Prevalensi Obesitas Pada Remaja Di Kabupaten Minahasa

: Obesity is one of today's most blantantly visible yet most neglected public health problems. Obesity has become a global epidemic and one of public health problems that should be handled. Adolescent lifestyle who always skip breakfast and more likely to consume fast food and tend to be sedentary lifestyle, make adolescent at risk for obesity. This study aims to obtain the prevalence of obesity among adolescent in Minahasa. This is a cross-sectional study. Data retrieval is done by measuring the waist circumference of 395 high school student consisting 140 boys and 255 girls. The result show that the prevalence of obesity among adolescent in Minahasa is 26,33% consisting 4,30% boys and 22,03% girls. The prevalens of obesity is high so that education to adolescents, parents, and school about obesity causes, complications, and preventions is needed

Pengaruh Dividend Per Share, Return on Asset, Dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Pada Perusahaan Property, Real Estate and Building Contruction Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2012)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Dividend Per Share, Return on Assets, and Debt Equity Ratio of the company's stock price Property, Real Estate and Building Contruction listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012. This type of research conducted in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. The population included in this study were 39 companies Property, Real Estate and Building Contruction listed on the Stock Exchange, using the purposive sampling technique as sample companies only 13 companies. The results of this study indicate that the variable Dividend Per Share, Return on Asset, and Debt Equity Ratio simultaneously significant effect on Stock Price. It can be seen from the value of the Ftest with Faritmathic > Ftable is 22.051 > 2.874, and the Adjusted R Square shows the number 0.624 which means that these variables accounted for 62.4 % of the stock price. In partial ROA does not significantly influence the stock price with a significance of 0.309 while the DPS and DER variables significantly influence the stock price with a significance of 0.000 and 0.049. Variable DPS dominant influence on stock price with standardized coefficients value of 0.833

Model Inkuiri Disertai Media Lingkungan Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Pada Pembelajaran Ipa-fisika

Artikel ini melaporkan hasil penelitian eksperimen menggunakan model inkuiri disertai media lingkungan untuk melihat pengaruh model inkuiri disertai media lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA-fisika. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksperimen yang diterapkan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Rambipuji. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest-only control design.Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metodecluster random sampling melalui teknik undian. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan post-test. Melalui hasil analisis data berupa hasil post-testoptik dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-test diperoleh Sig.(2- tailed) sebesar 0,017 dan Sig.(1-tailed) sebesar 0,0085 atau 0,0085< 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode tersebutmaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model inkuiri disertai media lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan kognitif IPA-Fisika pada materi optik tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dibandingkan dengan metode direct instruction di SMP Negeri 1 Rambipuji

The Relationship Between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: Case Study of Employees in PT X

Human resource management plays a vital role in a company as it could affect company\u27s performance. In the last decade, companies are faced with high turnover of Generation Y or Millennial Generation. PT X as a manufacturing company that relies on human capital heavily is in a tight competition with other company. This research is done for the purpose to see whether job satisfaction really has significant correlation with organizational commitment, which may reduce the number of turnover. Data was gathered using simple random sampling by distributing questionnaires to 138 employees in PT X. It was then analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that the job satisfaction simultaneously has significant correlation with organizational commitment. Meanwhile, as individual dimensions, all but fringe benefit has significant correlation with organizational commitment

Pola Resistensi Staphylococcus Koagulase Negatif Terhadap Antibiotik Yang Diisolasi Dari Kultur Darah Neonatus Tersangka Sepsis Di Instalasi Perawatan Neonatus RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 01 Januari-31 Desember 2014

Neonatal sepsis is one of several most common causes of neonates mortality in developing countries. Neonatal sepsis is defined as a disseminated disease with positive blood culture during the first month of life. The aim of this study was to find how many cultures presented positive and negative results and also to detect the most common bacterial causes of neonatal sepsis and determination of their sensitivity to antibiotics. This research design using a descriptive study with retrospective approach. The sampling technique is performed by total sapling method adn the amount of sample is 568 blood cultures which 196 reported as positive (34,51%) and 372 reported as negative (65,49%). The most common isolated bacteria were coagulase negative Staphylococcus (29,08%), Burkholderia cepacia (12,76%), Acinetobacter baumanii (9,18%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (8,16%), Escherichia coli (4,08%) and, Enterobacter aerogenes (4,98%). Neonatal sepsis caused by infection of coagulase negative Staphylococcus can be treated by vancomycin, linezolid and tigecycline

