Les antécédents de la relation acheteur-vendeur : le rôle médiateur du partage de la connaissance

This study aims to test the effects of buyer-seller relationship antecedents and test the mediating role of knowledge sharing. A quantitative study based on a sample of 100 marketing managers in small medium companies. Data were analyzed using the PLS Structural equation modeling. Findings show that Knowledge sharing, contract specification level and opportunistic behavior have a positive effect on buyer-seller relationship; however, power asymmetry has a negative effect. In addition, contract specification level, Dysfunctional conflict, opportunistic behavior were found to have a positive effect on knowledge sharing, however, power asymmetry has a negative effect. &nbsp

L' impact de la formation de la force de vente sur la performance marketing

La formation des commerciaux est un outil managérial très important pour la réussite des stratégies marketing des entreprises et plus particulièrement les stratégies de la gestion de la force de vente. Ainsi, il s'agit d'un moyen d'amélioration continue des compétences des commerciaux pour qu'ils puissent convaincre et fidéliser les clients de l'entreprise et comprendre parfaitement leurs besoins et motivation. Cependant cet outil n'est pas bien exploité par certaines entreprises et par conséquent leurs performances sont de plus en plus faibles. L'objectif de cet article est de tester la relation entre la formation de la force de vente et la performance marketing. Une étude empirique quantitative a été adoptée et les données collectées ont été analysées en utilisant les tests statistiques chi-deux et kendall tau-b. les résultats de l'étude confirment qu'il y a une relation positive entre la formation de la force de vente et la performance marketing.&nbsp

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome is a condition related to injectable hormonal medications used for stimulation the maturation of oocytes in infertility caused by lack of or delayed ovarian maturation. The incidence increased due to wide spread expansion of hormonal stimulation use. The scale of symptoms of this condition varies from mild outpatient managed symptoms as vomiting and bloating to sever fatal complication as hemocon centration, fluid overload, hypercoagulability, and multisystem organ failure. The main point of management is prevention and exclude the candidates with elevated risk of the condition. Implementation of data mining techniques for meteorological data analysis

Meteorological data mining is a form of data mining concerned with finding hidden patterns inside largely available meteorological data, so that the information retrieved can be transformed into usable knowledge. Weather is one of the meteorological data that is rich by important knowledge. In this paper we try to extract useful knowledge from weather daily historical data collected locally at Gaza Strip city. The data include nine years period [1977-1985].
