    COMPUTER ORIENTED SYSTEMS AS A MEANS OF EMPOWERMENT APPROACH IMPLEMENTATION TO TRAINING MANAGERS IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE

    At the present stage of the development of information society, the latest educational strategy involves the realization of the person-centered paradigm based on the empowerment approach aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the personality by inspiring, encouraging, increasing enthusiasm, confidence, realization of the job satisfaction, directed to the achievement of an efficient process of professional training of future managers. During the years of global information system development, the important task of modern education is to form the ability to use the computer oriented management system by the future managers in their professional activities, which favors the process of self-improvement, personal development, self-education, creative development, increase in competitiveness, formation of informational and professional culture. The paper reveals the aims, the content as well as the ways for the realization of the empowerment approach during the professional training of future managers with the use of computer oriented management systems in the process of solving tasks of the network planning. Theoretical and methodological principles of the empowerment approach are the development of adaptability, flexibility, dynamism, creative capacities, ability to take a risk, dedication to problem solving, anticipation of the results of your own activities, responsibility for decision making etc. The suggested technique for overcoming difficulties in teaching the information and dynamic simulation with the use of computer oriented management systems will allow the students to manage the projects in their future professional activities on the basis of the developed plans by creating the network models, determining the logical interconnections and work results necessary for the optimum planning. The experience gained during the training process may be applied in the future professional activities and will enable future managers to quickly overcome the difficulties and to become successful under the dynamic conditions of information society development

    The article studies the results of the research aimed at the improvement of the methodology of development of the health-preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher in conditions of post-graduate education on the basis of Nikolai Bernstein’s theory of movement construction using virtual reality technologies. Based on the use of AR/VR technologies a software application “Virtual Model Illustrating Nikolai Bernstein’s Theory of Movement Construction” was developed. The stated model is one of the tools of the “Methodology of development of the health preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher on the basis of Nikolai Bernstein’s theory of the levels of movement construction”. The experimental study determines that the application of the virtual model within the stated methodology is an effective tool for the development of the health preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher. The application of the virtual model allows the actualization of the health preserving, conceptual, gnoseological, biomechanical, inclusive, corrective potentials of Nikolai Bernstein’s theory of movement construction. The use of the virtual model presents the ways of targeted and meaningful use of Nikolai Bernstein’s theory of the levels of movement construction by a Physical Education teacher and the improvement of physical and recreational technologies and concrete physical exercises and movement modes. Due to the application of virtual reality tools, health-preserving, preventative, corrective and developmental strategies are being formed among which the significant ones are: “Application of synergistic movements to adaptation to movement activity, and recreation”, “Application of spatial movements for actualization of the orientation and search activities and development of spatial thinking”, “Use of movements with a complicated algorithm for intellect development”.У статті представлені результати дослідження, спрямованого на вдосконалення методології розробки здоров'язберігаючих компетентності вчителя фізичної культури в умовах аспірантури, навчання на основі теорії побудови руху Миколи Бернштейна з використанням віртуальної реальності технології. На основі використання технологій AR / VR розроблено програмний додаток «Virtual Model Illustrating. Теорія побудови руху Миколи Бернштейна ». На основі використання технологій AR/VR була розроблена програмна програма «Віртуальна модель, що ілюструє теорію побудови руху Миколи Бернштейна». Зазначена модель є одним із інструментів “Методології розвитку оздоровчої компетентності вчителя фізкультури на основі теорії рівнів побудови рухів Миколи Бернштейна”. Експериментальне дослідження встановило, що застосування віртуальної моделі в рамках зазначеної методології є ефективним інструментом для розвитку оздоровчої компетентності вчителя фізичної культури. Застосування віртуальної моделі дозволяє актуалізувати збережувальні, концептуальні, гносеологічні, біомеханічні, інклюзивні, коригувальні потенціали теорії побудови руху Миколи Бернштейна. Використання віртуальної моделі представляє шляхи цілеспрямованого та цілеспрямованого використання вчителем фізкультури теорії рівнів побудови руху Миколи Бернштейна та вдосконалення фізичних та рекреаційних технологій та конкретних фізичних вправ та режимів руху.     Empirical comparison of clustering and classification methods for detecting Internet addiction

    Machine learning methods for clustering and classification are widely used in various domains. However, their performance and applicability may depend on the characteristics of the data and the problem. In this paper, we present an empirical comparison of several clustering and classification methods using WEKA, a free software for machine learning. We apply these methods to the data collected from surveys of students from different majors, aiming to detect the signs of Internet addiction (IA), a behavioural disorder caused by excessive Internet use. We use Expectation Maximization, Farthest First and K-Means for clustering, and AdaBoost, Bagging, Random Forest and Vote for classification. We evaluate the methods based on their accuracy, complexity and interpretability. We also describe the models developed by these methods and discuss their implications for identifying the respondents with IA symptoms and risk groups. The results show that these methods can be effectively used for clustering and classifying IA-related data. However, they have different strengths and limitations when choosing the best method for a specific task

