ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL POSTER DESIGN’S HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

Исследование элементов отечественного социального плаката дает возможность современному дизайнеру выбрать и обосновать необходимое решение. Генетический анализ истории развития показал тенденцию постепенного перехода к более сжатой форме послания, которое может быть донесено без использования рекламного слогана. Оценка комплексных критериев эффективности дизайна показала, что изображение социального плаката может обладать самодостаточностью, так как развитие методов графического повествования позволяет передать содержание послания исключительно при помощи рекламного имиджа.The study of domestic social poster’s elements allows modern designer to choose and justify the necessary solution. Genetic analysis of the development revealed the simplifi cation trend of a message that can be conveyed without using an advertising slogan. Recommendations on the EAEU Marketing Authorisation Procedures to Optimise the Performance of Regulatory Affairs Specialists

Since 2021, the marketing authorisation (MA) of new medicinal products in the Russian Federation has been carried out according to the Rules of Marketing Authorisation and Assessment of Medicinal Products for Human Use that are implemented by Decision No. 78 of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 3 November 2016. The Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) must fully transition to the new regulatory framework by 31 December 2025. Therefore, MA holders are required to bring their existing product dossiers into compliance with EAEU requirements and continue submitting new product applications and dossier variations. Under the circumstances, the burden on regulatory authorities has increased significantly, regulatory mechanisms have become more complicated, and applicants have faced the challenge of swift adaptation to the latest requirements. To contribute towards the success of regulatory submissions, this article covers the sequence of regulatory procedures, the scope of work, and recommendations on dividing the procedures into stages, optimising each stage, determining goals and priorities, and assessing timelines and possible risks. To make the approval process more efficient, the authors illustrate the application of different procedures throughout a typical lifecycle of a dossier

Clinical overview remission of alcohol dependence

In survey there has been done the evaluation of the prolonged remissions of alcohol withdrawal syndrome pattern. The individual biological and personal characteristics impact on quality and dynamic of the pathopsychological disorders has been described. The factors predicted the prolonged remissions have been studied. The persistent stabilization process of pathopsychological disorders in remission has been concluded to be dependent on the biological faults of alcohol exchange. The active therapeutic treatment for about a year after the alcohol refusal including drug therapy and alcohol exchange methods is necessary to form prolonged remissions. Taking into account all above mentioned the necessity to find out the markers of degree of the specific biological damages and the ways of their adjustment determines the importance of the scientific search
