    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan kompetensi SDM terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada kantor distrik Kaptel Kabupaten Merauke. Dengan menggunakan metode survey, wawancara dan koesioner. Teknik analsisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan spss 22. Hasil penelitian uji-t varibael X1 Komitmen Organisasi sebesar 5,628 dan variabel X2 Kompetensi SDM sebesar 3,598 dengan hasil uji-f sebesar 19,838 dan R-squara sebesar 0,586. Analisis hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Komitmen Organisasi dan Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan kantor Distrik Kaptel Kabupaten Merauke

    This article aims to find out how the evaluation of employee performance appraisals in Malind district, Merauke Regency using the Employee Performance Target (SKP) system in terms of work behavior. This research is presented in descriptive qualitative form by describing and explaining in sentence form all the results contained in this research. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data sourced as well as literature studies. Data collection was carried out using field observations and in-depth interviews with the Head of Malind District as informants. The results obtained are that in Malind district, Merauke Regency, the implementation of performance appraisal evaluations has generally been running according to established procedures, but there are still some weaknesses, including in terms of discipline from the employees themselves which have an impact on service orientation to the public. Then the weak attitude of integrity shown by employees so that in determining work targets has not shown maximum results. The conclusion of this research is that performance appraisal evaluation is a mandatory procedure that must be done so that employees can know their job duties and responsibilities. The process of determining performance measures must be considered and adjusted, because performance indicators will be used to measure the level of progress of employees in their work, individually or in teams. &nbsp

    This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity on Financial Distress in Food & Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The research method used is quantitative research. The population used was 26 companies with purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 50 data was obtained. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The financial distress calculation method uses the Zmijewski method where if the calculation results are positive, then the company is considered unhealthy and vice versa. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin (NPM) variable has no partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The variable return on assets (ROA) has a partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The return on equity (ROE) variable has a partial effect on financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The variables net profit margin (NPM), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE) simultaneously affect financial distress in food & beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020

    This study aims to determine the effect of (1) behavior on agent work performance (2) the influence of communication on the work performance of agents (3) the influence of behavior and communication simultaneously on the work performance of agents at PT. Allianz Insurance Merauke Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely 63 customers. Data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis. For significant tests with r test and test f. The results showed that the behavior had a positive and significant effect on agent work performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance and behavior and communication also had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance.   Keywords: Behavior, Communication, Work Performance

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom (Bagian Teknik) Cabang Merauke.     ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture on job satisfaction. This writing is quantitative using path analysis method using Smarth PLS 2.0. The results showed that the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance, work environment on job satisfaction based on the path coefficient of the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of 0.485 with a t-count value of 5.146 partial test, the t-value is greater than 1.96. Organizational culture on job satisfaction, obtained a path coefficient of 0.332 with a t-value of 4.543, where the t-value is greater than 1.96. Work environment on employee performance obtained path coefficient of 0.433 with a value of t-count 7.023> 1.96. Organizational culture on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.206 and partially the t-count value is 3.204 which is more than 1.96. Job satisfaction on employee performance obtained a coefficient value of 0.431, while the partial test results obtained a t-count value of 6.329 which is greater than 1.96. The direct effect of the work environment on employee performance amounting to 0.433. Work environment through job satisfaction on employee performance is 0.209.ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan ini, untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penulisan ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur  menggunakan Smarth PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berdasarkan koefisien jalur pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,485 dengan nilai t-hitung 5,146 uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,332 dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,543, dimana dengan nilai t-hitung yang lebih besar dari 1,96. lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh koefisien jalur sebesar 0,433 dengan nilai t-hitung 7,023 > 1,96. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,206 dan secara parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,204 yang lebih dari 1,96. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai koefisien sebesar 0,431 Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,329 yang lebih besar dari 1,96.  Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,433, pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,209

The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive effect on employee development, leadership style positively affects talent management, talent management has a positive effect on employee development.            This study aims to analyze and measure the effect of providing incentives on employee job satisfaction, by taking the Implementation of certain Non-Vertical Work Units from the Papua Water Utilization Network in Papua - Merauke Province as the object of research. The population in this study amounted to 44 respondents and a sample of 44 respondents using nonprobability sampling or census sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis technique. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of the calculation of the data using a simple regression analysis regarding the provision of incentives that affect employee job satisfaction Certain Non-Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Papua - Merauke Water Utilization Network, that the provision of incentives affects employee job satisfaction Specific Non Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Water Utilization Network Papua - Merauke Province, Judging from the results of the SPSS 22 output, the incentive variable (X) is obtained tcount = 4,589 while t-table = 1,682 and sig = 0,000 so Ha is accepted, because t-table <t-count.
