    It is noted that the main components of the quantitative evaluation of the performance of tractors are the indicators of their energy saturation and universality. The key characteristic of tractors of agricultural purpose is the traction class, which characterizes, first of all, the energy saturation of a tractor. Universality of agricultural tractors is characterized, mainly, by their maximum speeds of movement and average speeds of performance of transport works. It has been established that the most important directions for the development of the design of agricultural tractors are based on increasing their productivity. Increasing productivity is achieved by increasing both energy saturation and versatility, which allows to increase the time of continuous operation and the coefficient of using the tractor. It is determined that the increase in energy saturation is ensured by increasing the power of the power unit of wheeled tractors to 600 hp, as well as the addition of model series with new-level caterpillar tractors, closely aligned with wheel-type models of similar power. At the same time, the leading manufacturers of tractors are performing research and development in the development of the concept of an agricultural tractor with an engine of more than 500 hp. The increase in the universality of tractors is accompanied by the development of their construction, which ensures an increase in the maximum and average speeds of movement. The increase in transport speeds of up to 50–60 km/h and more is achieved by the improvement of stepped gearboxes, the development and introduction of continuously variable transmissions, the use and improvement of the characteristics of the suspension of the front driving axles, the cabin and the operator’s seat, the use of brakes of the front driving axle wheels, anti-lock and anti-traction systems, and all-wheel steering. It is shown that to increase the technical level of tractor equipment, great attention is paid to improving the operator’s working conditions, including by improving the design, improving the ergonomic and aesthetic properties of the cabins, automating work processes by developing and implementing on-board electronic control systems, diagnostics and controls. To reduce costs and increase the efficiency of agricultural production, the use of precision farming systems is becoming increasingly widespread.Установлено, что важнейшие направления развития конструкции сельскохозяйственных тракторов основаны на увеличении их производительности. Увеличение производительности осуществляется посредством повышения как энергонасыщенности, так и универсальности, позволяющей увеличить время непрерывной работы и коэффициент использования трактора. Определено, что повышение энергонасыщенности обеспечивается за счет увеличения мощности силового агрегата колесных тракторов до 600 л.с., а также дополнения модельных рядов гусеничными тракторами нового технического уровня, близко унифицированными с колесными моделями аналогичной мощности. При этом ведущие производители тракторной техники разрабатывают концепцию сельскохозяйственного трактора с двигателем мощностью свыше 500 л.с. Увеличение универсальности тракторов сопровождается развитием их конструкции, обеспечивающим увеличение максимальных и средних скоростей движения. Увеличение транспортных скоростей до 50–60 км/ч и более достигается за счет совершенствования ступенчатых коробок передач, разработки и внедрения бесступенчатых трансмиссий, использования и улучшения характеристик подвесок переднего ведущего моста (ПВМ), кабины и сиденья оператора, применения тормозов колес ПВМ, антиблокировочных и противобуксовочных систем, всеколесного рулевого управления. Подробно рассмотрены особенности конструкции концептуальных моделей тракторов Fendt TRISIX Vario с двигателем MAN D2676 мощностью 540 л.с. и колесной формулой 6ç6, DEUTZ-FAHR Agro XXL с двигателем DEUTZ TCD 2015 мощностью 600 л.с. и колесной формулой 8ç8, New Holland NH2 на водородных топливных элементах. Показано, что для повышения технического уровня тракторной техники большое внимание уделяется улучшению условий труда оператора, в том числе путем совершенствования конструкции, улучшения эргономических и эстетических свойств кабин, внедрения бортовых электронных систем контроля, диагностики и управления. Для снижения издержек и повышения эффективности сельскохозяйственного производства осуществляется все более широкое применение систем точного земледелия

    Donor KIR B Genotype Improves Progression-Free Survival of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients Receiving Unrelated Donor Transplantation

    Donor killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) genotypes are associated with relapse protection and survival after allotransplantation for acute myelogenous leukemia. We examined the possibility of a similar effect in a cohort of 614 non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) patients receiving unrelated donor (URD) T cell-replete marrow or peripheral blood grafts. Sixty-four percent (n = 396) of donor-recipient pairs were 10/10 allele HLA matched and 26% were 9/10 allele matched. Seventy percent of donors had KIR B/x genotype; the others had KIR A/A genotype. NHL patients receiving 10/10 HLA-matched URD grafts with KIR B/x donors experienced significantly lower relapse at 5 years (26%; 95% confidence interval [CI], 21% to 32% versus 37%; 95% CI, 27% to 46%; P = .05) compared with KIR A/A donors, resulting in improved 5-year progression-free survival (PFS) (35%; 95% CI, 26% to 44% versus 22%; 95% CI, 11% to 35%; P = .007). In multivariate analysis, use of KIR B/x donors was associated with significantly reduced relapse risk (relative risk [RR], .63, P = .02) and improved PFS (RR, .71, P = .008). The relapse protection afforded by KIR B/x donors was not observed in HLA-mismatched transplantations and was not specific to any particular KIR-B gene. Selecting 10/10 HLA-matched and KIR B/x donors should benefit patients with NHL receiving URD allogeneic transplantation
