© Medwell Journals, 2016.One of the main issues of the development of economic system of the country is the efficiency of its main sectors of industry. One of the most important tasks of the state authorities is to make strategically important sectors transparent, efficient and well managed. The level of investments, technologies and recourses used in these sectors are one of the key indicators used by national authorities to assess the quality of governance. The extension of the indicators, over which affected strategically important sectors of the Russian economy will allow to build more reliable and close to the reality of the path of movement, development and Russia's positioning in the world space

Poor development of the urban transport network, its low capacity and inaptitude of the topology, formed in Soviet Russia, do not fully meet the needs of the economic development of the urban area in modern realities and significantly constraint the economic development of most cities in the country. The poor condition of the Russian road network and non-optimal organization of traffic in cities are one of the main reasons of a huge (by the standards of developed countries) number of road accidents claiming a significant amount of human lives each year and causing considerable harm to economic activity. Currently, in order to contribute to further development of most cities in Russia, it is necessary to resolve the issue of the urban transport systems and their functioning in conditions of a continuously growing traffic flow. Accordingly, technical, economic and organizational solutions are required to optimize existing opportunities of providing infrastructural assistance to the socio-economic development of the city. This research is devoted to theoretical and methodological analysis of these opportunities

CAMERON LESIONS: LITERATURE REVIEW AND CASE PRESENTATION

Cameron syndrome is the ulcerative or erosive lesions of mucosal layer at the sac of hiatal hernia which can cause chronic occult or overt bleeding and iron-deficiency anemia. Hiatal hernia is a relatively frequent finding, which is in most cases asymptomatic or manifested by dyspeptic symptoms of varying severity. Despite of being a very important association of hiatal hernia Cameron syndrome is not widely represented in medical literature. That`s the reason of a lack of awareness among physicians, surgeons and endoscopists about that pathology. Cameron lesions are significant pathology because they can become a source of chronic occult as well as an acute life-threatening bleeding. Those lesions of upper gastrointestinal tract are often misinterpreted or overlooked during standard diagnostic procedures. It can lead to the misdiagnosis and false ways of treatment. The review focuses on the pathogenesis, main diagnostic problems and treatment options of that pathology. The diagnostics of the Cameron syndrome is difficult because sometimes the lesions can`t be seen on upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy. The review describes the criteria by which the physician may suspect Cameron syndrome when endoscopy results are not certain. Clinical case represents an important problem which is often faced by the doctors — the severe iron-deficiency anemia refractory to the medication and blood transfusions in the patients with Cameron lesions. It`s very important for doctor to be aware of that complication to include Cameron syndrome into the diagnostic search for the sources of persistent blood loss. Cameron lesions can be asymptomatic as well as be manifested in the form of severe chronic anemia. And that`s the reason why there are an important issue about the proper treatment which have to be provided in each case. The review describes the effectiveness of different treatment options and makes the conclusion about the principles on which doctor can rely in giving favor to a conservative or surgical treatment

The most characteristic development feature of the majority of countries in the modern world is advances in engineering and information technology. the high rate of science development, the latest technologies, and, what is more important, the scale and ways of their introduction and application in production, social activities, education, medicine, etc., have turned the scientific and technological revolution into a natural, necessary process. Information technology (It) is the most important component of using the society information resources. to date, It has gone through several stages of evolution, the change of which is determined by technical process, the emergence of new technological means of information retrieval and processing [1]. Modern information technology, which allows the creation, storage, transmission, processing large information amounts, has become an important factor of competition and a means of improving the efficiency of all human activity spheres. © I.a. grishin, a.E. Chemistry for Sustainable Development 16 ( Studies on Fatty Acid Composition of Siberian Marmot (Marmota Sibirica Radde, 1862) Fat

Abstract Fatty acid composition of Siberian marmot fat (Marmota Sibirica, tarbagan) has been studied; the basic physicochemical parameters have been determined. 36 fatty acids have been identified, about 90 % among those being represented by palmitic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. A comparative analysis of the composition of tarbagan's hypodermic, abdominal and brown fat was carried out. It has been established that for the kinds of fat under investigation the composition of acids is variable, and the greatest differences in the concentration of saturated acids are inherent in brown fat. An unusually high fat unsaturation level for land species of animals observed for a Siberian marmot might cause the fat biological activity
