The Expansion of Multinational Company to the Foreign Markets
Cílem této práce je praktické doporučení pro efektivní integraci nadnárodní společnosti do ruského trhu, vycházející ze studia teoretických základů. Pro naplnění cíle práce byly použity metody seskupování dat, klasifikace a určení prioritních procesů a událostí, metoda porovnatelné analýzy a praxe uskutečnění expanze společnosti do zahraničí. Hlavní metodou analýzy specifiky krajiny byla zvolena PESTLE-analýza. Závěry a doporučení mohou být využity při výběru vhodné formy vstupu nadnárodní společnosti na cizí trh nebo rozšíření její mezinárodní činnosti a ukotvení na ruském trhu.The aim of this work is practical recommendations for effective integration of multinational companies to the Russian market, coming out of the theoretical basis studies. To meet the goals of this work the methods of data clustering, classification and identification of priority processes and events, method of comparable analysis and implementation of abroad expansion experience of the companies were used. As the main method of the country specifics analysis was chosen PESTLE-analysis. Conclusions and recommendations can be used to select the appropriate entrance form of the multinational company to the foreign market or expanding its international activities and gaining a foothold on the Russian market

SARS-CoV-2 escape from cytotoxic T cells during long-term COVID-19
Here, the authors report accelerated intrahost evolution of SARS-CoV-2 in an immunocompromised patient with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with 318 days long COVID-19, and show that changes in the viral genome resulted in escape from T cellular immune response
