Using an algebraization technique introduced by the first named author, and the one-dimension case already proved by Kazuya KATO, we prove the following formula: cd_p(K) = dim(A) + p-rank(k), if k is separably closed and K of characteristic zero. Kata, Katachi, Sugata : Besinnung auf die Grundstruktur der Seinserfassung in der japanischen Sprache

Sein erfährt man in der Sprache. Ich nehme hier drei uralte japanische Wörter auf, die aus derselben Wurzel stammen, und beabsichtige, die der japanischen Sprache eigentümliche Grundstruktur der Seinserfassung hinauszuarbeiten, die aus dem inneren, dynamischen Zusammenhang zwischen den Bedeutungen dieser drei Wörtern besteht. Diese drei Wörter sind Katachi, Kata und Sugata (-gata in Sugata ist die euphonisch modifizierte Form von -kata). Jedem Wort ist ein ihm eigenes chinesisches Schriftzeichen zugeteilt, das seine eigentümliche Bedeutung etwas veranschaulicht. - Man beachte hier, daß die chinesische Schrift ursprünglich Bildzeichen (Hieroglyphe) war. - Für Katachi 形, für Kata 型 und für Sugata 姿. Diese drei Wörter sind von sehr alter Herkunft, aber sie sind alle jetzt noch allgemein gebräuchlich. Auch Kinder können nach einer Weile Besinnung ihre ziemlich feine Sinn-nuancierung unterscheiden. Was ich hier vortrage, ist eine kleine philosophische Reflexion auf diese drei Wörter und ihren inneren Zusammenhang in unsrer Seinserfassung

Factionalism, coalitions and political fragmentation. did something really change in japan's and italy's party systems in the 1990s ? Italy and Japan have long been dominated by a single party, Christian Democracy and the Liberal Democratic Party respectively. This domination resulted in each of the two parties in the rise and institutionalization of factionalism. The authors single out the factors which con­tributed to its development. They then focus on the impact of the electoral system, party leader selection procedures, and the ruling party's control over the resources of the state apparatus and the public sector. They finally analyze the contradictory effects of factionalism, both stimu­lating since they led to the reinforcement of each party's power, and harmful, as they led to clan struggle which jeopardized their authority, threatened their unity, complicated decision-making and then contributed to their weakening, to the point of crisis and of erosion of the foundations of their domination.L'Italie et le Japon ont longtemps été caractérisés par la domination d'un seul parti, la Démo­cratie chrétienne et le Parti libéral démocrate. Cette domination s'est traduite par l'essor et l'institutionnalisation d'unfactionalisme interne à chacun de ces deux partis. Les auteurs rap­pellent d'abord les facteurs qui ont contribué à son développement. Ils insistent ensuite sur les effets des modes de scrutin, les processus de désignation des dirigeants des partis, la mainmise du parti dominant sur les ressources de l'appareil étatique et du secteur public. Ils analysent enfin les effets contradictoires du factionalisme, à la fois stimulants pour les partis concernés puisqu'ils permettaient le renforcement de leur puissance, et nuisibles car ils entraînaient des luttes de clans préjudiciables à l'autorité de ces formations, menaçaient leur unité, compli­quaient la prise de décision et finalement concouraient à les affaiblir au point de contribuer à les mettre en crise et à éroder les assises de leurs dominations.Di Virgilio Aldo, Katô Junko.
