ІННОВАЦІЇ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ СТАНДАРТІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ У ВІННИЦЬКОМУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОМУ МЕДИЧНОМУ УНІВЕРСИТЕТІ ІМЕНІ М. І. ПИРОГОВА

The aim of the work – to highlight the quality assurance mechanisms through the introduction of European innovative training technologies at M. Pyrohov Vinnytsia National Medical University in the light of the academic triad: pedagogical process, scientific research, clinical practice. The main body. The innovations of the European standards of higher medical education take place at the level of perfection of methods and organization of pedagogical process, science and clinical practice. Department of monitoring of quality of education, the paradigm of state attestation is substantially changed – inculcated only state qualifying examination, “КRОК-2”, training to the international testing from bases of medicine (IFOM)  and examination from the foreign language of professional aspiration, the Medical simulations center is created, Study Training center of practical training of doctors, scientific activity of university is activated and the new are created scientifically are research centers. Conclusion. In the process of innovation of European standards of higher education at M. Pyrohov Vinnytsia National Medical University co-adapted national and world technologies, which gives every student the chance to obtain European-level education, become a competitive specialist and have the opportunity to freely choose a place of work in any country.Мета роботи – висвітлення механізмів забезпечення якості шляхом упровадження європейських інноваційних технологій організації навчання у ВНМУ імені М. І. Пирогова у світлі академічної тріади: педагогічний процес, наукові дослідження, клінічна практика. Основна частина. Інновації європейських стандартів вищої медичної освіти відбуваються на рівні вдосконалення методів та організації педагогічного процесу, науки і клінічної практики. Створено відділ моніторингу якості освіти, суттєво змінено парадигму державної атестації – впроваджено єдиний державний кваліфікаційний іспит, «Крок 2», підготовку до міжнародного тестування з основ медицини (IFOM) та іспит з іноземної мови професійного спрямування, створено Медичний симуляційний центр, Навчально-тренінговий центр практичної підготовки лікарів, активується наукова діяльність університету та створюються нові науково-дослідницькі центри. Висновки. У процесі інновацій європейських стандартів вищої освіти у Вінницькому національному медичному університеті імені М. І. Пирогова відбулась коадаптація національних та світових технологій, що дає кожному студенту шанс здобути освіту європейського рівня, стати конкурентоспроможним фахівцем і мати можливість вільного вибору місця праці в будь-якій країні