    The article discusses the findings of study targeted at enhancing the methodology of augmented reality use for the development of a physical education teacher's competence in health preservation under post-graduate educational settings. According to Umwelt phenomenology, augmented reality is distinguished by its cognitive, metaphorical, varied, interactive, and anthropomorphic characteristics. The article examines the potential applications of augmented reality in a physical education teacher's line of work, notably in the area of health promotion. The software that could be implemented for this function has been described. The research determined that physical education teachers had a favorable attitude toward using immersive reality to protect students' health and foster the growth of their motor skills, intelligence, and creativity. The survey's findings indicate that the majority of teachers had a favorable response to the notion of using augmented reality in their professional work. However, in certain instances, there was a lack of a completely developed knowledge of this issue. The introduction of augmented technology techniques into the post-graduate education process, taking into account the anthropological, ethical, and cultural settings as well as instructor involvement in the mentioned process, could be one way to solve the problem as described.The software application "Virtual Model of Identifying the Risks for Locomotor Apparatus Caused by Ligament Stretching" has been developed based on the usage of immersive reality technologies and comprises of 5 models. Specifically, the anthropological-spatial systems that simulate joints and are utilized to help teachers grasp the dangers to the locomotor apparatus. The positive dynamics of physical education teachers' educational outcomes are characterized as a consequence of study into the effectiveness of applying virtual models as a component of a technique for developing the health-preserving competence of physical education teachers

    The article presents the results of a study aimed at improving the methodology and techniques for developing metacognitive strategies in postgraduate education as important aspects of health competence of physical education teachers. The concept of “Logos of health-preserving competence of a physical education teacher” has been developed. The logo of health-preserving competence of a physical education teacher is presented as a developed and professionally oriented metacognitive sphere of a teacher for the effective implementation of student health. An important component of the logo is the development of reflexive, self-reflexive, prognostic, goal-setting intellectual skills and stereotypes. The Logos of Physical Education Teacher’s Competence Logos includes the Logos-Narrative constitutive competence. The “Logos Narrative” reveals the main ideas, values, algorithms, interpretations, visions, the purpose of the strategy of professional health care. To study “Methods of integrative use of metacognitive and archetypal phenomena to improve the health competence of physical education teachers”, two questionnaires were used to study the meta-cognitive strategies of physical education teachers. All issues had an axiological dimension and are doctrinal and institutional. The issues highlight the role of humanism and charity as determinants of the relevant modern Ukrainian Eurocentric trends in education reform. Wilcoxon’s T-test was used to process the test results.     An IoT system based on open APIs and geolocation for human health data analysis

    Development of applications based on open API is becoming increasingly popular today. Innovative projects using these technologies provide new opportunities for real-time human health monitoring. Such opportunities are also implemented using Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing technologies. In the study, we developed an application based on open APIs using smart gadgets and meteorological geographic information system in the process of generating a message about the dangers to human health associated with: the presence of pollen in the air (grass pollen, birch pollen and olive pollen) indicating the level of its concentration in the air; problems with air quality, if the air quality indicator exceeds the permissible standards. The addition of such functions expands the possibilities to provide timely information about potential risks and threats and, accordingly, is an "anthropo-geo-sensor-digital" prerequisite for effective decision-making, prevailing. The implementation of this IoT system has significant methodological and technological potential that can be used to improve the efficiency of Healthcare, both in extreme conditions and in conditions of sustainable existence. First of all, this is relevant during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The system we have developed can also be seen as one of the ways to innovate in Healthcare, in the educational process in institutions of higher education and in further scientific research on this topic.     Modeling of ecophobic tendencies of consciousness of higher education students

    The article reveals the peculiarities of the formation of strategies for the development of ecological consciousness (ecophilic educational strategies) of higher education students on the basis of digital models of ecophobic tendencies (intentions, values). Based on the application of the developed “Fedorets-Klochko mini-questionnaire "Ecophobic consciousness of the industrial epoch"” an experimental study of ecophobic and ecophilic intentions and values of higher education students. This mini-questionnaire reveals the environmental aspects of consciousness by actualizing the culture and psychology of everyday life. Based on the application of digital and mathematical modeling, ecological and value comprehension of the results of experimental research conducted using this mini-questionnaire, a model of “Archaic ecophobic intentions and values” was formed. This model contains the following digital models: “Matrix of coefficients (weights) for determining ecophobic intentions and values” and “Cluster model of ecophobic intentions and values”. Based on the application of these digital models, the concept of sustainable development and other concepts and approaches, three ecophilic educational strategies have been developed: “Synergistic strategy of personal security through care for the Earth”; “Strategy for harmonization of needs based on care for the Earth”; “Strategy for harmonization of human-Earth interaction”. When using the “Matrix of coefficients (weights) to determine ecophobic intentions and values” determines the system-organizing value and the dominant influence of the “Synergistic strategy of personal security through care for the Earth”. This strategy has a genetic and semantic connection with the basic vital (vital) value – food security (individual and collective). The application of this strategy can be relevant in educational theory and practice and in everyday life (life, work) to optimize and minimize human needs

    The article presents the methodology and methods of improving the health-preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher under conditions of postgraduate education based on the knowledge of prevention of acute bronchitis, COVID-19 influenza and acute respiratory diseases. The “Disciplinary and methodological matrix of health-preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher” is used, which includes such developed “integrated disciplines” as Pathopedagogy, Propaedeutics of Health and Health Therapy. The matrix is aimed at professionalisation, methodologisation, technologisation, anthropologisation, axiologisation of the health-preserving competence of a teacher. The “Methodology of developing health-preserving competence of a Physical Education teacher based on the knowledge of prevention of acute bronchitis, influenza and acute respiratory diseases” is used. The methodology is based on the competence approach, the above-mentioned matrix, problem-based and flipped learning, andragogy, game, maieutic and dialogic methods, the use of pedagogical tasks, the Hellenistic concept of "self-care" and others. In this methodology, knowledge, values and practical health-preserving strategies are hierarchised with the singling out of three levels – A, B and C. Level A is obligatory, and levels B and C are given less attention. An experimental study was conducted the result of which determined the effectiveness of this method. These methodology and method are humanistic and ecocentric and consistent with the ideas and sustainable development goals
