Rezultate smo predstavili s pomočjo grafikonov in tabel. The purpose of the master\u27s thesis is to present and analyze factors, that have led kiteboarding from deadly dangerous activity to user friendly sport. Through interviews with first two kiters in Slovenia, we described worldwide and Slovenian history of kiteboarding. Then we constructed and executed research survey on 100 active kiteboarders from Slovenia. Through research survey we received a safety assessment of kiteboarding gear and learning directly from individuals. Our data was produced and analyzed with web tool 1KA and programs Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS. For data analyze, we performed Chi-Square test for independence. The results were presented using charts and tables. By analyzing all the data, we found that the enhancement of the safety of kiteboarding was not influenced only by the development of equipment, but also by the process of learning. Overall, learning did not decrease in time, only learning content has increased. The fact that kiteboarding became safer was caused by equipment and safety system changes and by smart use of this systems

    Quality of Rural Areas

This paper summarises a study carried out as part of a master’s thesis that, among other things, tried to identify the reasons for the critical situation in rural areas in Slovenia as the consequence of indeterminate spatial planning, while recognising that too finely detailed measures, as laid down in spatial documents, restrict design creativity. Indeed, design creativity and spatial quality are interdependent and thus more general starting-points for the planning of structures are necessary, which can be appropriately interpreted in each individual development for each area separately. To avoid the misuse of legislation, an instrument for quality checking is required for determining the suitability of the proposed solutions. To this effect it is necessary to revise the applicable legislation related to spatial planning as well as other relevant legislations. Both the general public and the professional community should be made aware of the meaning of a well-designed space. The public awareness level regarding the meaning of high-quality space was checked using a survey undertaken in the study, which demonstrated the perception of the meaning of conventional and contemporary buildings, understanding of space and identification with it, the meaning of designing structures and their site selection and placement, and the meaning of design continuity of built-up areas

Mapping Programs on a Torus-like Transputer Network

This paper proposes a torus based network architecture which consists of multiple, unidirectional rings. Such a system can be made very flexible by combining the proposed architecture, adequate program graph presentation, and a suitable allocation algorithm. The task allocation and reconfiguration is carried out dynamically. Some possible process allocatipn algorithms are considered and an experimental verification of these algorithms is performed according to the proposed multitransputer network

Mathematical graphs are extremely interesting mathematical structures because they allow a representation of data sets, in between the members of which, relations or connections exist. As part of this thesis, world data will be collected, and from it, as many networks as possible will be created in the form of graphs. The focus of these networks will be on Slovenian networks. The created networks will also be collected in a database that will contain both physical and abstract networks. The final product will be a database of networks that are presented in the form of graphs. The purpose of the product is to help other researchers and educators that work with graphs or areas that the created networks cover

The submitted master\u27s thesis entitled German Course for Children deals with early learning and teaching of German as a foreign language. In this master’s thesis we present the characteristics of language acquisition and learning of mother tongue and further languages, appropriate approaches, methods and the already existing teaching materials intended for the early learning of German as a foreign language, as well as to point out the lack of them in Slovenia. The primary goal of this master\u27s thesis is to create teaching and learning materials for early childhood education. Such materials are almost non-existent in Slovenia. In establishing the teaching sets, we took into account the learning characteristics of children from age 4 to 6 and the holistic approach to learning and teaching. This master\u27s thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part acquaints us with the main developmental and psychological characteristics of children between the ages of four and sixit introduces us with different linguistic views on language acquisition and gives us a detailed description of mother tongue and foreign language acquisition. The theoretical part also presents existing approaches, methods and techniques, as well as some teaching materials for early learning of German as a foreign language. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical part, which focuses on the practical application of all the previously mentioned recommendations and didactic-methodological principles for the early language teaching of German as a foreign language. Based on the principles of the integrated model for teaching and learning and on the methods and techniques that have proven successful in learning German as a foreign language, we created a short language course for children from age four to six. With the empirical part, which contains lesson plans and didactic commentary, we wanted to fill the existing gap of teaching materials for preschool-aged children
