Kac-Paljutkin Quantum Group as a Quantum Subgroup of the Quantum SU(2)
We show that the Kac-Paljutkin Hopf algebra appears as a quotient of
, which means that the corresponding quantum group can
be regarded as a quantum subgroup of . We combine the fact that
corepresentation category of the Kac-Paljutkin Hopf algebra is a
Tambara-Yamagami tensor category associated with the Krein 4-group and the
method of graded twisting of Hopf algebras, to construct the Hopf
*-homomorphism.Comment: 10 page
自閉スペクトラム症児の養育者に対するアタッチメント理論に基づいた親子関係支援 : 非ランダム化比較研究による予備的知見
Background: Caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) often experience difficulties in responding appropriately to the needs of those children, who typically express attachment in distinct and nonconventional ways. This highlights the need for an attachment-based approach targeted at caregivers of children with ASD. Circle of Security Parenting (COSP), an attachment-based parenting program, is designed to increase caregivers' sensitivity to children's attachment needs. The aim of this study was to provide verification of the effectiveness of COSP in mothers of children with ASD. Methods: This study was a non-randomized controlled trial. Sixty mothers of children with ASD aged 4-12 were recruited. Twenty mothers received the COSP intervention, while 40 did not. The characteristics of children in the control group were matched with those of the intervention group. To evaluate the outcomes of the intervention, changes in parental self-efficacy and mental health were assessed using the Tool to Measure Parenting Self-Efficacy (TOPSE) and the General Health Questionnaire-30 (GHQ-30). The children's improvement in emotional and behavioral problems was assessed from the mothers' perspective using the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Both groups completed the assessments in parallel. Evaluations were compared between baseline (T1) and 6-month follow-up (T2). Results: Scores for self-efficacy and mental health of mothers and behavior of children were significantly improved from T1 to T2 in the intervention group, but not in the control group. Participants' mental health was markedly worsened in the control group. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the COSP program for mothers of children with ASD improved their parental self-efficacy and mental health, and reduced their subjective sense of difficulties related to their children's behaviors. Our findings support the effectiveness of the attachment-based program for mothers of children with ASD, providing the groundwork for further studies of the attachment-based intervention for children with ASD and their families. Future studies with larger samples and randomization are also needed for direct evaluation of the improvement of children's attachment security, and for exploration of the synergistic relationship between various family support strategies and COSP. Trial Registration This trial was registered with the University Hospital Medical Information Network Clinical Trial Registry (No. UMIN000039574).博士(医学)・甲第816号・令和4年3月15日© The Author(s) 2021. 大豆発芽時期におけるグリシニン分解酵素の活性変動
Changes in glycinin-digesting protease activity during soybean germination have been investigated.
The glycinin-digesting protease activities of imbibed or germinated soybean seed were assayed by
RP‒HPLC using a tryptic peptide from CM‒glycinin or by SDS‒PAGE using CM‒glycinin as the endogenous
substrate. Proteolytic activities of the germinated soybean seeds were found through the whole
period of germination, the activities were maintained significantly unchanged during germination for 4
days, and then those specific activities declined slowly. AE‒HPLC analysis of the glycinin-digesting
protease in the imbibed or germinated soybean seeds showed unchanged peaks corresponding to glycinin-
digesting activity, suggesting that the glycinin-digesting protease was not induced during germination
but had already been synthesized during seed maturation. 大豆発芽期におけるグリシニン分解酵素 (98 kDa SBP) の活性変動を解析した.大豆種子を4時間水で膨潤後, 25

Ni@onion-like carbon and Co@amorphous carbon: control of carbon structures by metal ion species in MOFs
We first report the facile synthesis of metal-carbon composites consisting of metal nanoparticles (NPs) and different types of carbon species: onion-like and amorphous carbon, Ni@onion-like carbon and Co@amorphous carbon. By simply changing the metal species in an isostructural metal-organic framework, thermal decompositions of MOF-74 directly afforded different types of metal NPs and carbon composites, which exhibited good electrical conductivity. In particular, the Ni@onion-like carbon, having a well-ordered carbon structure, had high electrical conductivity (sigma = 5.3 omega(-1) cm(-1) at 295 K), explained by a modified model of the Efros-Shklovskii variable range hopping
