Introduction: The I-PASS Handoff Bundle is an evidence based standardized set of educational materials designed to decrease handoff failures in patient care. Two of every three sentinel events , the most serious events reported to the Joint Commission, are due to failures of communication, including miscommunication during patient care handoffs. Optimal Linear Arrangement of Interval Graphs

Several linear layout problems that are NP-hard on general graphs are solvable in polynomial time on interval graphs.We prove that, quite surprisingly, optimal linear arrangement of interval graphs is NP-hard. The same result holds for permutation graphs. We present a lower bound and a simple and fast 2-approximation algorithm based on any interval model of the input graph

Association of pathogens HSV and HPV among the genital infections, features of antiviral therapy

Recently, more studies aimed at identifying latent genital infections or asymptomatic, to prevent their spread and treat the early stages. According to research large-scale carrier PVI is approximately 34%, and antibodies to HSV-2 isolated in 25% of cases. Viral association of HPV and HSV are found in 24.2% of cases, which indicates a low level of awareness of the need to use and modern means of protection from infection, sexually transmitted diseases. Viral associations heavier clinical course, are associated with complications and difficult to treat. In the present study assessed the efficacy of treatment of domestic antiviral drug Panavir in patients with anogenital warts in association with genital herpes. Согласно масштабным исследованиям носительство ПВИ составляет примерно 34%, а антитела к ВПГ-2 выделяют в 25% случаев. Вирусные ассоциации ВПЧ и ВПГ встречаются в 24,2% случаев, что указывает на низкий уровень осведомленности населения о необходимости применения и современных средств защиты от инфекций, передающихся половым путем. Вирусные ассоциации утяжеляют клиническое течение, сопряжены с осложнениями и трудно поддаются лечению. В представленной работе оценивалась эффективность лечения отечественным противовирусным препаратом Панавир у пациентов с аногенитальными бородавками в ассоциации с генитальным герпесом. Согласно полученным результатам достигнуто снижение рецидивов ГГ в 75,5%, отмечено уменьшение длительности рецидива ГГ в более чем два раза. При повторном анализе ПЦР не выявил ДНК ВПЧ в 92,5% случаев
