    The Factors of Economic Mechanism for Recovery the Domestic Market of Donbas

    The comparative analysis of the economic indicators of the European Union, Ukraine and the Donbas as part of it. It is shown that an increase in the level of wages, the wage share in the cost of production, the share of the domestic market in total sales, small business development in Ukraine and Donbas are possible only on the basis of significant European investment, but not only in the export enterprises, but also in the development of the internal market for the production of domestic consumption. It must inevitably be a factor in the progressive increase in wages and other incomes. The central point of the launch of this mechanism, excluding inflation, is to provide a dynamic balance between the volume coming to the domestic market additional products and an inic consumption.Наведено порівняльний аналіз економічних показників Європейського Союзу, України та Донбасу, як її частини. Показано, що підвищення рівня оплати праці, частки заробітної плати в собівартості продукції, частини внутрішнього ринку в загальному обсязі продажів, розвиток малого бізнесу в Україні та Донбасі можливі тільки на основі значних європейських інвестицій, але не тільки в експортні підприємства, але й в розвиток внутрішнього ринку для виробництва продукції внутрішнього споживання. Це неминуче має стати фактором поступального підвищення заробітної плати та інших доходів громадян. Центральним моментом запуску даного механізму, що виключає інфляційні процеси, є забезпечення динамічної рівноваги між обсягом додаткової продукції, що надходить на внутрішній ринок, і зростанням оплати праці у сфері виробництва продукції внутрішнього споживання.Приводится сравнительный анализ экономических показателей Европейского Союза, Украины и Донбасса, как ее части. Показано, что повышение уровня оплаты труда, доли заработной платы в себестоимости продукции, части внутреннего рынка в общем объеме продаж, развитие малого бизнеса в Украине и Донбассе возможны только на основе значительных европейских инвестиций, но не только в экспортные предприятия, но и в развитие внутреннего рынка для производства продукции внутреннего потребления. Это неизбежно должно стать фактором поступательного повышения заработной платы и других доходов граждан. Центральным моментом запуска данного механизма, исключающего инфляционные процессы, является обеспечение динамического равновесия между объемом поступающей на внутренний рынок дополнительной продукции и возрастанием оплаты труда в сфере производства продукции внутреннего потребления

    A study of the centrally produced baryon-antibaryon systems in pp interactions at 450 GeV/c

    A study of the centrally produced ppbar, ppbarpi, ppbarpipi and lambda lambda channels has been performed in pp collisions using an incident beam momentum of 450 GeV/c. No significant new structures are observed in the mass spectra, however, important new information on the production dynamics is obtained. A systematic study of the production properties of these systems has been performed and it is found that these systems are not produced dominantly by double Pomeron exchange.Comment: 13 pages, Latex, 4 Figure

    A study of pseudoscalar states produced centrally in pp interactions at 450 GeV/c

    A study has been made of pseudoscalar mesons produced centrally in pp interactions. The results show that the eta and etaprime appear to have a similar production mechanism which differs from that of the pi0. The production properties of the eta and etaprime are not consistent with what is expected from double Pomeron exchange. In addition the production mechanism for the eta and etaprime is such that the production cross section are greatest when the azimuthal angle between the pT vectors of the two protons is 90 degrees.Comment: 11 pages, Latex, 3 Figure

    A partial wave analysis of the centrally produced pi+pi- channel has been performed in pp collisions using an incident beam momentum of 450 GeV/c. An unambiguous physical solution has been found. Evidence is found for the f0(980), f0(1300), f0(1500) and fJ(1710) with J = 0 in the the S-wave. The rho(770) is observed dominantly in the P0-wave and the f2(1270) is observed dominantly in the D0-wave. In addition, there is evidence for a broad enhancement in the D-wave below 1 GeV.Comment: 12 pages, Latex, 4 Figure

    A partial wave analysis of the centrally produced K+K- and K0K0 channels has been performed in pp collisions using an incident beam momentum of 450 GeV/c. An unambiguous physical solution has been found in each channel. The striking feature is the observation of peaks in the S-wave corresponding to the f0(1500) and fJ(1710) with J = 0. The D-wave shows evidence for the f2(1270)/a2(1320), the f2(1525) and the f2(2150) but there is no evidence for a statistically significant contribution in the D-wave in the 1.7 GeV mass region.Comment: 15 pages, Latex, 5 Figure

    Gluon polarization in the nucleon from quasi-real photoproduction of high-pT hadron pairs

    We present a determination of the gluon polarization Delta G/G in the nucleon, based on the helicity asymmetry of quasi-real photoproduction events, Q^2<1(GeV/c)^2, with a pair of large transverse-momentum hadrons in the final state. The data were obtained by the COMPASS experiment at CERN using a 160 GeV polarized muon beam scattered on a polarized 6-LiD target. The helicity asymmetry for the selected events is = 0.002 +- 0.019(stat.) +- 0.003(syst.). From this value, we obtain in a leading-order QCD analysis Delta G/G=0.024 +- 0.089(stat.) +- 0.057(syst.) at x_g = 0.095 and mu^2 =~ 3 (GeV}/c)^2.Comment: 10 pages, 3 figure

    Spin asymmetry A_1^d and the spin-dependent structure function g_1^d of the deuteron at low values of x and Q^2

    We present a precise measurement of the deuteron longitudinal spin asymmetry A_1^d and of the deuteron spin-dependent structure function g_1^d at Q^2 < 1 GeV^2 and 4*10^-5 < x < 2.5*10^-2 based on the data collected by the COMPASS experiment at CERN during the years 2002 and 2003. The statistical precision is tenfold better than that of the previous measurement in this region. The measured A_1^d and g_1^d are found to be consistent with zero in the whole range of x.Comment: 17 pages, 10 figure
