The diploma thesis Safety when meeting unknown people using dramatic education, in the form of folk fairy tales in the 1st year of elementary school deals the topic of the use of dramatic education in Czech language classes, specifically in literary education in the 1st year of primary school. Thematically, i tis focused on the use of fairy tales in the formo f dramatic lessons. Dramatic lessons are focused on fairy tales that also deal with the topic of meeting strangers, the positive development of students' cooperation and communication in the classroom, as well as the acquisition of some basic methods and techniques of dramatic eduacation. In the theoretical part, the concepts of dramatic education, literary education and the personality of a child of younger school age are characterized. The theoretical part also describes the goals, methods and techniques of drama education and its use in the 1st year of primary school. It also describes the connection between dramatic education and literary education. The practical part was implemented in the 1st year of the 1st grade of primary school, it contains five author's dramatic lessons, which are designedd in such a way that they can be used in the practice of every teacher. Tematicky je zaměřena na využití pohádek formou dramatických lekcí. Dramatické lekce jsou zaměřeny na pohádky zabývající se také tématem setkávání s cizími lidmi, pozitivním rozvojem spolupráce a komunikace žáků ve třídě i osvojováním některých základních metod a technik dramatické výchovy. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy dramatická výchova, literární výchova a osobnost dítěte mladšího školního věku. Teoretická část také popisuje cíle, metody a techniky dramatické výchovy a literární výchovy. Praktická část byla realizována v 1. ročníku 1. stupně základní školy, obsahuje pět autorských dramatických lekcí, které jsou koncipované tak, aby byly využitelné v praxi každého učitele. Initially, structural elements of detergents and their production are described. The consequences of the use of detergents or disinfections together with the environmental impact are further discussed. Moreover, possibilities for the replacement of these chemicals are suggested. The practical part of the work deals with the marketing research of ecological detergents for health care and serves a general evaluation. Actual producers of detergents are thereby listed. The work includes also a draft of a marketing strategy and a study for the rollout of a new product.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mycích a čisticích prostředků a jejím vlivem na životní prostředí, především se zaměřením na nemocnice, zdravotní zařízení a ambulance lékařů. An Assessment of the Pilot Implementation of the Smoke-free Detoxification Unit at the Department of Addictology: a qualitative study

BACKGROUND: Tobacco smoking affects 2,2 million people in the Czech Republic and is associated with high morbidity and mortality. The prevalence of tobacco smoking in addicted patients is 4 times higher than in the general population. Despite the promising evidence of smoking cessation in addicted patients, controversy in tobacco treatment and other drug addictions persists. Unfortunately, a comprehensive approach to improving patients' health and quality of life is rare in clinical practice of Czech detoxification units and hospitals. AIMS: The aim of the theses was to evaluate the current pilot non-smoking operation at the Detoxification Department of the Addictology Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital through the perspective of the Department's treatment team members. To fulfill this aim, research questions focused on the positive and negative perceptions of non-smoking strategies of the patients and staff in the inpatient ward, optimizing the operations of the non-smoking inpatient ward and assessing motivation levels of hospitalized smokers to seek treatment for tobacco dependence. METHODS: Qualitative research methodology was used for data collection and processing, and structured interviews were applied. Prevalence kouření tabáku je u adiktologických pacientů 4x vyšší než v obecné populaci. Navzdory důkazům o pozitivním efektu zanechání kouření adiktologických pacientů, kontroverzní postoj odborníků k léčbě závislosti na tabáku a na jiných drogách zároveň, přetrvává. Komplexní přístup ke zdraví pacientů a zvyšování kvality jejich života je v klinické praxi českých detoxifikačních oddělení i nemocnic bohužel výjimečné. CÍLE: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit dosavadní pilotní nekuřácký provoz na detoxifikačním oddělení Kliniky adiktologie VFN perspektivou členů léčebného týmu tohoto oddělení. Profiling Tryptophan Catabolites of Human Gut Microbiota and Acute-Phase Protein Levels in Neonatal Dried Blood Specimens

National screening programs use dried blood specimens to detect metabolic disorders or aberrant protein functions that are not clinically evident in the neonatal period. Similarly, gut microbiota metabolites and immunological acute-phase proteins may reveal latent immune aberrations. Microbial metabolites interact with xenobiotic receptors (i.e., aryl hydrocarbon and pregnane-X) to maintain gastrointestinal tissue health, supported by acute-phase proteins, functioning as sensors of microbial immunomodulation and homeostasis. The delivery (vaginal or cesarean section) shapes the microbial colonization, which substantially modulates both the immune system's response and mucosal homeostasis. This study profiled microbial metabolites of the kynurenine and tryptophan pathway and acute-phase proteins in 134 neonatal dried blood specimens. We newly established neonatal blood levels of microbial xenobiotic receptors ligands (i.e., indole-3-aldehyde, indole-3-butyric acid, and indole-3-acetamide) on the second day of life. Furthermore, we observed diverse microbial metabolic profiles in neonates born vaginally and via cesarean section, potentially due to microbial immunomodulatory influence. In summary, these findings suggest the supportive role of human gut microbiota in developing and maintaining immune system homeostasis. </p
