Production of a given tools and their sharpening on a CNC grinder Reinecker

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat možnosti a výhody výroby a ostření řezných nástrojů na nástrojové CNC brusce Reinecker. Tyto možnosti a výhody budou demonstrovány při výrobě vrtacího nástroje, který se používá pro předvrtání při vrtání hlubokých děr. Budou porovnány různé možnosti broušení a následně vybrána ta nejvýhodnější možnost pro tento typ nástroje.The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to show the ways and advantages of manufacture and grinding of cutting tools on Reinecker CNC tool and cutter grinding machine.These ways and advantages will be demostrated during manufacture of boring tool, which is used for preboring during boring of deep holes. Various ways of grinding will be compared to get and then chosen optimal type of tool.
