    Get PDF
    Statistical indicators and economic markers demonstrate objectively the difficult situation faced by contemporary Russian village. Old ways of life are irretrievably lost, new market mechanisms are still requiring some refinement. It is necessary to make some adjustments to the formulation and implementation of agricultural development programs. In addition to other priority tasks of this area, special attention should be paid to the problem of staff shortage in rural areas. This problem requires a detailed, comprehensive consideration (continuity recovery university – enterprise, practical knowledge multiplication share, the work prestige increase in rural areas, etc. - in an integrated approach). The Naberezhnye Chelny Institute CFI scientists project "School for farmer managers" which involves a feasible relief action in advice (legal and economic) in the formation and development of farms, in the development and testing of models of effective entrepreneurship land and in the creation of comfortable information environment for participants is aimed on personnel issues and problem acuity ease.peer-reviewe

    First-passage dynamics of obstructed tracer particle diffusion in one-dimensional systems

    Full text link
    The standard setup for single-file diffusion is diffusing particles in one dimension which cannot overtake each other, where the dynamics of a tracer (tagged) particle is of main interest. In this article we generalise this system and investigate first-passage properties of a tracer particle when flanked by crowder particles which may, besides diffuse, unbind (rebind) from (to) the one-dimensional lattice with rates koffk_{\rm off} (konk_{\rm on}). The tracer particle is restricted to diffuse with rate kDk_D on the lattice. Such a model is relevant for the understanding of gene regulation where regulatory proteins are searching for specific binding sites ona crowded DNA. We quantify the first-passage time distribution, f(t)f(t) (tt is time), numerically using the Gillespie algorithm, and estimate it analytically. In terms of our key parameter, the unbinding rate koffk_{\rm off}, we study the bridging of two known regimes: (i) when unbinding is frequent the particles may effectively pass each other and we recover the standard single particle result f(t)t3/2f(t)\sim t^{-3/2} with a renormalized diffusion constant, (ii) when unbinding is rare we recover well-known single-file diffusion result f(t)t7/4f(t)\sim t^{-7/4}. The intermediate cases display rich dynamics, with the characteristic f(t)f(t)-peak and the long-time power-law slope both being sensitive to koffk_{\rm off}

    The relevance of the research problem due to the necessity of studying the psychology of students as a period of intense development of personal and activity-related characteristics among which there are basic life orientation of a person as a subject of own life to account for them in educational process. The purpose of this article is to identify the specifics of the subject-object orientations for students concerning general personal and professional orientation of a person trained for different profiles. The leading method to study this problem is the original questionnaire of the subject-object orientations in accordance with their structure allowing to identify the priority development of certain components of the subject-object orientations reflecting the creative or adaptive orientation of life and the high life or low locus of control. The findings suggest significant differences in the subject-object orientations of students carried out different career choices and ultimately a way of life. Students – future psychologists differ moderately expressed subjectivity, creative direction to internal and external world, decreases as the learning; students – future artists are characterized by bright creative direction; students ‒ the future military doctors are characterized by less bright subjectiveness and distinct adaptive orientation. The article can be useful in the process of training and education of students of different profile as well as in the development of training programs of different specialties.peer-reviewe
