presented article shows the development of cognitive and creative students' skills in project research activities on case professional problems tasks' solving. The basis of the presented work is the ideas of competence-based, student-activity and design approaches that contribute to the pedagogical principles of educational projects' development. The authors developed a classification of educational projects and the algorithm of teachers' and students' actions during project work within the modules. This article is intended for educators, researchers, managers of educational organizations of higher education who are engaged in the design of the learning content and the development of educational technology in higher education

The mechanism of state-public management of vocational education in the region

One of the ways to solve this problem is the formation and development of University environment, its pedagogization with practical realization of the pedagogical conditions which optimize the mechanism of personal formation of the student under the influence of the sociocultural environment of the University. The article is aimed at the development and experimental testing of pedagogical conditions' efficiency of students' personal development in socio-cultural environment of the University. During research the following methods were used: Diagnostic; observational; experimental; generalization of pedagogical experience; methods of calculating of the selected integrity; methods of mathematical and statistical processing of experimental data. The base of the study is Amur State University. The diagnostic stage of the experiment study included 1014 students of 1-5 courses of nine faculties. The formative stage of the experiment included 156 students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. It is proved that the process of students' personal formation is optimized while respecting the complex of following pedagogical conditions: Social and educational, providing updating and personalization of the social and cultural environment of high school as a space for students' personal formation; organizational and pedagogical involving development of sociocultural environment of high school by students at various levels; psychological-pedagogical, aimed at enhancing students' desire for self-development, self-improvement
