Multicriteria model for application of underground gasification in coal deposites in Macedonia
With the increasing need for energy, both in quantitative and qualitative terms increasingly demands that
natural energy raw materials are used techno - economically and in environmentally optimal way. This should
be especially popular in our country does not have sufficient and structurally favorable supplies of energy raw
materials. In this paper the aim is to introduce and implement new unconventional method of coal exploitation
in order to minimize the emission of harmful gases. Specifically it comes to underground gasification of coal
which is still a new and developing technology
Measuring the seismic effects of a querry for marble
In the querry for white marble "Sivec", where the research was carried out during normal
exploitation, in the zones where digging is done, marble masses appear, which are broken down, not
quality, and they need to be quickly removed. Drilling and mining operations are applied using certain
quantities of explosives. In this application there is a danger of damaging the quality marble masses
that are located around the blasting zone.
This paper is actually a continuation of the paper from the same authors regarding the seismic effects
from blasting in surface mines
Defining the sliding plane in micro plan on rocky massif using geoelectrical method
The paper presents data from geoelectrical measurements of micro locations where there is a sliding rock
mass. These studies have been conducted on location mountain Plackovica in the Eastern Macedonian zone.
The observations were performed with an interval of two years.
Method geoelectrical sounding was conducted. Measurements are performed multiple times on the same
profile, in order to define the sliding plane, depending on the weather. From the data obtained from
geoelectrical sounding it can be concluded that the specific electrical resistance of the rock masses decreases
at a time of increased amount of rainfall. During dry periods of the year occur relatively high values of the
specific resistance, especially in the surface layer. This phenomenon is normal to expect.
The analysis of the specific electrical resistance in the investigated profile clearly indicates that the plane of the
sliding rock masses characterized by reduced specific resistance in relation to the surrounding rock mass,
especially in extremely wet weather. In these conditions comes to the intense activation of the process of
sliding rock masses. The results obtained are consistent with the basic theoretical assumptions, i.e. the zone
with increased amounts of water has a lower value of the intensity of the specific electrical resistance,
although it is the same type of geological environment. The results of these studies indicate that geoelectrical
methods can provide useful information when investigating the sliding plane in rock mass

Synchronization of overburden dumping in Bucim open pit mine in function of minimal costs
Overburden exploatation in open pit βBucimβ is performed from 3 (three) ore bodies, with least 2 (two)
excavating zone. Overburden dumping is in 3 dump: two external and one internal. The need for
synchronization of work is imminent, given that it is the same transport machinery - 12 trucks.
In this paper it was made an attempt for mathematical modeling of synchronization of transporting and
overburden dumping in three dumps
Geomechanical characteristics of the tailing dam "Topolnica"
The tailing dam "Topolnicaβ is a storage type because it has a dual purpose, that is used for
the disposal of tailings flotation in the space of a river bed and it accumulate fluid flow water
from the river Topolnica which serving open pit mine with drinking water. First projected
elevation was 610 m above sea level, it has long been exceeded and reached final height of 90
meters. In the last couple of years, when the elevation of the tailing dam arid approached to
the final projected elevation, the open pit mine approached to develop technical
documentation for the same elevation. It was made a additional project for elevation to the
upstream slope for 20 meters, elevation 630 m. In 2006 it was made second additional project
for elevation of the upstream slope for another 24 meters, elevation 654 m and a total height
of the crown of 136 meters. With the implementation of a additional project for tailing dam it is numbered as a highest dams in Europe
Exploatation technology of travertine blocks in "Golubova pestera" querry, s. Beseste - Prilep
Abstract:
In this paper, will be presented method and the equipment for the exploitation of travertine at the βGolubova pesteraβ site, near the village of Manastir, municipality of Prilep. With main mining project foresees three fields of travertine excavation in which work is done with the same equipment and the same method in the three different areas.

Geomagnetic research of the archaeological site Isar Marvinci, Republic of North Macedonia
In this paper the results of the geophysical investigation on the archeological site Isar-Marvinci are presented.
The results show low changes in the magnetic field and the local gradient, as it is an archeological site where there are
no buildings and structures built of baked bricks that cause larger magnetic changes in the magnetic field over 100 [nT]
or more [nT]. Small anomalies of the magnetic gradient probably indicate graves that have been confirmed by illegal
diggers, whose presence can be seen on the ground
