Reaction of Trichloro(o-phenylenedioxy)phosphorane with Four-Coordinate Phosphorus Esters
Reactions of trialkyl phosphates and dialkyl alkenylphosphonates with trichloro(o-phenylenedioxy)phosphorane result in selective replacement of one alkoxy group on the phosphorus by a chlorine atom. Alkylphosphonates react with trichloro(o-phenylenedioxy)phosphorane to give alkyl alkylphosphonochloridates as the major products and small amounts of alkylphosphonic dichlorides
Reaction of Trichloro(o-phenylenedioxy)phosphorane with 1,2-Alkadienylphosphonates
Trichloro(o-phenylenedioxy)phosphorane reacts with 1,2-alkadienylphosphonates with selective replacement of the alkoxy group in the phosphinoyl moiety, yielding the corresponding 1,2-alkadienylchlorophosphonates and o-phenylene chlorophosphate
Reactions of Phosphorylsulfenyl Chlorides with 2H-1,2,3-Diazaphospholes
Formation of a quasiphosphonium salt in reaction of phosphorylsulfenyl chlorides with 1,2,3-diazaphospholes was established by dynamic 31P NMR spectroscopy. The salt is formed by addition of 2 mol of phosphorylsulfenyl chloride to the Ο2Ξ»3P=C endocyclic fragment by the 1,1- and 1,2-addition schemes. Decomposition of the salt yields mainly O,O-dialkyl phosphothiochloridate and, to a lesser extent, dialkyl phosphochloridate
Synthesis of Ξ²-aminophosphonates and study of their acid-base properties and phase distribution in water-organic solvent systems
New and previously known Ξ²-aminoethylphosphonates were synthesized by addition of primary and secondary amines to vinylphosphonates, and their IR and NMR spectra were examined. Diethyl 2-diethyl-aminoethylphosphonate and diethyl 2-morpholinoethylphosphonate were found to be stronger bases than the corresponding aminomethylphosphonates, but all these are weaker bases than their precursors, nonphosphorylated amines. Distribution constants of Ξ²-aminophosphonates between water and some organic solvents were determined and compared with those of their Ξ±-amino homologs. Β© 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc

Diagnostic Algorithm for Joint Pain in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disorders
Aim. An algorithm development for joint pain differential diagnosis in patients with inflammatory bowel disorders (IBD) and its validation in clinical practice.Materials and methods. A total of 349 IBD patients hospitalised for gastroenterological complaints at the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital during 2017β2020 have been examined.Results. Upon survey, 97 (27.8%) IBD patients complained of joint pain. Ulcerative colitis (UC) predominated (79 patients; 81.4%), Crohnβs disease (CD) had a 18.6% incidence. In survey, 27% UC and 32.1% CD patients reported joint pain (p = 0.26). Among IBD patients, 52.6% had mechanical, and 47.4% β inflammatory pain. The inflammatory back pain (IBP) rate in survey cohort was 23.7%. Use of a diagnostic algorithm allowed concomitant rheumatic disease detection in 7 (7.2%) patients from the IBDβjoint pain cohort: 2 patients were diagnosed with psoriatic spondyloarthritis, 2 β rheumatoid arthritis, 1 β gout and 2 β with ankylosing spondylitis. IBD-associated arthritis was diagnosed in 41 (42.3%) cases, osteoarthritis β in 38 (39.2%) IBD patients with joint pain, arthralgia with no objective inflammation, impaired joint function or lesions in X-ray and/or ultrasound β in 13 (13.4%) patients.Conclusion. Joint pain complaints are common in IBD patients and require a multispecialty rheumatologists-involving approach to proceed with differential diagnosis and opting for treatment tactics. A clinically verified algorithm coupled with laboratory tests and instrumental imaging facilitates diagnosis and optimal therapy selection in IBD patients with complaints of joint pain

The paper describes a rare clinical case of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) with concurrent with Takayasu arteritis (AT). It considers the common immunopathogenetic mechanisms that can link these two diseases. Taking into account that there may be common triggering factors for AS and AT, it is necessary to make an examination to diagnose AT when a patient with AS is found to have fever, an increase in the indicators of acute phase inflammation, and the objective signs of cardiovascular disease characteristic of large-vessel vasculitis.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ ΠΊΠ»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΎΠ΅ Π½Π°Π±Π»ΡΠ΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΊΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΠ°Π½ΠΈΡ Π°Π½ΠΊΠΈΠ»ΠΎΠ·ΠΈΡΡΡΡΠ΅Π³ΠΎ ΡΠΏΠΎΠ½Π΄ΠΈΠ»ΠΈΡΠ° (ΠΠ‘) Ρ Π°ΡΡΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΈΡΠΎΠΌ Π’Π°ΠΊΠ°ΡΡΡ (ΠΠ’).