The Triangular Love of Main Characters in E. L. James' Fifty Shades Darker (2011)

This thesis focuses on love aspects shown in Fifty Shades Darker (2011) novel by E.L. James. Fifty Shades Darker novel describes the love relationship between the characters named Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. The aim of this thesis is to prove the existence of love aspects in the novel by analyzing the intrinsic and extrinsic aspects. The writer uses library research to collect the data with the novel as the main data and several relevant books, journals, articles, also online documents and websites are used as the supporting data. The intrinsic aspects cover characters, setting, and conflicts. Meanwhile, in the extrinsic aspects, the writer elaborates Robert Sternberg's triangular theory of love. Based on Robert Sternberg's triangular theory of love, there are three components of love: intimacy, passion, and commitment. The result of this thesis proves that, according to Robert Sternberg's triangular theory of love, both characters in the novel, Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, have experienced intimacy, passion, and commitment in their love relationship

Hubungan Umur, Kebisingan dan Temperatur Udara dengan Kelelahan Subjektif Individu di PT X Jakarta

Fatigue is one of the causes of accidents. According Setyawati (2010) fatigue shown to contribute more than 60% in the event of an accident. This reseacrh was conducted to determine the relationship of the individual characteristics, noise and air temperature with subjective fatigue. Fatigue can be caused by various factors of education, health, habits, motivation, temperature, radiation, and humidity to the air and noise work environment. reseacrh observational descriptive with cross sectional approach. The number of samples this study were 45 people, were taken by simple random sampling. The independent variables were age, noise and air temperature. The dependent variable of this study was fatigue. The statistical test used chi-square test. Primary data were obtained from interviews and measurements directly. Measurements were taken at two locations new office and workshop 9. The results of this study showed that 45 respondents (88.90%) had mild fatigue, and 5 respondents (11.10%) experienced moderate fatigue. All respondents who experienced fatigue being exposed to noise and temperature exceeding the standarize. The conclusion from this study is there is no significant relationship between noise (p = 0.31) and air temperature (p = 0.41) with subjective fatigue. While age with subjective fatigue have a significant relationship with the value (p = 0.61). Advice for company made policy so workers over 40 years old can be get jobs that match their abilities

Asfiksia Neonatorum Pada Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah

Pendahuluan. Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah(BBLR) termasuk faktor utama dalam peningkatan mortalitas, morbiditas dan disabilitas neonatus, bayi dan anak serta memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap kehidupannya, diperkirakan terjadi pada 15% dari seluruh kelahiran di duniadan lebih sering terjadi di negara berkembang atau sosio-ekonomi rendah. Data statistik menunjukkan 90% kejadian BBLR terjadi pada negara berkembang dan angka kematiannya 35 kali lebih tinggi dibanding pada bayi dengan berat lahir normal.Kematian tersering disebabkan kegagalan napas spontan (asfiksia neonatorum). Kasus. Penulisan laporan kasus dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ahmad Yani pada tanggal 5 November 2012 – 7 November 2012 pada By.Ny.D, 0 hari, berat lahir 1700gram, lahir spontan pada usia kehamilan 33 minggu, tidak menangis spontan dan kulit tampak biru (APGAR Score = 4/6). Frekuensi nadi 60x/menit, suhu tubuh 35,3◦C, ditemukan retraksi suprasternal, substernal, dan interkostalis. Berdasarkan gejala klinis dan pemeriksaan fisik yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien ini merupakan pasien asfiksia neonatorum dengan BBLR. Kemudian dilakukan oksigenasi dan resusitasi, serta pemberian terapi aminophilin, ampicillin, dexamethason, dan pasien dipuasakan. Simpulan. Dari hasil anamnesis dan pemeriksaan fisik pasien didiagnosis asfiksia neonatorum dengan berat lahir rendah. Tatalaksana dengan oksigenasi, resusitasi, dan terapi farmakologis.
