МОНІТОРИНГ СТАНУ БЛАГОУСТРОЮ ТА ОЗЕЛЕНЕННЯ МІСТА КИЄВА

Studying of inner-block landscaping is very important in our time of intense coverage of city territories with high-rise buildings. Old decrepit small houses substitution with new 16-26-floor buildings leads to a decline of the landscaped area per resident ratio. At the same time open parking lot areas are on the rise while the amount of green spaces shrinks. In modern high-rise building blocks instead of green oases, areas around houses often consist of asphalt with some flowerpots. That way a dangerous ecological situation that influences human health negatively is created. It would seem it must be a common knowledge that green areas should not be scaled down, yet microdistrict and courtyard of different Kiev city districts landscaping condition monitoring we've conducted shows that this problem is not being resolved univocal. For that reason we've conducted a landscaping condition quality comparative analysis of microdistricts and courtyards of different years of development. Results of the study have shown that territories of certain schools on Troieshchyna, Vigurivchyna of Desnianskyi District, on Pozniaky of Darnytskyi District are reminiscent of parks, they are nicely landscaped, for that reason they are used for recreation by the residents of the surrounding high-rise buildings with insufficient landscaping. Yet landscaping in city center new non-elite building courtyards is almost non-existent, so residents of such homes use territories of near parks and neighboring courtyards for their recreation. Due to the high density of city coverage in Pecherskyi District residential courtyard area in the city center is not big; most of the courtyards are covered with asphalt. In some courtyards landscaping territory is scaled down due to power substation and open car parking lot placing. Practically for every microdistrict in the city there are examples of well-turned landscaping, the biggest percentage of which (70-80 %) has been noticed in courtyards from 1970 s and the 1990 s 5, 9, 12 floor high coverage (due to large sizes of those courtyards) and on territories surrounding new high-rise buildings from early 2000 s when garages and big parking lots were constructed outside of courtyard soil. Based on that analysis proposals for improvements of landscaping conditions were made. To conclude, the key to success in residential area landscaping is to comply with existing regulatory and technical documentation requirements and to develop a plant assortment selection system for each inner-block landscaping area separately. Therefore around each ground there must be an appropriate landscaping. It is advised to separate grounds from each other with green plantings. Landscaping ration has to be no less than 40-70 % of a total courtyard area.Изучение внутриквартального озеленения очень актуально в наше время интенсивной застройки территории города многоэтажками. Замена старой ветхой малоквартирной застройки на новостройки 16-26 этажей ведет к снижению площади благоустройства и озеленения на одного жителя. В то же время увеличивается площадь открытых парковок автомашин и уменьшается количество зеленых насаждений. В современных кварталах с многоэтажными зданиями часто вместо зеленого оазиса территорию вокруг домов занимает асфальт с вазонами для цветов. Поэтому создается опасная экологическая ситуация, которая негативно влияет на здоровье человека. Казалось бы, всем понятно, что территорию зеленых насаждений нельзя уменьшать. Но проведенный нами мониторинг состояния благоустройства и озеленения микрорайонов и дворов в разных районах Киева свидетельствует, что этот вопрос решается неоднозначно. Поэтому сделан сравнительный анализ качества озеленения и благоустройства микрорайонов и дворов разных лет застройки города. На основе анализа разработаны предложения по улучшению озеленения и благоустройства.Вивчення внутрішньоквартального озеленення вкрай актуальне в наш час інтенсивної забудови території міста багатоповерхівками. Заміна старої малоквартирної забудови на новобудови 16-26 поверхів призводить до зниження площі благоустрою та озеленення на одного мешканця. Водночас збільшується площа відкритих парковок автомашин та зменшується кількість зелених насаджень. У сучасних кварталах з багатоповерховими будівлями часто замість зеленого оазису територію навколо будинків займає асфальт з вазонами для квітів. Тому створюється небезпечна екологічна ситуація, яка негативно впливає на здоров'я людини. Здавалось би, усім зрозуміло, що територію зелених насаджень не можна зменшувати. Але проведений моніторинг стану благоустрою й озеленення мікрорайонів та дворів у різних районах Києва свідчить, що це питання вирішують неоднозначно. Тому здійснено порівняний аналіз якості озеленення та благоустрою мікрорайонів та дворів різних років забудови міста. На основі аналізу розроблено пропозиції з покращення озеленення та благоустрою

Lattice QCD Simulations in External Background Fields

We discuss recent results and future prospects regarding the investigation, by lattice simulations, of the non-perturbative properties of QCD and of its phase diagram in presence of magnetic or chromomagnetic background fields. After a brief introduction to the formulation of lattice QCD in presence of external fields, we focus on studies regarding the effects of external fields on chiral symmetry breaking, on its restoration at finite temperature and on deconfinement. Complete measurement of three-body photodisintegration of 3He for photon energies between 0.35 and 1.55 GeV

The three-body photodisintegration of 3He has been measured with the CLAS detector at Jefferson Lab, using tagged photons of energies between 0.35 GeV and 1.55 GeV. The large acceptance of the spectrometer allowed us for the first time to cover a wide momentum and angular range for the two outgoing protons. Three kinematic regions dominated by either two- or three-body contributions have been distinguished and analyzed. The measured cross sections have been compared with results of a theoretical model, which, in certain kinematic ranges, have been found to be in reasonable agreement with the data.Comment: 22 pages, 25 eps figures, 2 tables, submitted to PRC.
