    Bakalářská práce předkládá návrh a řešení renovace kovací vložky, která je z nástrojové oceli 1.2367. Vzhledem k literární rešerši bylo pro renovaci zvoleno ruční navařovaní elektrickým obloukem s obalenou elektrodou. V práci je řešeno namáhání kovací vložky, které bylo provedeno pevnostní a termální analýzou. Po provedení zkušebních návarů několika obalenými elektrodami, se provedlo měření tvrdosti návarů a výpočet zředění materiálů. Na základě těchto výsledků byla zvolena elektroda Capilla 66. Renovace vložky se provedla dle předběžného svařovacího postupu pWPS. Byl proveden předehřev vložky na 300 °C. Jako svařovací zdroj se použil TransPocket 3500 a svařovací proud byl 190 A.The bachelor thesis presents a proposal and solution of renovation of forging insert, which is made of tool steel 1.2367. Due to the literature search, manual electric arc welding with coated electrode was chosen for renovation. The work deals with the stress of the forging insert, which was carried out by strength and thermal analysis. After performance of trial overlay by several coated electrodes, hardness measurement and calculation of dilution of materials was performed.     Selected Driving Manoeuvres of Motorcyclists

    The entire diploma thesis is designed into two parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical description of the construction of motorcycles. In particular, the theoretical part deals with the description of the types of motorcycles, types of frames, types of suspension and the description of braking systems used on motorcycles. In the theoretical part, the main parameters of the motorcycle are also addressed, which affect the handling and stability of the motorcycle while riding. The last theoretical part deals with the technique of riding a motorcycle. The second part is focused directly on the execution of the experiment. The experiment consists of measuring five disciplines, namely measuring acceleration, measuring braking deceleration using brakes, measuring deceleration by the engine, measuring exit from an intersection and measuring lateral displacement. Eight motorcycles took part in the measurement. The main outputs from the measurements are time data, deceleration and lateral acceleration values
