The article continues the studies dedicated to the study of literature of Russian Far Eastern emigration, on the example of B. M. Yulsky’s works (1911-1950?), whose life and fate were linked with Far Eastern emigration. The research urgency is caused by the fact that B. Yulsky appears to be poorly known prose writer of the Russian Diaspora in the Far East, and the analysis of his creativity contributes to the restoration of an objective picture of the Far Eastern literary life in the first third of the 20th century. The object of study in the article is the art works from the only book by the author “Green Legion,” which was first published in the homeland of the writer, in Vladivostok in 2012. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that this collection of short stories includes collected in the pages of Russian periodicals of China (mostly in Harbin journal “Rubezh”) artworks by Yulsky. It is proved that the merit of the writer was the appeal to the regional material that gave “Far Eastern” flavour to the prose. The article presents the results of attempts to found out a special type of hero and motifs related to it in the works by Yulsky. The stories are considered, which reveal an interaction of Oriental and Western cultures in the works of Russian writer. The study continues the previous developments on this topic by the author. The comparison is made on the example of the motif of madness and death

Themes of Music and Love in Works of S. Alymov as a Representation of Spiritual and Value Orientations of Far Eastern Poetry of Silver Age

The material of S. Ya. Alymov’s poetry collection “Kiosk of Tenderness” (Harbin, 1920) and various detached poems of the author, preserved only on the pages of the press of the Far East (Vladivostok and Harbin) in the early 1920s is analyzed in the article. It is noted that access to the currently unknown works of S. Alymov is possible only in regional archives. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time the writer’s texts are used, which are stored in the materials of the collections of the Russian State Historical Archive of the Far East and the State Archives of the Primorsky Territory. It is shown that S. Alymov is perceived by the author as one of the original representatives of the Silver Age poetry. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that the creative strategy of S. Alymov, based on the desire to be a follower of famous contemporary poets, was deliberately based on various kinds of imitations and stylizations. It is argued that this is not about epigone copying — individual assimilation of the new was conditioned by the picture of the world and the culture of the writer, which were formed in the richest traditions of the Silver Age (literary, musical, dance, theatrical, pictorial)

The article is devoted to the study of literature of Russian Far Eastern emigration on the example of the works by Boris Mikhaylovich Yulskiy (1911-1950?), whose life and fate were linked with the Far Eastern emigration. The relevance of the study is determined by the interest of scientists to the ancient and completely unlike Chinese culture. In 2012 in Vladivostok the only book by Yulskiy “Green Legion” was published. It is noted that the collection of stories is edition that includes the writer’s works collected on the pages of the Russian-language periodicals of China (mainly Harbin magazine “Rubezh”). It is stated that merit of Yulskiy became the work with regional material, that gave his prose “Far Eastern” flavour. The object of study in the present article is the work of art “The Way of the Dragon.” The novelty of the article is seen in the fact that the image of the dragon from this work has not been investigated before. On the example of the Chinese mythological image of the dragon-Ouroboros, the category of “Dao,” as well as the motives of non-doing, contemplation, opium smoking, hermit the reflection of the perception of the elements of Chinese culture in the work of the Russian writer is revealed. It is concluded that Yulskiy who belonged to the “younger” generation of Harbin emigrants and had being living in Harbin with parents from his boyhood, fully embraced the surrounding Chinese culture and rather originally reflected it in his “Russian” stories

Inclusive education is the process assuming improvement of the educational organizations, change of public consciousness, transformation of the pedagogical theory and practice. For development of this direction all new tasks are set. So, for successful realization of ideas and principles of inclusiveness in educational institutions, universal teachers - professionals are necessary, therefore, requirements to teacher training, their professional and inclusive competence increase rather strongly. Inclusive competence of teachers is a special professional competence. It is ability of teachers to carry out professional functions in the conditions of inclusive education, considering different educational needs of pupils with the limited health abilities (LHA). Article is devoted to a problem of future teacher's readiness for activity in the conditions of inclusive education, their professional and inclusive competence. For the purpose of studying inclusive competence among students of last years of pedagogical specialties the statements relating to a certain component of inclusive competence are developed: cognitive, reflexive and personal, research of these components is conducted. The obtained data allowed revealing the most created component of inclusive competence. Results of research showed that for most of students the reflexive component of inclusive competence is rather highly created, personal and cognitive are created insufficiently. It is caused by lack of practical experience of activity with the persons having LHA, low motivation to work in the conditions of inclusive education, indifferent or negative attitude to disabled people, and dissatisfaction with chosen profession. The obtained data can be used when training students of pedagogical higher education institutions, and also for improvement of the main educational programs of higher education

A theoretical study of the structural phases of Group 5B - 6B metals and their transport properties

In order to predict the stable and metastable phases of the bcc metals in the block of the Periodic Table defined by groups 5B to 6B and periods 4 to 6, as well as the structure dependence of their transport properties, we have performed full potential computations of the total energies per unit cell as a function of the c/a ratio at constant experimental volume. In all cases, a metastable body centered tetragonal (bct) phase was predicted from the calculations. The total energy differences between the calculated stable and metastable phases ranged from 0.09 eV/cell (vanadium) to 0.39 eV/cell (tungsten). The trends in resistivity as a function of structure and atomic number are discussed in terms of a model of electron transport in metals. Theoretical calculations of the electrical resistivity and other transport properties show that bct phases derived from group 5B elements are more conductive than the corresponding bcc phases, while bct phases formed from group 6B elements are less conductive than the corresponding bcc phases. Special attention is paid to the phases of tantalum where we show that the frequently observed beta phase is not a simple tetragonal distortion of bcc tantalum

Quantum Equivalence of Massive Antisymmetric Tensor Field Models in Curved Space

We study the effective actions for massive rank-2 and rank-3 antisymmetric tensor field models in curved space-time. These models are classically equivalent to massive vector field and massive scalar field with minimal coupling to gravity respectively. We prove that effective action for massive rank-2 antisymmetric tensor field is exactly equal to one for massive vector field and effective action for massive rank-3 antisymmetric tensor field is exactly equal to one for massive scalar field. Prove is based on an identity for mass-dependent zeta-functions associated with Laplacians acting on pp-forms.Comment: 8 pages, REVTeX fil

Critical analysis of factors determining sustainable development of territories in a strategic perspective

    Get PDF
The main interpretations of terms, development trends, foreign and domestic experience within the concept of sustainable development of territories have been considered. The importance of cooperative interaction and cooperation between actors in the same area in the context of existing constraints, barriers and opportunities for the deployment of the processes under consideration, has been confirmed. A statistical comparative analysis of the dynamics of changing trends in the interaction between research organisations and industrial enterprises of the regions has been carried out in comparison with Russian and global trends. The interrelationships between the key factors relating to financial support processes, infrastructure capacity and the research and education component have been revealed and their impact on territorial development has been highlighted. Scientific research methods such as analysis and generalization and correlation analysis were used within the framework of the article
