    Relationship Length of TIME Patient Waiting in Poly Interne with Patient Satisfaction in Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi Year 2017

    Waiting time is the time that patients use to get health services starting from the place of registration until entering the doctor examination room. Patient waiting time is one component that causes patient dissatisfaction, which if patient waiting time is not in accordance with the standard that has been set that is for wait time is ≤ 60 minutes it will affect the patient satisfaction. The fact shows still found the patient complained waiting time in poli interne. This study aims to determine the relationship between patient waiting time in poly interne with patient satisfaction in Bukittinggi Hospital in 2017. Type of research used is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 420 patients with the number of samples obtained as much as 81 using the technique of non-probability sampling that is accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The result of the analysis is more than partially (72.8%) nonstandard waiting time, (27.2%) standard waiting time. Bivariate analysis was found (66.1%) waiting time was not according to the standard of an unsatisfied patient, and (13.6%) waiting time according to standard and patient was not satisfied. Statistical test results obtained p-value 0.0001 (p <0.05), OR = 12.350. The conclusion of this study is there is a significant relationship between patient waiting time and patient satisfaction in RSUD Dr. Achmad Muchtar Bukittinggi in 2017. It is expected that employees and health workers to maintain and improve the performance and service to patients in accordance with predetermined standards, so patients will be satisfied if their expectations are in accordance with the desired.

    PENGALAMAN PASIEN PASCA-STROKE USIA DEWASA DALAM MENJALANKAN REHABILITASI DIRUMAH (STUDI FENOMENOLOGI)

    Stroke merupakan penyebab cacat badan terbesar dari seluruh penyakit di dunia, sehingga menyebabkan penurunan produktifitas kerja usia dewasa yang akhirnya dapat menjadi beban sosial bagi keluarganya maupun masyarakat. Pasien pasca-stroke memiliki beberapa dampak yang dapat menghambat dalam proses penyembuhan, maka penting bagi penderita untuk memahami pentingnya rehabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pasien pasca-stroke dalam menjalankan rehabilitasi di rumah. Metoda penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan Mai 2023 dengan 6 partisipan dipilih dengan purposive sampling dari total populasi 62 orang, selanjutnya data dianalisa dengan analisis sistematik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 tema: kurang pengetahuan dan informasi, keterbatasan fisik, kurang dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan, kendala finansial, dan kendala psikologis dan emosional. Disimpulkan bahwa keluarga sudah memberikan dukungan kepada pasien pasca-stroke, namun keterbatasan informasi, waktu dan keuangan dapat berdampak terhadap kurangnya dukungan yang mereka berikan. Hambatan yang dialami pasien selama melakukan rehabilitasi di rumah masih membutuhkan bantuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, terutama yang berkaitan dengan aktifitas fisik.  Untuk aktifitas sosial pasien perlu membentuk self help group pada kelompok pasca-stroke yang dapat menjadi sarana untuk berhubungan sosial dan saling memberikan dukungan. Petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat perlu meningkatkan komunikasi informasi edukasi terkait masalah kelemahan yang dialami pasien pasca-stroke dan memberikan panduan rehabilitasi di rumah

    In Indonesia, the target of herd immunity/(herd immunity) is 70% in accordance with the characteristics of the spread of Covid-19. The development and discovery of the Covid-19 vaccine as well as minimal public compliance raises the issue of "herd immunity. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about the delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine. From the field survey data, it was found that 88% of the residents of Aur Kuning Village on average had a bad attitude about PHBS in the New Normal Era, and were not willing to be vaccinated to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Furthermore, observation and interview data for three families (Heads of Families) in the Aur Kuning sub-district also knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine is still not good, people think that vaccines are not effective in preventing the transmission of Covid 19, and there is no information regarding the Covid-19 vaccine given to them. Public. This made the community service team interested in providing an explanation about Herd Immunity (herd immunity) in administering the Covid-19 vaccine and also the head of the village at that time asked the Community Service Team of the Perintis Indonesia University to provide counseling about administering the Covid-19 vaccine in the Guguk Panjang Health Center Work Area. Aur Kuning Village, Bukittinggi. The method used in this service is to provide counseling about the importance of the Covid-19 vaccine by means of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of this activity obtained that the majority of participants were aged around 30 to 60 years, the majority of which were high school education. After conducting health education about the Covid-19 vaccine, there was an increase in public knowledge about the importance of the Covid-19 vaccine.
